You know, about a year and a half ago, I got a text message from a guy named Byron, which actually, I found out was her mentor when it comes to mobile home investing. And he said, listen, man, I got my sis. She is really, really passionate and good at teaching mobile home. My name is Virginia Bailey. Kristen Kunkel. Fatima Jordan Alexandria. Shirley Hernandez Schumacher. Jarvis Wilkins. And this is Latoya, my wife. Free food. I'm here for it always. We're about to get started. Everybody take your seats. Before I even go any further, Ms. Mobile Home Mommy, can you just stand up? Get up on your feet. This is a shakedown. Can we make some noise from the cold? Y' all, hold up. I need y' All, I need y' all to get up. I'm just so grateful to be here. I'm a little overwhelmed. But is everybody having a good time for real? Yes. Yes. Designed and did everything for me. I walked out my house this morning, sprayed my perfume, and walked into excellence, stress free because I had an event coordinator. Some of y' all don't even know who you sitting beside. Don't always try to focus on the speakers. You don't know who's in the room. Virginia, stand up. She's in Kentucky. I just met her. Fifteen plus years in the military. Mom, wife, kids, doing it all, y'. All. My name is Virginia Bay. I am currently stationed in Kentucky and I'm active duty army. So I flew in for the summit this weekend and excited to be here. I was looking for a little bit of everything, whether it was real estate. I was looking into aviation. And I found Nicole online on Instagram and she's just so heartwarming. She felt genuine. And I followed her for a couple of months and then finally joined her program with the A to Z course. And with that, after, I wanted a little more and joined her mentorship. You don't know who you are around and how they can impact you. You don't know who you're around. Come here, Dion. My name is Dionne Lewis, and me and my business partner, Mikhail Mitchell, we own multiple real estate investment companies. We fix and flip, buy, hold, and wholesale. But one of the things that y' all may not know about us is that I did 22 and a half years in prison and he did 21. But what we've been able to do since we've been home is actually utilize like everybody else in here, real estate to actually help us grow and help us achieve, you know, goals that we've had. All this stuff that y' all taking in, just take action. Me and my business partners are prime examples of. It's no reason why all of us can't win. This was down my. This was down my joy. People are addicted to information and allergic to execution. We already have access to information, but I don't need y' all to be allergic to the execution. The word for the day is execution. A lot of times individuals come to these events and they don't execute. But everyone here today made an affirmation. I don't need y' all to be allergic to doing something that you've never done before, to be in a place that you've never been before. I recommend a mentor because it is a cheat code. It really is. You get to skip over all of that part where you do trial and error and you feel defeated all the time and you don't know where to go. And then you. And then you quit and you start over. You get to skip right over that, and you go straight to having someone that you can call and say, hey, I don't know what to do here. Help me. And they go, not a problem. I have actually done this exact thing, and this is what I found out. Don't do this, do this instead. So it really is. It's almost like a catapult past all of that stuff. And you start out at a level that most people starting in business may not ever get to. I need y' all to put y' all hands together and show my sister Some love. Ms. Antoinette. Let's go. Let's go, y'. All. How we doing? Oh, I'm so excited. I. I'm coming all the way from Florida. I'm a Florida girly. It's a little chilly out here, but you know what? We gonna get it together. Okay? So today at the wealth summit, I am going to be talking about land and how to find mobile homes through tax sales research plus funding and market awareness makes for successful tax deed investing. Let me just say this. I've always had, like, an entrepreneurial spirit, right? I've had a home health care agency. I have traditional property before. But since working with Nicole, I have focus. I not only have focus, I had the tools and the resources to make it do what I needed to do. I can see where I'm going, where I'm going for my children, where I'm going for my family, as far as business wise. And it's beautiful. All right, so we got our next speaker coming up now. She's the queen of side hustles. Okay? Laundromats, car washes. I mean, you just gonna be able to have that side hustle. She gonna show you how to do it in a second, simple way. Okay? So with that being said, I'm super excited to introduce our next speaker. I need y' all to make some noise for Miss Hannah. Let's go. Let's go. What's up, guys? First of all, give a round of applause for Nicole. Like, she went all out for you guys. So why did I start to pursue specifically car washes and laundromats? That's so random, right? Well, it all started from this quote I read by Warren Buffett that says if you do not find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die. Had multiple businesses already, but the mobile home business seemed like something we could really do. I was really interested in it because it seemed like it was money that you could make without having to have a lot of money already. We got some special guests on today. Y' all already know him. Brandon and Tevin, y' all stand up and give them a round of applause. Let's go. Name is Brandon Jackson, and that's my partner, Tevin Facey. And we formed a company called Millionaire Essentials, where we help people access capital to be able to scale their business, right? From credit to funding to grants. Any way and any way possible to access money from the institutions inside the country. We can help you with. Let's say if you actually say, hey, I'm going to get a mobile home and I'm going to do the group home model, and this is my business plan based upon that. They'll lend you as much money as you're looking for in order for them to do it, because they focus on group homes, assisted living, and senior care. Affordable living is what it's about, helping people get homes that they can afford to live in. And I found out in doing that, it was moving faster than real estate. A while ago last year, to be exact, I met some family members of mine. Both of my brothers, y', all, come here. These are my brothers, y', all, okay? I met them October 12, 2024 last year. I knew they existed, but we didn't know how to find each other. I love both of my brothers, y'. All. This is my oldest brother. This is my baby brother, brother. My oldest brother said, sister, I want to invest in mobile home. I want to invest in mobile homes. And I'm like, you want to invest in mobile homes? Okay. So I came up with a plan. So I took his 5,000 and I flipped it into 10,000, and I bought a mobile home. But I didn't tell him. And once I bought that mobile home for him, y', all, guess what happened? I've been going through it with that mobile home. He's been knowing I've been going through, but he didn't know it was his property. Y' all saw me crying too much because the handyman messed the floors up. And I can fight, but I can't be fighting Nick. You know what I'm saying? And this is how God aligns things. The day before the conference, I took my brother's $5,000 mobile home, and it got sold yesterday for 16,336 dol. No, back up. Back up. I thought you was a thug. They just cut the grass around here. I got real, man. For real. The property I was crying about was yours. Yeah, see, And I ain't crying. I'm a real thug. You crying? You know my struggle, man. Wow. Y', all, this is my brother. I went. We went to Thailand together and everything. But that's yours for $15,000. I did not just hold your money hostage. I know it's symbolic that God brought us together. I hate that I didn't meet you sooner, but I'm so glad y' all are in my life now, and I would do anything for you breath. It's not the money. It's the act that someone thought enough about my story and wanted to make sure that I don't do anything to step backwards in my life to move forward. Thank you. We just finished dinner. We had salmon. We had grilled smoked chicken. We had smoked brisket. Oh, and I did not forget about the vegans. We had vegan lasagna salad, smoked gouda, Mac and cheese, baked beans, greens, beans, tomatoes. We had everything. Y' all dessert. And guess what? What? Now we're moving on to our s' mores bar. I am so excited. Everything is going phenomenally well. Impact that I've seen that Nicole had is incredible. She's so passionate when it comes to helping people break into this mobile home investing game. Just seeing her have this event, which is amazing. It's over 100 people here. It's incredible to see. Man, Nicole, I love you. Keep shining, baby girl. The sky's the limit. And I joined Nicole's mentorship program because I didn't want to waste time or money. There's a lot out there, right? Just in general, there are people who are spammy and crooked and all, but that's not this. I promise you. I don't have time for it. I've got a family. I'm married. I'm military. Right. Spending time here has meant a lot to me, and it's worth it. Other investors are not your competition. They're your comrades. They're your co workers. They're your business partners. I made so many rookie mistakes. I called Nicole and I was like, I did this. I feel like this. I did this crying. And she was like, listen, it's all right. Things happen. This is what we going to do. Get it together. Everybody really wants you to win. That's what I love about it. You can. If you have a question and you can't get Nicole at that moment, like, you can just go into the chat and somebody, multiple people are going to respond. Nicole's awesome. She just tells it like it is. She tells you how to do it. She lays out the floor plan. She lays out everything. She tells you what if they say this? And you just. She gives you the answers. So there's. There's no hidden anything. Okay, y', all, the event is finally over. I hope you all will be able to join me next year. I hope you got some gems for my speakers. We had Hannah Ingram at doing car washes and laundromats. We had my business funding guys, Brandon and tevin. We had Ms. Antoinette who taught us how to get tax deed tax lien properties with mobile home investing. And we had an amazing mc, none other than the real Pat Page. Everything was phenomenal from the bull riding to the eating in the woods. The rain went away. I am just so grateful that everything went well. I hope to see you all next year. Stay tuned for the 2026 day is coming soon.
