Now this, you need this. So I was on the Internet today and someone was talking about how some coaches talk about training but their lifts haven't gone up since 2018. I don't know if he was talking to me, but my list haven't gone up since 2016. In 2014 was my best snack, so I guess I took it personally. But you know, I'm 40 and I've actually done a lot over the last five years. Since 2018, I've got two young children and laps around the world. I've employed a dozen or so people, built an app, built this village. Lots of accomplishments, but not that many athletically. Saw to press. Maybe a personal best on the five ball juggle, maybe some calves down on splits, bits and pieces, but not really on the big rocks. 2020, I guess I had a 150 back squat, no belt. 155. 157 with the belt was earlier than that. But 2020, at least it's not 2018. I don't know if he was talking to me but if he was and maybe 2018 should be. Should be updated to 2020. I need some more weight on this. Talking away. Let's test bigger jumps. The real action's happening off camera. You might be able to hear it. I don't know. We'll see what the sounds like. It's all an experiment, you know, it's all a game. Don't take it too seriously. With a nice pause. Not every day is going to be the best day. Not everyone's going to like what you do. Moved lots of barrels of lots of wheelbarrows of gravel yesterday. We took all this timber down out of the roof today. But the show must go on. We talked about squatting every day. Here we are, day two. And the body lies. All kinds of stories. Doesn't matter. I thought 120 was going to be top weight yesterday. I feel like 120 might be top. Wait today. Let's see. Not much warm up. Yeah, I think that's it today. Get some 60s again. Definitely time for some new bests. We've got an opportunity now. Traveling all year, lots of changes. It's been a chaotic last few years. Moved countries a bunch of times. Set up new gyms everywhere. Excuses, excuses. New gyms, new businesses, lots of other stuff. But here we are. Now's a good time for it. So whatever your story is, wherever you've struggled, maybe feel like you've let yourself down, let other people down, haven't been consistent, that's the old story has no bearing on what we're going to do now. It. Practice. Practice. We see what happens. Are you in yet? Let's go. We've got to set a new level as a team.
