Dr. Caroline Williams talks about the patches

Dr. Caroline Williams explains four patches: Carnosine protects the brain and heart, Aeon activates calm within 30 minutes, IceWave delivers instant pain relief through polarity, and X39 regenerates tissue over time. She describes combining them for spinal pain: IceWave first for acute relief, Aeon to lower cortisol, X39 for long-term repair.

Carnosine does some amazing things as well. Carnosine is really good for neurological health. It's excellent for cardiovascular health. It's great to use if anybody at all thinks there might be plaquing in the cardiovascular system or in the brain. It prevents glycation from occurring, which is what leads to that plaquing in many cases. So Carnosine is excellent. Carnosine does a lot of different things. I just mentioned some. And E.ON's a really popular one as well. E.ON activates the parasympathetic side of the nervous system, which you want to think about that as the rest-digest side. That's the side that needs to be activated for healing to take place. And it modulates cortisol and it calms the nervous system. So that's one that I feel like when people put on, if they're pretty aware of how they feel. Usually within 30 minutes of putting the Aeon on, you can feel more relaxed. You just have this more kind of like relaxed state, kind of like you took a big, big sigh of relief with the Aeon. So that one I feel like you can kind of feel pretty quickly. And then Michelle, you mentioned Ice Wave, which is amazing for relieving pain. And the way that that works, it's so a polarity patch, and when you apply it, it basically unblocks the energy at that level. It works similar to acupuncture in that way, and, uh, you can get pain relief instantaneously. Um, that one— for that one to really work effectively, it's just really all about placement. So you just want to make sure you place it properly, and if you're not getting that relief, you want to try a different, uh, placement to get that relief. But it's very effective. A lot of people will combine the patches. So like if somebody is having pain and they know they have a degenerative condition, say like in their spine, that's a good example. If they have degenerative discs or any kind of degeneration, they could use the IceWave initially for pain. If they have pain, they could also couple it with the Aeon for inflammation and stress relief or lowering the stress. And then the X39 would also be a good one to use because that one over time is really what's going to help with the regeneration. As the regeneration takes place over time, that I would expect that person would have less pain, less consistent pain, and they wouldn't need the IceWave as much. So that's the nice thing is like as you get better and as your, your body is healing and regenerating, a lot of your symptoms also get better over time.
