In this informal vlog, mobile‑home investor Nichole Briscoe walks viewers through a typical, hectic day that blends two jobs, personal self‑care, business operations, and tenant support. She begins with a relaxing massage from two local therapists, then shifts to interviewing candidates for an in‑person executive/office assistant role. The video follows her as she helps a tenant whose food‑stamp benefits have lapsed by grocery‑shopping for specific items while encouraging the tenant’s independence. She then runs property‑maintenance errands, including a Home Depot return for a handyman’s P‑trap and gathering supplies for a small leak repair. Nichole also schedules a Social Security appointment for a client and promotes her mobile‑home buying and selling business across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, urging viewers to document their own lives. The vlog ends with a reflective wrap‑up, highlighting the blend of personal wellness, hands‑on property management, and entrepreneurial promotion that defines her daily routine.

You look okay. I've been working two jobs. Top of the morning, heading to the office with breakfast. A hot steamy turkey burger. Ciao. I don't know if you could tell by this lazy left eyelash where I'm at, but I just had the best mistake massage in my life. I trust two people with my body. Ms. Crystal from Calming Hands. I almost said wrong. Okay, from calming hands and Ms. Ree from Waypoint Wellness. I feel so good right now. I'm had to fix that lash, baby. I felt her putting that hot towel on my face and I couldn't even stop her because it felt so good. Baby, when I tell you my joints feel all good and that girl rubbed me down, rub me down. I couldn't talk loud in that massage facility, but good gracious, I feel good. Now on to interview this young lady I'm hiring for an in person executive assistant slash office assistant. Super excited about that. I've interviewed about three people so far, so the search continues. Hopefully she's the one. Hopefully she's the one. To be continued. So one of my tenants, food stamps didn't come in and she needs some food and she gonna pay me later. She didn't recertify something like that. So today we are grocery shopping to get some things that she request. Get these items. She asked for beef bologna, super thick cut bologna, Beef bologna. Ooh, child, this is, this is a lot. $6. See what else we can get y'. All. She asking for stuff like rye bread, organic maple syrup, organic bananas, a lot of organic things. So typically I would not go grocery shopping for my tenants. What I like for them to do, cuz I want them to remain their independence is I help them one schedule a Uber ride to the grocery store so they can go out. Cuz a lot of my people, they just stay in the house. They don't do a lot of traveling or moving back and forth. So I try to get them to schedule their own appointments where they're going out, taking care of their issues, their life skills, or if I can't get them a Uber ride, Medicaid will also give them rides, but that's more for doctor's appointments. The reason in this situation that didn't work for her because sis don't have her car food stamps, she didn't recertify some paperwork, so. Oh, now did she say she wanted seated or seedless? So many options. Seated it is. Let's not pick one in the front. Y' all mama ever made you do that? Don't pick nothing in the Front. My mama did it all the time. Excuse me. Organic maple syrup. Oh, no, we can get the five dollar one. Hold on. 100 pure. And they don't say organic. And y' all know how elderly people are. So we're gonna get the organic maple Sy. We have arrived with groceries. Let's get in this house, get these groceries in. Knock, knock. Hello. How are you? I'm doing okay. You're making fun of me. Okay, well, I bought your groceries. I got what the doctor ordered. I need that. What else you asked for? My knee hurts. Your knee hurts? I got it. It's low dose, so it's 81 milligrams. You may have to take. There it is. Hamburger seeded rye bread. Oh yeah. You know, my aunt used to love rubbery. I don't like rye bread. So I had to do a stop in the Home Depot because my handyman is making a return and they won't allow him to return it without me being present. So we are going to do this return. Hey, So what we got here? Your P trap for the own kitchen plant. They got a tiny little leak in it. Okay. Sand for the PA to the bottom of the deck. You want every tiny amount about it. And a cup of coffee. And a cup of coffee. Cuz it got mud on it. Y' all got me out here. I did not want to come here. Do you not see what's wrong with my damn face? Oh, I did not see that other she. I did not want to come out here. Yeah, I did not see you look okay. I've been working two job. It's okay. They lying. I didn't know till you said something. You fine. And then the big brother over there, he laughing. He knew it. Water and bread is good for me. You do not need this water and bread. That's good for me. Yes. I mean, I'mma get you some bread. I'mma get you some baloney. You want baloney? You want deli meat? Chicken breast. Deli meat? Yeah, I eat chicken breast. Chicken breast. I still got a few more pieces of. Okay. Some cans of tuna. Oh, your nails is going cook. You like them nails? I like. Of course. I'm back at the grocery store. You see that the shelves is empty getting what they requested. So now I have to get some mayonnaise. That should be the last thing. And then I think we good. Instagram, Tik tok, Facebook. What do you do? Mobile home marketing. All I do is buy and sell mobile home Europe. If you get a chance, you can look me up. That's it. Yeah, and it'll. It'll be that one piece that'll just go viral. Great. You just record a mess of your life. You can do the same thing. Social Security, remember? I set your appointment up for February 23rd. Yeah. Okay. Well, I bought a lot, and the chips was buy two, get one free. Oh, one. Oh, yeah. Wow. They was buy two, get one free. Okay. I figured I'd load up these. Yes. Okay. They look the same to me. And now the day is done. I'm finally home, and guess what? You see it. You see it.
