What's up, everybody? It's your girl, Nicole Briscoe, AKA the mobile home Mommy, AKA head coach for WOW Mobile Home Elite Investors. Let's get into it. Let's get into it. So a lot of times I hear people saying, well, I got a deal, but I ain't do it because I ain't had no checking account set up or I didn't have my business entity set up, y'. All. I'm gonna give you the four little things that you need, right, to get started, but don't let this hinder you in getting started. You feel me? All right, so listen, the first thing you need is a business email address. It can be susiebuysmobilehomesmail.com, yahoo, whatever. It can be Johnson and Johnson Properties. A lot of times I hear people getting caught up on. I can't think of a name. Don't get caught up on that. Pick an email name. Keep it sweet, concise, to the point. All right, next, you need a phone number. Yes. I know you have probably a personal cell phone number, but we want to keep our business separated from our personal. So with that being said, no, you don't have to go out and buy a brand new phone or get a phone added to a line added to your account. All I need you to do is use Google Voice. You can use Text Me as an app. Both of those services are free text messages, free phone calls that gives you a new phone number to your existing phone. It's all done through an app, y'. All. It's simple. Google Voice, Text Me. It's a lot of them. Go to your app store and just search text and calling services, right? The next you need a business entity. Now let's rewind that. I'm not an attorney. I'm not a cpa. The advice that I give you is, is from me, Nico Briscoe. This is just my opinion. Okay? So with that being said, you need a business entity, y'. All. Most people choose to do llc. You do what you feel comfortable with. It can be llc, S Corp, C Corp, whatever corp you want to use. However, you get that information from your secretary of state. So you go to your secretary of state and you get your business entity set up. I use an llc. It was the most common. It was simple. It was easy. I filed it with the state. They were like, hey, you're approved. You're now Nicole Brisco, llc. It's simple, guys. Don't get caught up on it. Once you get your LLC established, then you can go to irs, dot Gov and get you an ein. An EIN number is a tax ID number. It's like the Social Security number for your business, right? So you got your business phone number, you have your business email. Now you have your business entity. Let's say we're using the llc. Now, with the llc, we go and apply for our ein, which is what? You got it. It's like the Social Security for our business. Well, with the LLC and your ein, you can take that to your local bank and get you a business checking account. Set up business checking account with Wells Fargo, Trulian, Navy Federal. They're normally free. Of course, each bank has their own recommendation, its own requirements, but normally, overall, they're free. But you just have to keep a minimum, let's say $25 in the bank account. That's it. What more do y' all want me to say? Simple. Get you your email, your business email, your business phone number, your entity set up, and a checking account. Let's keep it simple, y'. All. Now, when you start to grow and get all that money, and get all that money, you need to hire some people. You need to hire you a cpa. It'll be good if you have an attorney. Just things to keep your business flowing and keeping your business legal, too, okay? So listen, y', all, when you're out there and you're ready and you're like, but I gotta set up my business. All of that right there, email, phone number, that. That shouldn't take you more than a day. The llc. Please don't get caught up in a name with the llc. What's your last name? Baker. There we go. Baker Properties. What's your first name? Karen. Karenbuysmobilehomesmail.com, y', all, let's not get caught up. We need these four essential things to get our business started. Let's get it. Let's get growing and start making money. Until next time.
