Mindy Noland Story

Healthcare worker Mindy Noland shares how X39 light-therapy patches helped her sleep better, ease hip bursitis and anxiety, and recover faster from a broken toe starting in May 2024. She uses them 12 hours on, 12 hours off, placed directly on problem areas, alongside hydration and exercise.

Good evening, everyone. Thank you so much for joining us this evening. We are so excited that you're here. I'm Nikki Lea McCutchen. I will be your host for this evening. Just know that whoever invited you to the call tonight must really care about you to want you to know about this technology. We are literally watching it change lives. I mean, we hear amazing stories all the time, every week, and you're going to hear one of those again tonight, um, across the board wherever we go. We just got back from conference and just asking other people that are there, you know, what their story is. And that's how Leslie met Mindy. And so we are super excited to have her on. Um, the call tonight will be for about 30 minutes, and, um, I'm just going to start with our medical disclaimer. So tonight what we'll be sharing is for informational and educational purposes only. The products that we discuss are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any disease. If you are on medications or have medical conditions or are pregnant or nursing, just like with embarking on any new health regimen, diet, or fitness program program, please check with your preferred healthcare practitioner first. And with that, I am going to have Mindy come on and just share with us how long you've been using the technology, Mindy, why you got started, and what you have seen since you've been wearing the technology.
Hi guys. Um, yeah, so let's see, where do I start? So back in COVID, I— everyone, I was a scrub tech, so I work here in Medford, Oregon. So I scrub techs, I scrub all surgeries. Well, during COVID we got shut down like most hospitals, and surgeries. Um, so I was working the COVID line. Um, funny thing is, back in 2018, one of our traveling nurses, um, she's like, hey, you need to wear this patch to help you like relax. I'm like, what are you talking about? And I'm like, ah. So she gave me some. I didn't use them. I like put them on my nightstand. So then fast forward to May of '24, I had this really dear friend of mine. She knew I was struggling. I'm a single mom of 3 kids. Um, she knew I was struggling with a very toxic work environment because healthcare is very toxic and a fast pace and we have tons of sick people. Um, but I was also experiencing major discomfort from hip bursitis. I could barely walk. Um, it was very hard to be a mom, a good mom. Um, so that is why she called me, because she knew I was struggling. Um, she's like, hey, I got something for you to try. And I'm like, I'll try anything. So I went and met her. She's like, put these patches on. She gave me an X39 and 2 Eons because I was— I thought I was also having a heart attack. And I'm— how old am I? I'm 46. So May 14th of '24 is when I started. 2 days before that, my doctor prescribed me some antidepressant pills, some anxiety pills, and I'm like, I work in healthcare. I know doctors always want to give us meds, but I don't want to do that. That, because as we know, there's always side effects to everything we put in our body. So that night I put those patches on, and it was crazy. The next morning I'm like, did I just sleep? Like, seriously, all night long? I used to only sleep about 2 to 3 hours a night, which was horrible. Um, as we know, sleep affects our mood the next day. Um, but I woke up and I'm like, seriously, my hip bursitis, is it gone or is it in my head? I went to work and I was not experiencing any discomfort. So the funny thing is, is I was leaving convention and I saw Leslie in the store and she came up and she's like, we started talking and she's like, can I record your story? And I'm like, absolutely. And so it's helped me with so many things.
The—
I think the biggest thing that it has helped me with is, for one, the hip bursitis, but anxiety that I used to struggle with. I had many issues with that, um, and I could go on and on. But I also had Raynaud's. I don't know if many people know what Raynaud's is, but when you're doing surgery, my hands are my tools. Um, I couldn't feel my fingers. They turned white, and I kept on dropping instruments, and you don't really want to drop instruments when you're doing surgery. Um, So since then, my Raynaud's has gone. Um, I also had a total hysterectomy back in, uh, April, um, of '24. And man, the brain fog, the hot flashes— I don't really have any hot flashes anymore. So it's just an awesome technology. And like, I could go on and on and on. I could talk this whole entire call just because today I talked to someone and he's a chiropractor and and I was in his office and I'm like, Mike, try this for your knee. He went in and talked to one of his patients and he's like, oh my gosh. And I heard him like, what is happening? And he's like, hold on. And he came out, he's like, Mindy, look. And so, I mean, some people get immediate results, sometimes it takes a while. So if you're here and you're new, just remember like you might have had symptoms, you know, for a long time and our body is under so much stress so much inflammation. But the key is consistency and time. Um, there's always hope. Like, just keep on doing it and know that, you know, there are other things that we also have to do— drinking tons of water and just making sure that we also eat healthy. And, you know, it's, it's just a great tool to get better well-being for your future. And, you know, I have kids and they use it as well. Yeah, it's, it's an awesome technology.
That's awesome. So you've been using that. It's been like for about a year and a half.
Yeah. May of '24 I started.
Okay. Okay. Awesome. That's awesome. Yeah. And those results are fantastic. So busy professional, you know, just obviously in her profession, she's helping people. So all of those people out there that are helping all of us when we have things go wrong in our lives, We need for them to feel good.
Yes.
So you want these busy professionals to have our technology. So that's amazing. I'm so thankful that two people, you know, somebody else came along and shared it with you as well. So just relief from hip pain and better sleep. Again, busy professionals, and especially those helping all of these other people, you all need to sleep. That's when your body regenerates and you can recover. That's our recovery time. So., and that stress usually causes them to not be able to sleep well. So for your body to immediately react and you to get that sleep that you needed allows your body to do what it was designed to do, which is heal itself. And so then you had what you needed to start recovering in that way, which is amazing. And then so many people nowadays struggle with anxiety like you were struggling with, and just— it can be from all kinds of things. Just again, just you're out there, you're caring for people, you have things going wrong in your job, you're dropping instruments and you know, this is not good. I cannot do this. So the anxiety shoots through the roof, you know. And so, so many people are experiencing that today because especially all of our healthcare workers, they— that's why they're there, because they want to take care of us well. Um, and so that can cause so much anxiety. And so it's amazing that you've gotten relief from that as well. And then of course the numbness in your fingers, that's huge. For that to go? How long did that take for you to notice your fingers changing?
Oh, the Raynaud's, it, it was a month because I used to have to take a warm vest that I wear under my scrubs. One of the doctors gave it to me because I'm like, it is way too cold in here. And it lit— it literally was gone in a month and I haven't had it since. And it's been, it's been huge because it hurt. Like, I don't know if anyone's had Raynaud's, but it is so painful. It's like frostbite, but 10 times worse. It, it hurts.
It hurts. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Well, that's amazing. Even in a month, like, I would tell most people, like, you've got to stick with this, you know, 6 to 12 months. You have something going on. You have an autoimmune situation. So you need to give your body the time that it needs to be able to regenerate. So all of us would want results that fast, but that doesn't always happen. And so, like you said, what's so important is that consistency and sticking with it. And, and then having the brain fog and the hot flashes, because obviously you had a— you know, yours was from surgery, like you were forced into menopause. And so to have all of those things come on so quickly, it's amazing that this technology is even helping to balance out your hormones when you don't have the body parts that you need to do that. So that's truly jaw-dropping and amazing as well. Is there anything else you can think of that you'd like to add?
Um, I do. So I was at the gym, it was about, um, it was a couple months ago. So before I had these patches, um, I really couldn't work out that much, but I just recently, um, started getting a trainer. So the funny thing is, is when we're there and we're doing a trainer, like, we want to help our trainer get the weights off and put it on the bar. So I was there one day and I was moving a 45-pound weight plate off of the little bar to put on this machine I was going to use, and I thought the bar was a little bit longer than what it was. And, oh no. And I readjusted my hand, the plate dropped on my left foot. And she's like, where did that plate go? I'm like, it dropped on my foot. And so I did post some pictures, um, and I broke my left big toe and the second digit toe. It bruised so bad. I immediately went home after I finished my session because I paid for that session. I was not letting it go to waste. And, um, I immediately went to my car when I was leaving, and I slapped 3 Aeon patches on there and an X39. And because I could feel the pulse of the whole world in my foot that day, yeah, it healed. So I had to work that following Sunday, and the pain and swelling went down that night. It bruised pretty bad, but I can't even imagine if I didn't have those patches how much more it would have taken for my foot to heal. It was just crazy how fast wound healing from internal— because, you know, everything happens internally. Um, it was, it was amazing. I'm so glad I had them because I did get an X-ray done and I did break my toe, and there's not much for toes. You can go in and get them pinned, which I didn't want to do that. I have no— I had no issues after that. It was crazy.
Wow, that's totally amazing. Yeah, that is, that's truly a miracle. And that, that's also just a great example of when we, you You know, sometimes you need to, especially when you have acute injury like that, using more than one patch. And I love the fact that you use 3 Eons and an X39. And did you put them all like on top of each other or all around your foot? How did you do that?
Put the X39 right where I dropped the plate, and then I put Eons around it. I also put one on the bottom of my foot because the bottom of my foot so bruised and I'm like, ooh, it was getting so inflamed. But yeah, I, I was just— I put a unit on and then I put another unit on and then I put another unit on and I was just like, the inflammation just went down. It was, it was mind-blowing. I'm like, what? Like, how is this not hurting? Because the bruise looked so painful. And the doctors, even my chiropractor, he's like, how is this happening? I'm like, I'm telling you, it's these light therapy patches.
It's crazy. Yes, absolutely. Yeah, that's, that's truly— and I can attest to that too. I tore my Achilles tendon and went home and put extra patches all around that area. And before I had gotten home, I had patches on other places in my body, but before I got home, I'd started this— the— see the bruise start coming up. And once I got those patches on there, the bruising immediately went away. So obviously I, I had to have surgery and go that whole route, was completely torn in half. But even with the surgery and everything, my foot never— it went right to yellow of the healing part of the bruise and never the, you know, major, major part of the bruising process. So it is amazing how the technology just helps your body have what it needs for, for your inflammation to not get stuck, for it to not all pool and get stuck, and allow it to circulate through your body so you can have better circulation. Obviously, when we have better circulation, our body is able to do what it was designed to do, which is then, you know, help help regenerate and heal whatever the problem is, you know, wherever it is in our body. So since you're in the medical field, Mindy, is there anything that you would like to tell us about, um, the science behind the technology? Oh, you're muted.
Um, the science behind it, like, it just blows my mind. I don't know, you know, I just know that just like the sun, you know, when the doctors tell you to go out in the sun to get more vitamin D, you just got to remember the sun doesn't have vitamin D in it. It's the light path that your body knows what to do with that. So it's the same technology, you know, just like the red light therapy with those masks everyone's using right now. It's, it's crazy, like going in the sauna, cryotherapy. I, I still do cryotherapy. Um, we just have so many tools that are good for our bodies that we just need to keep our mind open to it, instead of just getting more and more, you know, medicine and all the toxins that the doctors want us to put in our bodies, it's not truly needed. So, you know, just think, think about it. Just keep your mind open. I know, I mean, I still have people who are like, Mindy, seriously, this sticker is really going to help you? And I'm like, well, what, what else are you gonna do? You're gonna get more medicine and have more side effects and more side effects? So, you know, science is a huge thing, and it's more and more technology is coming about, you know, stem cells and activating your own stem cells. And people always ask me, you know, are you going to be using this the rest of your life? I'm like, well, I'm still aging. I don't want my stem cells to go dormant because I'm a pretty healthy person. I'm on no meds now. I don't take anything. I exercise daily. But you just got to remember, there are other things that you need to do to stay healthy. You know, you just, you just got to be aware of that. You can't just go eat like Cheetos every day and donuts. Like, there are other tools that you have to remember to do to fuel your body. Your cells need that healing, and sometimes it's going to take a little bit because symptoms just didn't come overnight. So just give yourself some time and remember it's going to take a process. Some people get it fast, some people it takes a while. Just, um, it's just amazing. It's just an amazing technology that David Schmidt made and have it patented, like, it's like, wow, it's like crazy to me. The science behind it, I sometimes don't truly understand it because I am not a scientist, but it works. And we're here to give hope to people to know that don't give up, like, just don't give up. I know some people struggle a lot with many different issues, and, you know, if you have this opportunity that falls in your lap, take it, take the. Don't be afraid of it. Just give it time and know that if you put good energy into something, you're going to get good energy back.
Absolutely. I love that so much. So well said. And so the fact that you've had a hysterectomy and you're not on any medications, that's pretty phenomenal, y'all. Like, I don't know if you're putting that together, but that's pretty amazing. So obviously she's making lots of health choices outside of obviously using this technology, but good nutrition and exercise. She's doing cryotherapy. So there are so many modalities out there. I think what she's trying to tell you is that there are many things out there that can support your body to do what it was designed to do, so you're not forced into the situation to where your only option is a medication. And so that does give people hope, because the medication, what it has to offer, is a list of side effects. When you're doing something that's supporting your body naturally, that is completely different. And especially with this technology, there are literally no side effects. It is— there's no contraindications with medications or anything. So there, obviously, with this technology, here's what it looks like, a tiny little patch. There's nothing going into the body. It is just only activating your own body's, your own body's frequency to turn on GHK copper peptide. So I'm going to dive into that and explain how the technology works. So the company has been around for 20 years. We are FDA recognized and compliant as a general wellness product. So this is a Class 1 medical device, completely non-transdermal. What that means is there's nothing transferring from this patch into your body. It's completely sealed with medical-grade plastic on both sides, um, hypoallergenic adhesive. It is— has a 96% effectiveness rate. Okay, that is phenomenal. So when we're talking about this technology in comparison to what we have on the market today, there's really not actually a great comparison, but if I was going to pick one thing, that would be a stem cell injection. And, um, and I'm going to explain as to why that's not a great thing. Um, but a stem cell injection doesn't always work. So we're talking about a technology that has a 96% effectiveness rate compared to a technology that may or may not work, and you paid thousands and thousands of dollars for it. And this is pennies on the dollar compared to that. Like Mindy mentioned, it has— we have over 200 patents, there's over 90 clinical clinical studies. The science is very well documented, and so that— there's nothing else in the world that does what our X39 technology does. So she also mentioned how this patch actually works is through a process called photobiomodulation. That's just a big word for light making change in the body. And so she talked about how when you step out into the sun, the sun hits your skin and your eyes, tells your body to make vitamin D. She mentioned it doesn't give you vitamin D, but it causes your body to make that vitamin D, and then your body does work. Your body then uses the vitamin D where it needs to go. And so that is what is so amazing, is that this technology works that same way, only we don't have to have the sun. So we actually emit a low-grade infrared light from everywhere in our body. So I'm going to explain this as well. If you're watching a movie and you're seeing them look through night vision goggles and they're talking about a heat signature, scientifically that is a low-grade infrared light. That low-grade infrared light comes out from us everywhere. So wherever you put this patch on, it is going to reflect like a mirror. There's a crystal lattice structure in there of amino acids, salts, and sugars that's reflective like a mirror. Our infrared light hits that and then it is sent back into the body at a very specific frequency to turn on GHK copper peptide. So this is how you need to think about this, is that this patch is like a light switch in your house. So when you walk into your house and you flip on that light switch, the light switch doesn't have the, the the electricity. All it is is the switch to turn on the electricity for your light bulbs to come on. This works the same way. This is that light switch that turns on GHK copper peptide. And then just like with vitamin D, it's your body that does all the work. So once GHK copper peptide is turned on, your body uses that anywhere that it needs to go. So it sent that— it sent those regenerative cells to Mindy's hip. It sent the regenerative cells to her toes when she her toes. So they were going everywhere in her body that her body so deemed necessary to help her body restore, recover, recuperate from what was going on with her. So that is the first thing that I always talk to people about, is turning on GHK copper peptide and turning on those regenerative cells. What happens in our body is that by the time we're 30, half of our regenerative cells are no longer working. By the time we're 60, there's only 10% of those cells that are any longer working on our behalf. So like Mindy said, no matter what, she's going to continue to age. And so she wants to have that support. So if we don't turn back on GHK copper peptide, we are only going in one direction of aging. That's it. But when we turn back on GHK copper peptide, there's over 50 years of research that tells us what GHK copper peptide does in the body. So this is very scientifically sound when we're talking about GHK. Lauren Picard founded over 50 years ago. So you have very sound science that shows us what GHK copper peptide does in the body. So when we turn that back on, it's basically like turning on the Fountain of Youth. So we have all kinds of regeneration now that our body has access to that it had when we were 20, when we were teenagers, when we were children. It had all of that. That just starts to go dormant as, or no longer working properly as we age. Now we've told it to turn back on. So we have 4,000 genes resetting to a younger, healthier state, which gives us vitality. There's nothing else in the world that does this like this. There's nothing, not even a stem cell injection, can do what I just told you that this technology does. The re— the one of the other main reasons that that is not a great comparison is because if you Google GHK copper peptide, it is a very long list of things that it actually does in the body. The first thing I always talk to people about is returning on your regenerative cells. The next thing is supporting your brain health. So, you know, Mindy was talking about just the anxiety that she had and this calm that would come over her and being able to sleep better. So inflammation in her brain reducing so that her brain, when it's sending out signals, it can work properly. So all that help for her brain. The third thing is the cardiovascular system. So your cardiovascular system with GHK copper peptide is supported in every single area— your heart, your blood vessels, the lining of your blood vessels. It is truly phenomenal the way it supports at the mitochondrial level, the cardiovascular system. So support in that way is truly phenomenal. The fourth thing is collagen. So collagen, most people just think is hair, skin, and nails. It's actually the glue that holds our body together. So it's the tendons, it's the ligaments, it's the fascia, it's the cartilage, it's everything in our body. Collagen and regenerative cells begin to decline at about the same rate in the body. So now when GHK copper peptide turns both of those back on and they are working together in the body, it's why we get these widespread, across the board, all kinds of different stories and results that people have, because now their body is working in, in congruently in these two major areas in our body. And the fifth thing is the immune system. All of us want to have a better immune system. We all want our body to be able to handle the toxins that it's assaulted with every day. And those are just five things. If you Google it, it is a very long list because there's 50 years of research on it. So those go over five major body systems. Systems that we all want to work properly and work better for us.
So, um, sorry. Yes, please do. I just want to remind people, like, I'm no doctor. I'm not, you know, I'm not your doctor. So my story is specifically for me. Like, if you're on medication, don't just go off your medication. Like, sometimes your bodies need that medication. Like, I have people that have high blood pressure and that truly on thyroid you know, I'm not saying that just stop your medication. That is not what I'm saying here. But for me, I didn't have to start my anxiety meds because I chose not— I wasn't on it to begin with. But some people that start this technology, they are on a lot of meds. And just remember, like, if you ever want to get off them, you need to talk to your own doctor. Like, I am not here to cure, treat, or anything like that. I'm just sharing my personal story with you of what has helped me. So just remember, you're— you know, I'm not your doctor, I'm not giving you any medical advice whatsoever. So you just gotta, you know, do what feels right to you, but always check with your doctor too and don't get off any of medications.
Yeah, absolutely. That's— that is sound advice. We always recommend that, yeah, everybody works with their doctor, um, and, and goes through that process. And if you want to get off your medications, tell, tell your doctor that, you know, and hopefully your doctor is going to work with you to be able to do that. If they're not, get a new doctor because you want to be able— if that's a goal for you that you want to do that, like Mindy was talking about, there are so many other different health modalities out there that we have access to that can help us walk down a road of getting off of a lot of our medications if we want to. So, but yes, always work with your doctor in all of that. That is perfect information. Like I said, 12 hours on, 12 hours off. So I put mine on in the morning when I get up, I take it off at night when I go to bed. The next day I put on a brand new patch. I always recommend if you have a list of things going on over here with you, you need to give this 6 to 12 months. Okay? So you just need to invest in your health. So like Mindy was talking about, it can take time. This can take time because you didn't just get in the situation and the problems that you're having right now overnight. It took your body a long time of buildup to all of a sudden present these symptoms that you had for you to then figure out what— how you wanted to try to address those symptoms. So this is now allowing your body to have access to its own regenerative capability. And that's going to take time. This is not a medication. There's nothing going into the body. It's allowing your body to activate things in it that haven't been active since you were younger, you know. And so it's going to take time for those things to happen. So Mindy also said hydration is key. So that's super important. You can wear them anywhere on your body. So you heard Mindy, she was putting them on on her, you know, her foot, her— when she had that injury. So, you know, I don't— Mindy, did you wear it on your hip? You know, did you place them on your hip when you had hip pain?
No, when I first started, I just did the X39 back on my neck area, and then the Aeon, since I scrub in, I can't really put it on my hands or wrists. I put it on my right foot in between my big toe and the second toe. Um, but there were times like when my hip extra hurts, I just slapped it on there. So Yeah, sometimes I didn't want to wear it on the back of my neck. Um, so yeah, just place it anywhere on your body. But usually if I had immediate, like, pain right there, and I would put it right, you know, the extra 9 right where it was hurting.
Yeah, absolutely. That's fantastic. So feel free to move them around. We do have clinically tested spots, and if you just want to stick with those, you can, because it's going to turn on the peptides no matter what. Um, and so, but if you have a spot that's hurting, just place the patches there. Don't be afraid to use more than one. Sometimes when things happen, you have this tool, and, and so use it, you know. Don't be afraid to use more than one if you're in a lot of pain. So, um, yeah, so thank you so much, Mindy. Hopefully we gave those of you that are new tonight, we gave you some extra information about the technology and how it works. But we do this every Thursday night, so we'd love to have you back on. Please get back with whoever invited you to the call tonight. Tell them that you are ready to get started. Don't wait. So Mindy would probably tell you that too. She, she shoved off her first friend and was like, I don't know what you're giving me, and she didn't even use them. Um, I'm sure she wished she would have started then, 100%, because I—
man, in 2000— when was COVID? 2018. I was going through a lot of things. Like, I forgot, like, I had plantar fasciitis.
I—
oh my gosh, I had so much. I don't know how much money I spent on stuff for plantar fasciitis. Standing in surgery 12 hours, you know, doing back fusions, wearing lead, it's a hard job. And oh my gosh, I don't even want to think about all the money I used to waste on stuff and it didn't work. Like it didn't work. And then when I got this, I'm like, what? So yeah, just give it a try. Like you have this opportunity, you know, try it, but make sure it's, the key is consistency every day. And if you forget to take your patches off, it's okay. Take 'em off the next day. The next day, but give your body that time to not always have it because, you know, your cells need to not be constantly working either. They need, they need time to calm down as well. But, um, 12 hours on, 12 hours off. And sometimes, you know, I wear the glutathione patch sometimes 24 hours, like anytime I fly on a plane and anytime I'm gonna have a really busy day in surgery, I usually do that. But there's tons of patches, but don't get all of them. Just start with the basic X39 X39. That's the basic. And get back to the person that invited you to this call.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yes.
And I always have a call on Monday nights for 30 minutes as well if you want to join us. It's, uh, 6 PM Central Standard Time. And on that call, we just go over the X39, and then we give time for people to ask questions. So if you have questions, please come back on Monday night. We would love to do that. On Wednesday nights, we also have a call where we go over, um, all all the patch technology as well as the business opportunity. There are so many people out there who are looking for an extra way to, to earn some income. And this— if you love helping people and you want to watch miracles all the time like the rest of us, you know, are so happy that we get to be a part of, you can find out more about how that works on Wednesday night as well. So thank you all so much for joining us tonight. Mindy, you are such a blessing. Your story is going to bless so many people, and and we thank you so much for sharing it with us. So absolutely, thank you for coming on. And yeah, so we just pray blessing over each and every one of you. Good night, everyone. Have a good night. Great job. God bless.
Thank you for your story. You're welcome.
