If you don't want to be the best in the world at something, switch off, unsubscribe, get out of here. If you do, then subscribe and listen in. The decision to be the best in the world at something is the most important decision that you can make. You might think, well, I just can't be the best in the world at something because I like sprinting and I'm not gifted to be Usain Bolt. I know I'm never going to be able to run sub 10. Maybe that's true, maybe that's true for you. Maybe you're already my age, maybe you're 40 and it's like, yeah, I'm never, I love sprinting but I'm never going to be that fast. It doesn't matter. You can be the fastest in for your age or you can be the fastest over 40 or over 60 or over 10 or over 400 or you can be the fastest who can do that as well as coach others to do the same or you develop a new software technology or something. In the combination of things you can be the best in the world at something and you should make an effort to be the best in the world at something. I coached the best rugby team in the world, got to being a national level hockey player and wanted to get to the top of that. I've coached and mentored and worked with and partnered with the most successful athletic development system of the modern time. Now I'm building these villages and I want it to be the best in the world. I want it to be a world changing project. I'm here in the gym, been a few changes since the last videos. I had a microphone that wasn't working, now it's working again. Actually got a bunch of new ones and the old ones started working. But we got some wrestling floor, got an air track which I already got a back somersault. It's a little bit sketchy but I got a back somersault on there today. Excited to be back back somersaulting. Also had a really good snatch session using the pads. They're just dropping the weight. I can drop the weight on the floor fine as well. But I did it that way. I snatched 70, 75 kilos which was nice. I would like to know what you've been doing since we last spoke. What have you done to level up the thing that matters most to you? To me, this village really matters. We're also building the app, the software side that goes with this that has got significantly better in these last 10 days. We've had 500 and something people connect onto our free app. It's free at the moment. It's going to be $500. It contains dense strength, it contains range training. It's got a five day blitz in there. That's a challenge for you. Every athlete will get better at what they do through that five day challenge. I guarantee you there'll be lessons within that five day blitz that will improve your life, improve your performance for any athlete, any athlete in the world would get better. LeBron James would get better doing that, that challenge for five days. Bold statement. Maybe he wouldn't, but I think he would. And so I want you to go after being the best in the world at something and thinking about, you know, when I worked with the rugby team, I had, I coached the best rugby league team in the world. I coached the best player of the modern era. And now I've developed what is the best strength system. Dense strength actually invented it while I was working there at the Roosters. You now see Nico just did 10D, 10 dips at. So he did 10 sets of 10 on the minute using 45 kilos, which is phenomenal. Nico is phenomenal. His village is phenomenal. His app was amazing. You know, when he was focused on that, everything he does, he does to a very high standard. He does brilliant, beautiful things. What I've been able to do is encourage him, give different direction, different creative input. And then he has a great detailed master of execution. We all have something different to offer. So Jubo, who I'm working with in partnering, building this village project, he was talking to us today about, we're sitting together with five guys. He's like, okay, each of you are one of these fingers. And who's Keegan? Keegan is the thing that sticks them all together. And that is part of what I'm good at, is gluing things together. But each finger has its role and the things that connect those fingers has their role as well. We've all got our role to play. You're capable of being the best in the world at something. If you're alive, if you're healthy, you could be the best in the world at something. So this video, I'm going to show you a new strength system that you haven't seen before. That could well be the best strength system that's ever been seen. It's a variation on the dense strength training. Playing around with the idea with the men who are here visiting me at the moment. So the concept would be single repetition, single repetition at a weight that's fairly comfortable. I did zero warm up for that. Actually pressed 82 and a half as well. While you probably weren't watching, I posted up on my IG stories Instagram and Instagram stories have been my main area for business, but started to get less reach there. I don't think Facebook is that much of a fan of what I'm doing. I'm very much about masculine excellence and I don't know whether they're as in love with that as I am. But Focusing more on YouTube is the plan. Doing this style of content. The idea is. So I did that 82 and a half you could have seen on my Instagram. I'll link my Instagram in here as well if you do want to check it out. But I think you have to maybe do something so that you're going to see my stories, because otherwise you're not going to see my stories. If you know how to do that, then what you need to do to be able to choose to see someone's stories more often, let me know in the comments. So I got, I got 82 and a half and a lot of people asking like, oh, how'd you do that? What, you know, what have you changed? What have you done differently? I've been able to press around 80, like all the last year. I haven't pressed 82, but yeah, I've been, I've been around that way. I'm a little bit heavier at the moment. I'm like 85 kilos, where when I was in Bali I was 80, 81, 82. The idea is of this strength system which I think will be potentially even bigger breakthrough than the dance. We just doing five sets and then maxing out on the last set. So with the singles, we would start at 80%, go five singles, get everything nice and warm. And then last set, go for max reps on the minute. And then when we get to the next session, 85%, the next session 90% and then that will be the three week wave, three week cycle. We can do that across ones, threes, fives and tens. It's going to give us an alternative, another way to break records, another way to stay fresh. Once you get to a really high level with your dance, it can be tempting just to always go for that next record. And in that way it can sometimes burn it. You can burn out or you want to do something different. I think my best results have always come with training dance, but. But then I've always kind of moved on to something else because I sort of Established. Okay. These are all my best numbers and I'm not really sure how to improve them. Or it's like maximal to get those numbers. Maximal sessions aren't very repeatable. So. So this is another way we can go at it is gonna singles 80% last set, max reps. So that's going to be my next set will be last set max reps. I don't have a timer on at the moment so I'm going off feel probably pretty close, maybe a little bit slow. But I wrote this whole system out. I'll put it as an article inside of the app for pro players. But also in the 5 app with the 5 Day Blitz challenge. Let's see what we can do. Let's see what we can do. Mankind's athletic future. If we are to have an athletic future, it will be by our choice. We must choose. We must choose our athletic future or our future will be chosen for us. There's a lot of wacky ideas about what the future is going to hold at the moment. I think we have an athletic future ahead of us. That's the decision that we've made. That's what's going to happen. So the game is also that you can't have the slow grinding reps. If you grind a rep you can say okay, I got it, but it doesn't count. You don't want to count grinding reps. That way you can stay fresh. So we're back. We're back. We're back training in the gym. Another big addition. We also got the little old back extension in there. That's been working a treat actually. Back was getting a bit stiff, doing a lot of squats. We've also got the trampoline in place. Now the funny thing is the trampoline's been doubling as a bed as you can see. Been doing slumber party, sleepover parties. I love that my gym is a great place for children as well as for adults. That's the idea and the concept. So we've got the mini trampoline table tennis that we've been using. The boxing bag. This is what a gym should look like. A home gym isn't necessarily going to be this big with the big high roof and everything. But we need to go into athleticism more so than strength training. So if you're thinking about athleticism, I have a five point system around athleticism. Skill, speed, stamina, strength and stretch. You can see it here. This is what the framework that I've been working off for the last 10 years and it's different. This is athleticism rather than strength. Strength and conditioning. Strength and conditioning is here. The speed coach is there. This is completely left out and ignored general abilities. And this has been very poorly understood and applied. So I do believe that every single athlete, every man can benefit from components within uncommon athletic system. And I will continue to improve it, refine it, challenge you to better yourself. You see Nico out there doing 10d10 with 45 kilos. He's at the top of the uncom athletic leaderboard. You have to have worked on the stuff for a number of years to be anywhere near the top. There's players that are playing away, improving themselves day after day, week after week, but they're still a long way from the top. It's going to take multiple years. Or if you can dedicate yourself to it full time, you might be able to beat me in six months, 12 months, I don't know. I'm looking forward to it progressing and I'm looking forward to not being the number two on the list. We've got three or four top players from the top 10 of Uncommon Success actually here right now in Montenegro. So we'll get some competitions going, we'll get some challenges going. And if you want to play along at home, if you want to consider becoming actually an athlete and consider taking on athletic training as opposed to strength training or conditioning or speed. If you're not coordinated, then it's not fun, like playing the table tennis and being able to play play soccer. Like being coordinated with your feet, being coordinated with your hands. I'm not the best athlete in any of these sports in soccer or basketball, but I'm better than 99% of men because I have the big base. And now I can still improve myself. I'm excited to improve myself. I'm looking forward to the standards and these things going up significantly over the next 6, 12, 24 months. We've got a very serious network here and it's set up better than ever before. I've had the, you know, with real movement before. We would have had 10 guys who got to five ball juggling. We'd had 10 guys that got to 60 second handstands. We would have a lot of guys snatching over body weight. But the game is going to be much, much more fun. Much higher standards in all of those areas in strength and power as well as with the skills. And so, yeah, I'm going to challenge professional athletes and coaches out there to take on this broader approach. And I know that it's going to push mankind. Mankind's athletic future to a new standard, new level. So, yeah, you need to be able to do a back somersault. You need to be able to juggle five balls. You need to be able to juggle a ball with your feet. If you can't, what are you doing? Like, why spend so much time training, spend so much time in the gym and not have a base? Like, you need to have that coordination. You're not going to be the best at everything. But having that strong foundation, you can go further into anything that you want to, if you want to get deeper into tricking, if you want to get deeper into parkour, if you want to go deeper into circus, if you want to go deeper into powerlifting and weightlifting. But we need this universal foundational base layer and that's what the uncommon athlete provides. And so it's the most fun way to train. And I look forward to experiencing it with men from all around the world over the next years, decades. I plan to still be doing. I'll do this every day for the rest of my life. You know, I plan to be doing it 60 years from now. Let's see, God willing, God willing, it's the best and it'll continue to evolve if you got something better. So give me your suggestions. But yeah, get in the game. I'll put the link here for the free app while it's still free. I said first thousand spots, it's going to still be free. We've got about 400 there left, 450 or something. So hope you're well. I'm going to be back on these daily. Tell me what you want to hear about what I can help you with. Let's level up. Game time.
