Hey, y'. All. So I started my day off at the gym. As you can see, I was struggling, but my guys got me set up and your girl hit a PR for two. Fifteen after that, I did some YouTube content. So new YouTube videos dropping. Soon after I left there, I went to the DMV for my first appointment. Got the mobile home transferred title in his name. Deal number one done for the day. After that, I ventured over to look at a current rehab I'm working on to get an update of what was going on and what materials they needed. Headed back to the DMV for my second appointment. She was so happy. She wants to move closer to her mom. That's two closings in one day. Hallelujah. Somebody moving on from there. I traveled on to a double wide that I have being moved. And as you can see, they came and got half of the house. I'm super happy because it has been raining so much this past month. So we got that one on the road. I obtained a permit for this one. We're moving this one to.
