In this first‑person video, Nichole Briscoe tours a free mobile home that the seller must remove from the land within 30 days. She systematically points out the exterior and interior condition, highlighting key deficiencies: tall grass blocking access, missing towing tongue (an estimated $1,000 expense), removed cabinets, rippled flooring, solid ceilings with no water damage, a makeshift closet in the master bedroom, dated bathrooms needing paint, a new tub kit ($1,100), a broken mirror, drywall holes, a brand‑new furnace, large holes near the washer/dryer, old mattresses, and miscellaneous junk that must be cleared. Throughout, she refrains from giving her own opinion and repeatedly asks viewers whether they would purchase the home, what repairs they would prioritize, and what exit strategy they would employ. The video’s purpose is to solicit honest audience feedback on the viability of acquiring and renovating a free mobile home under a tight relocation deadline.

Mobile home. The mobile home deal that nobody wants. Now I'mma walk y'all through this mobile home, and I want you to be 100% honest with me. Would you have purchased this mobile home? Here's the story. The seller wants it off the land. They're giving it to you for free. I'm going to point out a lot of different things in this video. I'm not going to drop my opinion. I want you to tell me in the comments, would you buy? Yes or no? First of all, they're giving it to you absolutely for free. The first thing we see here is tall grass on the outside. It is blocking the mobile home that needs to be moved. This mobile home also has to be moved within 30 days. Second thing, we've checked both ends of the mobile homes. There is no tongue. If you've been following me for a while, you know that a tongue is needed to attach to the mobile home truck and pull it down the road. That's probably at least a $1,000 expense. Let me take you all now to the inside of the home. So remember, we have a seller. Who wants to give you the mobile home for free. It has to be moved within 30 days. It has no tongue on the outside, and now you're about to see what the inside of this house looks like. Now let's get into what you all like to point out— the cabinets. The cabinets are beeped. Yes, the cabinets are gone. You're gonna need new cabinets in this one. The floors are stable, however, there are some bumps along the road. For example, I'm not even walking up to where the stove would be and there's a big ripple right here. Check out the ceiling though, all the way through and through, your ceiling is solid. Uh, around the window, this is a plus, we don't see any water damage, right? We don't see any water damage. Now I want to show you all something in this master bedroom. In this master bedroom, we have a makeshift add-on closet. Now, they added on this closet. Is that something that's going to have to be tore down before we move the mobile home? Would you add it up? Would you keep it added on? Or would you just consult your mobile home mover? Okay. That's another thing in this mobile home. Again, we're looking at these ceilings. We're pretty tough back here. If you come back and look in this bathroom, the black bathroom floors are solid, but you're going to need to completely paint this bathroom, change out the tub kit. Remember, tub kits around $1,100. You keep— you gonna have to zoom in on this window. This mirror is terrible. This, uh, mirror, we're gonna have to get us a real mirror, guys. Y'all say hey, Key. Hey Keith, we're gonna have to get a real mirror, okay? You got a hole. Check this out, right? You got holes over here, so you're gonna have to get some drywall. I want you to add all this stuff up now. Tell me, is this something that you would keep? Slow it down one second for him, Keith. But you do have a brand new furnace. Brand new furnace. Now remember, You're going to get this home for free, which essentially you're going to pay $1 to get it to write on your bill of sale. Is this something that you would purchase? Right here where the washer and dryer is, I can see there's a big hole in the wall. You're going to have to do some junk removal to get some of this furniture and stuff out. Let's come on back to this bedroom. Solid floors all the way through here. Walls are solid. Let's come on in here. Are you going to ignore the fact that these mattresses look like they're from 1972? It's been through some things. I thought that was a cardboard box. It's not a cardboard box. It is a mattress. Box spring and mattress, to be exact. In this room right here, I see more junk removal. Again, solid floors. You could trust me. You could take my word for it. Back here, here's another bedroom. Now this may bother some people, the flooring is different in this room than the rest of the house, okay? So is that going to bother you? Solid, but look what you got down here, you got a little bit of drywall issues that may affect your electrical, okay? Now this back, this back bathroom is pretty nice, y'all. It's a little dated, just needs to be painted, but it's pretty nice. And I'm going to take you to the grand finale, the front porch. Got to make sure ain't no snakes hanging, cuz sometimes the snakes just be— all right now. Okay. And last but not least, y'all, this is the outside of the mobile home. So Again, you're getting it free, has to be moved within 30 days. You do got a brand new furnace, but you have drywall issues. The flooring is solid. You're going to have to get new cabinets. You're going to have to do some junk removal. You're going to have to paint the entire home. Home. Your ceiling was solid, but you did have a makeshift, uh, closet put into the master bedroom. Give me details. Would you all— oh, and you're missing a tongue. Let me know in the comments, is this a mobile home that you would invest in? What would you do with the mobile home? And what would be your exit strategy? I can't wait to hear you all's thoughts. Until next time.
