In 2010, I was sitting at home, hadn't played basketball in years. Three knee surgeries in my past totally derailed me. I couldn't figure out how to get back until one day I saw a quote from Charles Pollock when the legendary strength coach said the athlete whose knees go farthest and strongest over his toes is the most protected. This immediately turned something off inside of me. I knew it was true. I went online. The first person I saw doing it was Keegan Smith. I then went on an eight year journey being an in person trainer. Eventually figuring out a scalable, measurable technology. Wound up in 2018, had 50 members, only 2,000 followers online. I was plateaued. To this day I've maintained three out of the top five cities following me are Australian. I've stayed in touch with Keegan every single week.
