AI Leadership Q&A wth Noelle

In this live community Q&A, Noelle Russell shares personal insights on navigating introversion and ambivert traits, recounting a behavioral communication technique she learned from the "Diary of a CEO" podcast that helped her network effectively on a high‑profile charity cruise. She emphasizes the necessity of scaling her outreach to advance responsible AI, outlines her availability policy during a holiday break, and provides detailed guidance on the AI Consultancy Accelerator—including virtual participation, curriculum milestones, pricing, and revenue targets. Noelle also proposes informal community coworking calls as an alternative to the structured accelerator, announces upcoming events such as the January 6 Design‑Your‑Life workshop and the regular Friday community call, and directs members to engagement channels like Skool DMs and the community chat. The session closes with New Year greetings and reminders of her limited availability over the next three days.

Hey there, everyone. Nice to see you. Hi, Tara, I missed you on the last one. I think you're on those calls. I'm glad you're here now. Hi everybody, welcome back. Should probably move my cereal bowl out of range.
Amazing.
Good to see you all. Welcome. All right, it's right at 4 o'clock. We're gonna give everyone a few minutes to get here. I'm gonna test out some cool new tech I got going on. See what happens. We'll need some white paper. Oh, there we go. Found some. Oh, yay.
Good.
Hello. Yeah, Tara, I think with your bot, I don't know, did you ever fix that bot problem you were having with the store hours? I'm almost positive it's got to be a setting in the account itself that I have to turn off. So I think that's got to be an admin thing unless you found it. Well, welcome. Good to see you. Alonso's in the house.
What's up?
All right, get this party started. Okay, I'm gonna try a couple things here. Yes, we're gonna try, try some new stuff. So William's in the house. Hello, hello everyone. Welcome in. Alright, I'm gonna give everybody one more minute to get here. Happy holidays. Last call of the year. Next time I see you, it will be 2025. Oh, good to know, Tara, about your— about the topics. Okay. Well, then it should be— hopefully we can figure it out. But great to see you all. Andrea, back for more. Thanks for joining us. Awesome. Alright. Well, welcome everyone. We are back for another fun-filled session. I love AI, our community. We just passed 1,200 members strong. So that's super exciting. We have about 82% engagement, which is a little bit crazy. That doesn't mean people comment because, you know, we know people don't like to necessarily comment, but it means that they're actually coming back and looking at posts and looking at comments and clicking on things. So, and taking the materials that are in the community. So that's really good. I'm very excited. It means that We continue to provide value. And if you look at our chat in the community, it is not just about me. It is about all of you. So thank you for contributing to that. We've seen so many cool tools being offered. What I'm gonna do today is just take a little bit of time to cover a basic topic. Giselle's in the air. Giselle, good to see you. One of the topics that I often get asked questions about. So I'm gonna cover that in the first 15 minutes or so. Give you an update on what's happening in the I Love AI community, invite you to come join us in the I Love AI community. That way you could actually be on the Zoom call with us and ask questions live.
Yay!
So excited. And so what we'll do is we'll talk for a little bit. I'll give you an update on the community happenings, the events we have coming up. We have one really cool and important event coming up on Monday, January 6th. So I'll talk to you about that. And then after, After that, I will teach you a quick topic on AI that I think is really helpful. And then I will give you some time to do just some open Q&A. So I'll unmute everyone and let everyone chat and ask questions or comments or anything that's been going on. So briefly and quickly, this is our weekly call where we invite the entire community to come together. Obviously, it is a holiday week, but I really wanted to get together before I head off for New Year's. My New Year's break is tomorrow, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but I'll be back on Friday for our Community Calls. Last week I expected to be around on Friday, but my mom came to visit me. Uh, my mom and my brother both came to visit me. Uh, one was a surprise and one wasn't. And so it was very nice to have the whole house full. Uh, it's great when you run outta seats at the table and we have 6 kids, so we got lots of seats. But, uh, it was really fun to, to experience that. So that was really good. I, of course, got a new collection of, uh, robots for Christmas. Um, I gave one to every kid. I gave a couple, uh, to people, uh, anyway. And so I have 3 of my own, but they're little cute little robots, uh, that are gesture controlled, um, and allow you to, uh, they talk to each other and they have little I don't know. Maybe I'll turn one on. Let's see what happens. It would be fun. Oh, yeah, there we go. We're just gonna have one turn on, because if I get them all going, it's a little bit crazy. Hey, it's fun. It sits on your desk. One of the cool things about this little robot guy is that it gives you also the ability to do like Pomodoro timers and track your time as a consultant. So it's pretty neat, right? I think you So yes, it's very interesting, but I can, like, pet it, and it'll say hi. Oh, that's nice. Oh, and I can rub its back. Oh, it's so nice. So it does— has all sorts of things, over 200 different types of applications. But I'm probably gonna put you to sleep because it's loud the whole time. It's really loud. So cute, though. Nice to see you. See you later. Okay, bye. Oh, sleep. Okay, go to sleep. It is not voice activated, but thankfully so. I have lots of voice activated stuff, so I don't need another one of those. But I do like these little robots that have very specific functions and can sit on your desk, uh, and help out. So that is one of the things that I played around with. Another really interesting tool that I wanted to mention to you, uh, is a platform called Lovable. Um, you could just go onto your favorite search engine, type in Lovable AI. Maybe even developer or dev, but it's in order to allow anyone really to become a software developer. Granted, I know some of you software developers out there are going to be thinking, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, not anyone can do this. It does require some skills and actually understanding how to build a system, but it is extremely cool because you don't have to write any code and it becomes deployable. And that I think is something new. Many, many times I use these tools. Um, even like GitHub Copilot, and it helps me with asset creation, but doesn't help me like build with my voice an end-to-end deployable piece of code, an application. Uh, and this has been really fun to play around with. It's very new to market, so if you want to check it out and play around with it, you absolutely can. Matt's in the house. What's up? Good to see you. All right, cool. No, no, no, we are not going to be doing— no, this is the last meeting of 2023. 24. And so this is the last one. We're doing it on a Monday because I had family come in on Friday, Matt. So I just moved it. This is temporary. They will be on Fridays unless Monday is better for you. But we're going to be continuing to do them on Fridays. So thank you. Thank you for— but yeah, I was— I had family come in at the last minute. And so I was like, I should not be on a call. I should be with my family. So I ended up moving Friday's calls to today, which I tend to do during holiday weeks. Anyway, but that being said, yeah, Lovable is a great platform. So if you want to play around with it, I will also— so let me now maybe segue into some of our community updates. We have some big updates happening in the classroom. We have a couple of classes that are launching. One class is called AI Bot Builder. So that will be available on demand because we've recorded it, and you'll be able to just buy it and take it as opposed to having to join the AI Leadership Institute. Also, when you purchase the Bot Builder certification or any of our certifications, you automatically get access to our community. Our AI Leadership Institute community is part of that purchase. So huge opportunity and valuable. We are gonna be running a promotion for AI Leadership Institute starting on January 1st because it's the first of the year. It'll run for 7 days, uh, and it'll be a discount. I don't know what that discount is yet. I will just figure it out when I get there. Um, but if you are looking to either re-engage with the community at a lower price than you got, or more importantly, share this amazing community with friends, uh, that you know, or colleagues that you know that might really could use a, a helpful AI community to learn with, please feel free to do so. That being said, That comes on the heels of 3 brand new certifications we will be launching in January. One of them is the Responsible AI Leadership certification. That will be the masterclass that's currently in the school community. I just haven't had a chance to upload all the video content that we took last year, so I'll be finishing that upload by the time we come back from the holiday. Then we also have another certification which some of you took, which was the AI Solutions Architect certification. This is one of my favorite classes. It teaches you how to organize and architect ideas on how to build real valuable solutions for either your own business or for your clients, or even just in your day-to-day job. And so understanding how to be a solutions architect means really approaching the world in a different way, right? Approaching it from the perspective of not, oh, there's so many problems, but instead, hey, there's a problem. And not what, what's wrong, but instead, how can I fix it? What can I do? How do we solve it? Instead of saying things like, there is no way, we, we say things like, oh my gosh, let's make a way. How do we, how do we figure this out? And so it's a really cool program. We have a bunch of classes we've already taught, so that's exciting. And we'll be just adding that on demand so you could just buy that certification. We also have an AI red teaming workshop that's going to be releasing at the end of January, and this will allow you to learn what it takes to be on an AI red team. You can add that capability, of course, to your resume. But really, everyone, I— every human should understand what it means to red team an AI system because you are going to be delivering and, and using AI systems all day long in every role over the next 3 to 5 years. It will become more and more pervasive. So really understanding how to use them safely and responsibly and how to test them. Break your bot. Many of you have taken our Break Your Bot challenge. So this will be all about how do you really place a framework around how to break your bot successfully. Thank you everyone for joining. Jessica's in the house. Good to see you, Margaret. Nice to see you as well.
What?
Allison is in the house. So awesome. Nice to have you here. So the, so those are some exciting certifications that are coming out again. If you're in the free community. That means you can either buy into the certification or you can become part of the AI Leadership Institute, which again, for the next 6 days is going to be discounted by about 50%. If you want to join the community, now is your chance. It won't get discounted again until, I think, summertime or maybe Thanksgiving. I can't remember, but we do 3 discounts a year. And so this is your last chance to get it at a discount. It actually goes up in price during our biggest season, which is the March, April, March, April, May, and June timeframe. We increase our prices, not decrease them. So really excited about that and an opportunity to welcome many, many more people into the fold. Let's see. Oh, so our event that we're going to be doing on Monday, January 6th, I almost got it posted while I was break— on break between the AI Leadership call and this call, but I didn't quite get to the publish button. So I'll do that shortly after this call. But on Monday, January 6th, we will be doing a Design Your Life class, which means I will be teaching you exactly what I do to reverse engineer a successful 2025. And that means, well, making a plan, right? What do they say? Make a plan or plan to fail or something like that. There's some cool term around that. Absolutely, there are discounts for students, 100%. Send me a message, DM me. I have a promo code for students. We have a ton of people in our AI Leadership Institute from a community college that I teach at, and I created that for them, but I'm happy to extend that to you as well. Let's see. I'm just looking through the comments. Cool stuff in here. Oh, yeah, yeah, that's right. Put your nano degree to use. Yes, and you could teach us some stuff too that you learned in there. Most of what I teach and talk about in these sessions end up being very much practical experience I learned in industry. But going through that nano degree, you probably got some really cool kind of academic and theoretical things that we don't cover that much. So I would love to have your perspective here as well. I'm so glad you got to join the call today, by the way. Very, very cool. Alright. I think I got everybody's question.
Okay.
So if you wanna join us on Monday, it's gonna be a 90-minute session. I'm actually gonna try and do it in an hour, but you know me, it tends to run over. So I'm gonna schedule it for 90 minutes. We definitely won't go over that. It'll just give you 15, 20 minutes of Q&A time. But in that time, I'm gonna give you the process that I use. You're going to write it down. On a piece of paper, and then you're gonna spend time building it out. And again, I have consistently for the last 3 years used this process, maybe 4 years, but I've used this process continuously, and every year I exceed the goals that I meet— make, and I make pretty aggressive goals. But the reason that it works out is not because I'm lucky. It's because I literally reverse engineer what do I wanna accomplish? I ask myself 4 questions, so I'll share those 4 questions with you on Monday. What are the 4 questions? And then I work backwards in order for those 4 answers to become a reality. What do I have to do every quarter, every month, every week, every day, every day? And so now you'll find you'll do things every single day that move you in the direction of these longer-term goals. And at the end of the year, you will be shocked at how far you've come. Um, and sometimes, you know, we get distracted and We end up having to do a lot more in November and December than we originally thought, but at least we know the plan. And I always tell people, when you have it written out the way I write it out, it's nice because if you aren't where you wanna be, you can look at how you spent your days and see exactly why you're not there, because you didn't do the things. But if you do the things, you will get there. It's quite mathematical. Um, statistics show, uh, so I encourage you to, if you are looking for a Another way of thinking about your approach to 2025. I'm happy to share with you what's worked for me over the last few years. And that will be in the afternoon. I haven't set the time exactly because I'm waiting on a client, but hopefully by the end of today, I will have that locked in and placed on the calendar, and you'll see a post in the community for that as well. It is available to everyone, both our AI Leadership Institute people as well as our I Love AI community. Equally. So you are welcome. It'll be fun. And like I said, I'd love to help celebrate your success. And normally that whole class is quite lengthy. I teach a class on planning out your year, and it's like 7 hours, or it's a full-day workshop that I do with clients. But for us, I'm gonna condense it into 1 hour. I'm gonna give you just the highlights, give you the framework. You'll get a printed— well, You'll print it, but you'll get a PDF guide that'll take you through all the questions and breaking it out by month, week, quarter, and day. And yeah, it'll be fun, I think. Yeah, absolutely. So Matt was asking about NVIDIA's AI courses. I actually helped write 2 of them. I also took 2 of them, not the same 2 I helped write. I never take my own courses, but, but I don't know. It's why I do what I do now. I'll say that they are definitely one of the reasons that I do what I do. But NVIDIA, Microsoft— here's why I pay for any education is one of two reasons. One, it's good, engaging content that I can learn from. Or two, and this is like alternatively, if it's not good or engaging, I might pay for it anyway because of the name that it has on it. So I've taken classes from Stanford, MIT, Harvard Business School, um, and I didn't find any of them truly great, but I got the name and I put it on my LinkedIn. And did it help? I don't know, but I felt a sense of accomplishment. I didn't graduate from the traditional school, so when I got certificates from these organizations, I liked them. So I don't know. I wouldn't, you know, make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. Hopefully that helps a little bit. Yeah. And if anyone, if you want to list out your courses in the community, like in a post, Matt, people can maybe comment on them if they've taken it before. But just be careful because you might also encourage other people to take it. But don't be careful. I mean, maybe encourage other people to take it. You guys could take it together and make even more out of it. We've done that before as well. All right. Let's see. So that's, that's coming up next week after. So Monday we're gonna do our Build Your Life, Design Your Life workshop. And then Tuesday, Thursday, Tuesday through Thursday, I will be at CES. If any of you are in Vegas, I will be at the Consumer Electronics Show for my 10th year in a row, speaking at the AI House and the Creator House, hosting 2 different panels. I love this event. I I go not necessarily to speak, though I'm happy to do that. I go because I love, love, love the expo. I, every year, I invest in something that I find in the expo. And sometimes they take, sometimes they don't. I remember, what, 7 years ago, I ended up investing in a Samsung voice-enabled, computer vision-enabled refrigerator. And it had a huge Alexa screen. On the front, so I could ask it a question, and it would answer me like an Alexa device. And but then I could also use my app, and I could check to see the expiration date on strawberries, or expiration date on my milk, or whatever. So it was really cool, but it didn't quite take off. I don't know if y'all remember those commercials from way back when. Yeah, I think Jessica will be there, right? Okay, awesome. I hope so. Translation. I mean, I don't know. Latency is everything with these headphones. I mean, headphones, I guess, are okay, but like, am I going to talk to somebody with headphones on?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I think the form factors, as with CES, the form factors always change. So if it starts off as headphones, it'll turn to earbuds, it'll turn into one earbud. And then like, right, I have my AI pin. I'll remember this thing from last year. Right? So the AI pin does this now live too, where I can just have it translate for me where I put it on. I'm not gonna turn it on because I have to, like, sign into it, but I could have an earbud in that would listen, and, and the person wouldn't even necessarily know that I don't know what they're talking about. So there's a lot of— yeah, yeah, exactly. There's already a lot in Market, 100%. Oh, that's a good point though, Margaret. The new— do I have them? The new AirPods, right, with the hearing aid feature. I have a person who lives with me, my dad, who has trouble hearing. He actually has what is called tinnitus, where he was in the Vietnam War and it permanently damaged his hearing. So he always has ringing in his ears. And anyway, really cool features have been added to the new AirPods, AI features to help with hearing loss. So that's pretty cool. No problem, Matt. It was so good to see you. Happy New Year. See you next time. And yeah, they'll definitely be on Friday. I hope you can join us Friday. It'll be the first one of the new year. We'll do a little celebration. Awesome. All right. And if you, if you have a question, Matt, or want to come and say anything, I think you can raise your hand. So you can raise your hand if you want to say something before you have to go. But if you're just here to hang out, that's fine too. All right, uh, let's see. Oh, all right. Hi, raise hand. Is, is that Matt? Are you, are you calling? Hold on, hold on, let me see. I have to figure it out. Hello, my friend, you raised your hand. Are you good? Yes, you can unmute now. Hi.
Yes.
Yeah, okay, it's, it's, it's nice to be here, honestly. Welcome, I'm so glad you made it this time. I just All this, you know, I've joined a lot of groups like, and I just got a scholarship through, you know, did my enterprise security and I've already finished AI product management and the nano degree in machine learning intermediate engineer. Wonderful. Uh, it was a competition out of 100 million. We did an exams in software engineering 1, 2, 3, data science, static, and they selected 400 people from universities applied Harvard, MIT, and those in paid jobs and stuff, but I just got it finished. So I'm really, really happy to be part of this group, and, uh, I've been looking to start something. Honestly, I don't know how to start, what to do. I've got— I've done a few nano degrees, I've done my cyber, my GC English, my science and stuff like that, but I've done a bit of e-commerce and stuff like that. But hopefully I'll be able to join this group and make most of it. I've mentored a few people from Oxford University while working in bio Informatics. But what I want to know is that, is there a discount for students or people who are not really working, but we want to join, like waiting for the discount to be part of the AI leadership?
Yes, absolutely. I will send that over to you because we were just chatting in the chat. So I'll just send you the link. Absolutely.
I want to learn so much and also improve my— we are the ethnic minority, like in Africa, you know, they are like excited with ChatGPT, but No, nobody knows where to start, you know. Yes, yes.
And you're ready to go like you've got all the—
and take it to Africa. I'll be so happy.
Amazing. I love it. And yes, I think this is— you will love it here because we are all about doing not just, you know, now you've learned and you've got like the skills. Now how do we practically apply it? So we do a lot of these live labs and exercises where we just get to put our skills to good use. And so I think you'll, you'll have a lot of fun. And then like I said, just feel free as you come across ideas or, you know, you have questions that you want feedback from the community, even if you want to do a little research and ask questions, please feel free to do that in the chat. A lot of us are very, very excited about this technology, just like you are.
Also launched a group, like I've got over 600 members, like in my groups, those that we participate in scholarships. So I've gone on to launch groups and helping people and stuff like that. So hopefully, you know, I can gather whatever I can learn and also make whatever leadership or groups I've launched to be more meaningful, you know. But I don't have any in on school now. I'm just a follower of you and you're gonna lead me.
Yes, yes. Oh my gosh, you'll love it. I, I think you— yes. And we have lots of community builders in, in this community as well.
Like, wow.
Yeah. And, and I believe in no scarcity.
Like, if there's something that we need to do with all the skills I've learned— people have told me, why don't you mentor? I've mentored a few people from US who are working in banks, doing, doing their machine learning, doing their AI, doing their foundation cybersecurity. And they're like, you are good in teaching, teach, why don't you do something? But I really don't know what to do.
Yes, this is it. All right, good.
Honestly, I've done projects, passed, got my certification. I've done Level 2 Electricals in college and stuff like that. I've done maths, you know, but I'm just there.
It's wonderful. Well, we're so glad you made it here, and I know you'll enjoy it very much, and you are very, very welcome.
For other people to speak. Thank you so much.
Thank you. Yeah, welcome. All right, awesome. Let's see. So I'm just gonna check the chat. Uh, oh yeah, Coursera workshops.
Okay, cool.
I like that. Uh, any thought on— oh yeah, we answered that one. Um, Cool. Let's see.
Oh, no problem.
Oh, Sheila's in the house. What's up? Good to see you. All right, let's see. Okay, 4:26. Let me give you a couple more updates in the community. So I'm gonna just show you a little bit of the things that have been happening and give you a quick tour of where to go and what to see. So this is gonna drop us right into the AI community calendar. Uh, people always ask. I'm in an Arc browser, so it's not the typical browser, but it is insanely beneficial to me, uh, because I am one of those people that have 100 tabs, and so allows me to save tabs. And anyway, it's changed my life. Maybe we'll do a workshop on it one day. But, uh, this is the best place to go for the most accurate— like, when we put an event on the calendar, this is where it's going to go. Um, and so always kind of— I do try to keep the things that are on this calendar. Like if it's a class, we put all of the times out in advance so that you can kind of plan for them. Sometimes I do last-minute things, like right now I'm about to put something on for Monday, so that'll be a week advance notice. But usually I like to give you a little bit more time than that. But let me go up and show you the community. So this is— oh, look, we have a member pending. Oh gosh, I don't want to show you all that information. So here you'll see we have some pinned posts. Usually something cool has happened, but if you post something and it's meaningful or getting a lot of engagement, or people are sharing more tips or tools, I love to do kind of what tool are you using right now, or use case of the week. And when we do those types of posts, we'll pin them. So you'll have an access to those as well. Any wins that you have in the space, please feel free to share. Uh, let's see. All right, cool. Oh yeah, here we go. Um, uh, so this is your opportunity. You can share anything you'd like with the community. All I ask is that you don't share something that would make people uncomfortable, like trying to sell them something or self-promotion, you know, like do unto others, right? The golden rule is all that I ask. Um, but definitely if you have ideas or information, if you are wanting to share or even get help with something, please feel free to use this as a forum. I monitor it every single day. The classroom— oh dear, that's not what I meant to do. The classroom is where all of our content is. So I'm just going to— I don't know if y'all heard or saw. Let me go ahead and share with you. Let's see, where did I put it? I think it's actually in a post in the community. Yeah. So I don't know if you all saw, I did the 12 Days of Christmas over Christmas. And so I provided you— I thought I provided you all a link to go and check it out. I don't see it here right now. Let's see. Oh, there it is. Let's see. There we go. So if you go to my LinkedIn journal, you'll see all the 12 Days of Christmas. Each one is a new funnel I built. Sometimes with the help of AI, sometimes not. But every one of these is a different tool. So starting at the very beginning, I did a checklist. So a 90-day AI marketing checklist. And then on the second day, I did a 7-step action plan, which is an ebook I give to my clients. The third day, let's see, what was it?
I don't know.
It doesn't really say. Let's click on it and see. What I did here. Oh, right. Let's see.
Oh, yeah.
This is the blueprint. So I'm gonna click on it so you can see where it takes you to. But this is an AI Impact Assessment Blueprint. So when I get a new client on the phone or a new prospect on the phone, I go through an assessment with them. I actually right now am building that assessment to embed as a widget on my website, but I built it. I basically just documented it in a Word document up until now. And so I'm— I made that available for free for anybody who downloads it. And all you have do is supply a little bit of information for me to be able to, to do that for you. So, so much cool stuff in there. I mean, this, like, I, I basically provide most of that as part of what clients pay me for, and I just wanted to make sure that you, as part of the AI Leadership Institute and anyone in my ecosystem, had an opportunity to, to connect with it. Margaret, I see you. I'm going to— you can unmute.
Hello, thank you. Um, I was taking a look at this earlier and I noticed on the first day it said to reply to the email to get the materials. And so I saw some people had like left comments on the thing. That seems really inconvenient for you, honestly. And so I was wondering, is there a better way to, um, a better way to get those, or is commenting on the article actually the way you want us to do that?
And is that actually— great question. Margaret, you're so awesome. I thought the exact same thing as soon as I published it. So you'll see in the very first comment, it actually has a link directly to the thing.
Oh, I need to reorganize my comments then, because the one I'm thinking of is someone who just commented the word checklist, and I was like, this looks awful for Noelle. I'm gonna check in on the Q&A before I do this.
Yes. So if you do it either by most relevant, maybe that's how mine are organized. I don't know. But It is here. But even if people do send it to me, I do have an AI system that will automatically send them my link. So that happens too. But yes, it is in— it was very inconvenient that day when I got 50 people messaging me their email address, and I was like, oh no, that's not scalable.
Thank you.
Yeah, thank you, Margaret. But I did.
Yes.
So I— you gave me good advice because I definitely did go in and add the ability to just click on the link instead. And so from there on, you'll see the link is actually in the comments from then on. So hopefully that's helpful. Thank you for bringing that up though. I'm so glad you think of me this way because these are the things that I, I just, in my effort, right, to just be helpful, I totally think, don't think about these things until it's out the door. And I'm like, oh wait, this is not good. And then it ends up not being helpful because people can't find the thing. So, but thank you for that. So I always welcome 100% this type of feedback. So thank you. All right.
Yeah.
So lots of really cool stuff in there. And all of those funnels, I just wanna give you a, you know, one of the things that we do in the AI Leadership Institute is we talk about kind of creating our own, you know, whether it's our own business, our own practice, like really being able to own the work that we do, our body of work. During my time at Amazon, one of the ways to get promoted, or the only way to get promoted, was to prove that the job you were currently in, your body body of work had expanded to include so much more things that now you deserve to get more money, a better title, etc. But it was all determined based on the body of work that you owned. And so really understanding what you're currently doing, what that body of work is going to look like— that's why we're doing the Design Your Life. It literally is going to define the body of work you're going to tackle for 2025. But then you can grow into that, right? You end up doing activities every single day to move in the direction of who will be at the end of 2025. There's a phrase that go— it's basically, I have a framework that I use called Be, Do, Have. And on the surface, it would make you kind of think about saying, like, here's what I want to be, who I want to be, and what I want to do, and what I want to have. But the reality is, is that we first, which is kind of what we do in this workshop, we start with What do we want to have? Like, what is— like, where do I want to be in 12 months at the end of 2025? And then I need to think about if I want to own a $10 million company, who do I need to be to have that? Like, what does it look like? Am I a leader of 100 people? Am I running a business? Do I own a P&L? Do I— like, what does that look like in my either current job or in a business I'm building? Or in a practice I'm developing, right? So you think about what you want and then you think about who do you need to be in order to be that person? Like, do you have to have better financial sense? Do you have to have more accounting?
Do you—
I'm obviously speaking from my own personal experience, but like, do you need more AI education? Do you need to be a better people leader? Like, what are the skills that are gonna be necessary to get you to that end goal? And then you need to start being that. Right now, like immediately? What can you do today to move in the direction of having those skills and being that person? Because it is when you are being that, that those things are attracted to you, that you get to have those things, right? You don't, you know, you don't fake it till you make it, right? You, you actually have to acquire the skills in order to attain the goals. And most people don't think of it that way, right? They, they go, well, when I get to X point, then I will do X or Y, right? They, they, they kind of put acquiring the next set of skills on the milestone. And what we wanna do is actually put it in the design phase, which is just, it's a slightly different way of thinking, but it's extremely effective. At least it has been for me. So that being said, I'm just gonna check really quick. Yeah, awesome. So that being said, I, one of the things, you know, these, these, uh, lead magnets that I created, I created right off the top of my head. I had an idea and I was like, oh, I wanna do a 12 Days of Christmas. What can I give away? And I was like, I don't really have that much to give away. I should have stuff to give away. So I just started creating content. And the purpose of a lead magnet, right, is to attract people who are going to work with you, whether that's, again, and I don't mean just transactionally, not just if you're a business owner looking to get clients, but like, how do I attract a recruiter? How do I attract a, you know, a hiring manager? Like all of these things at the end of the day, everyone, okay, lots of people, majority of people leverage social media in some aspect to get a sense of who people are before they interact with you. And so all of this you can use, leverage artificial intelligence to use. However, of course, we here in the I Love AI community, we do love AI. But we love responsible AI. So we do look at the entire lens of artificial intelligence through how do we do this safely and responsibly? So one of the other things that recently— oh, I'm still sharing my screen. So let me get out of this just to show you a couple things. So as I mentioned, I'm in CES next week. I will be in Scottsdale, Arizona for a week from the 18th to the 25th. I will be doing a couple things while I'm there, one client meeting and one executive workshop for the supply chain industry. And it leads me to just share with you something that I think actually Sandrine asked this question on our last call. So I'm going to mention it. I don't know if Sandrine is here. I think I saw your name in this list. Maybe not. But Sandrine asked a question. She's in our AI leadership. That, she's a member of the AI Leadership Institute. And she asked a question like, of all the things that we could think about and learn and, like, acquire knowledge on, what are the critical skills for 2025? And I— what I know to be true based on my experience is that last year and even 2023, 2023 and 2024 really was the year of experimentation with AI, was the year of playgrounds and prototypes. Uh, 2024, that's what I meant. Anyway, 2024 and 2023 were the year of really just kind of figuring it out. When I would go into a client, they would ask me, the number one question they'd ask me is like, what's the best way to use this thing? Which meant like early stage, how do we even get started? I feel like 2025 is the year of execution, delivery, like does this actually move the needle? And this is where we all come in, right? If we acquire AI skills, we learn what artificial intelligence is. We learn how to apply AI to a specific domain. So for example, we have someone here who's, very focused on product manage— AI product management, right? If you know how to build products and leverage AI to do that, that becomes you as a product manager plus AI. You become a superpower. And not everyone— I know we tend to be in this little beautiful world, uh, that's talking about AI all the time. But the reality is, is I go on stages every, every week. I'm on a different stage talking to a different group of people, and they are not implementing AI. And this is everywhere from real estate, landscapers, builders, and developers, all the way to economists, tax providers, financial advisors, um, all the way to healthcare professionals, call centers, customer service, every medium-sized business in the world between $100 million and $500 million. Like, they're, they're so worried about their business, they're not thinking about AI as a product, let alone as a tool to actually improve the efficiency of their company. So every one of us has something that we do that's unique to us, right? Like me, I've been in enterprise architecture for a really long time, but maybe you're, a product manager, maybe you're a user experience designer, maybe you have forever been in training, maybe you've always been, you know, associated with software engineering. Whatever that skill set is, you, meaning that skill set plus AI, is your unique opportunity this year because companies are gonna be looking for people who don't just know AI because let's face it, everyone says they know AI. It's the least interesting thing you can say these days. It used to be cool. Like 6 years ago when I first, you know, in 2014, which is like 10 years ago, I would've gone on stages and no one had ever heard of voice-enabled devices or using natural language understanding to process automatic speech recognition inputs. Like that was all very much a foreign language. Talking about AI, applied AI, as I moved to Microsoft in 2018, applied AI, democratized AI, No one really understood it. Now though, more people understand this concept of AI, and so much so that everyone is kind of saying it's become so much of a, what do they call it? Like the hype cycle, right? It's become so much of a, a used term that when people hear it, they instantly kind of recoil. They're like, ah, AI. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know AI. So the AI part is not your differentiator. It's who you become when you use AI to solve a problem. So that's the skill I shared with Sandrine. I said, Sandrine, the number one thing you can do is figure out what is your unique value proposition as an individual. Noelle Russell, what do I do and how do I use AI to do that better? And then how do I use AI to help other people like me do what I do? And that might mean customers, clients. It might be maybe my teammates in a company. Right? And maybe it is my clients if I'm, you know, a consultant. Like, it, it can be transposed to multiple different scenarios. But the idea is, like, you wanna become someone who has applied AI to a very specific business outcome. And those business outcomes are what's really going to become very, very exciting for organizations in 2025 and beyond. So much so that I have a book coming out. So that's another announcement. Right? March 11th, I have a book, called Scaling Responsible AI: From Enthusiasm to Execution. And this book, uh, it's being launched with Wiley. They're my publisher. Um, they're in the final stages of production. It also got picked up to be, uh, recorded by a SAG actor. Uh, so some SAG actor is gonna record the audiobook. It'll be published 6 weeks after launch. So it's gonna be a great year, but it's all about enthusiasm to execution. How do you go from the hype to actually building real stuff? And the world will want to know that. And you being a doer, not just a talker, right? You being someone who learns by doing, you will have this unique skill set of hands-on keyboard building. So I think it's a really great, great opportunity. So that being said, we are going to provide you the opportunity to take some of our AI Leadership Institute classes on demand, which means that I've recorded them and you'll be able to purchase them one-off if you don't want to buy into a membership like the AI Leadership Institute. Totally get it. But you are going to want to acquire these hands-on skills building an AI system end to end. We were just featured on ABC News right before Christmas, which was super big Christmas present to me. ABC News featured, featured us, right? And all on the power of what it does to your mind when you realize you can build something, when you can build an AI system end to end in a short period of time. So, and then we also last month we did using Microsoft Copilot Studio to build an AI agent. Some of us are still working on that. And that process of learning how to build something tangible and valuable to a business, I mean, that becomes a skill that the world will need this year. So, so that's how I answered that question. What's up, Joe? Good to see you here. Luasca is here as well. Good to see you all. Awesome. Thank you for joining.
Okay.
Awesome.
So So you'll see some of those show up on the schedule. Most of them will be, like I said, for the I Love AI community. They will be available on demand, and you can just purchase access if you choose to. And that way you all have equal access to some of the more advanced topics that we'll be talking about. AI 101 is gonna be found inside the community. And inside the community, you will see the classroom. And just don't forget, if you haven't done this yet, there is an onboarding process. And in the onboarding process, we ask you not only to introduce yourself, but also put yourself on our cool map, which is growing by leaps and bounds. Lots of people in Florida. I didn't know that. Um, we gotta have a party. Uh, so don't forget to introduce yourself to the community and throw your location on a map if you feel comfortable doing that. Um, and then most importantly, take the very first class in the classroom, which is the AI Leadership Masterclass. It's a 5-hour course on the basics of AI. And if you don't— like, most of what we do in here will be based on the topics. Like, that's our glossary. It's our terms. It's all the things that we talk about, all the foundational components that we don't really go into, in too much detail because it's covered in this class. So I just wanna make sure you know that that class is there for you. To kind of upskill you for the rest of this information. One of the other, days of Christmas presents that I gave out was something, I don't know, you might think it's cool. Let's just see. It's called an AI confidence toolkit. One of the things that you will struggle with is not just your ability to build cool stuff. You'll be able to do that. I will teach you how to do that, but it will be your confidence to actually tell other people that you have that skill and explain to a hiring manager or to a potential client that you're the one. You're— of all the people they could choose, you're the one that they should choose. And that is a confidence, like, parameter that you're going to have to really hone in and hypertune to overemphasize the, the pun. So you'll see here, it is a 5-part assessment. There's a questionnaire, and then it'll take you through different planning of what you can do. Again, we're gonna go into this in a little bit more detail on, on Monday in our reverse engineering our, our year. But if you are not gonna be there on Monday, or you just wanna take a look at this, is available for you right now. And this is just a toolkit, a step-by-step guide for doing what I do to build my own confidence in talking, communicating, and sharing my ideas with the world. And I always get asked, people always are like, oh my gosh, it's so easy for you because you're an extrovert and blah, blah, blah. And I just always like to tell people I'm only an extrovert because you see me being an extrovert here. If you knew me in my personal life, like, I, I don't, I, I'm not very extroverted in my personal life. I prefer to just be home with my family and that's it. I'd, I, if I don't ever have to go to a social gathering ever, I wouldn't, I wouldn't choose that as a thing I do. Um, but I know that extroversion, meaning getting out there, is a required element of success. Um, and the reason I know that is because I have been inundated with people who are not as good as me in any of the areas that I'm good at, but they are better known by my clients, by my friends. They're like, oh, do you know so-and-so? I'm like, yeah, they just started like 6 months ago. But that's my fault. Like, that's not their fault. That's my fault for not being willing to put myself out there. So creating that skill set of getting yourself into the world so people know what value you offer is a huge part of your success in 2025. And so I built this confidence toolkit to help you with that. And I hope, hope you will use it well and in good health. Alright. So for the last few minutes, I wanna open it up to some questions. If we have any, now's your chance. We already have one from Jessica. So I'll I'll open up the mics. Um, if you have a question, I'm just gonna allow everyone to talk, but if you're not talking, please stay on mute. Um, and if you have a question, just raise your hand so I can prioritize you all. But yeah, hi Jessica, good to see you. Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas. Happy almost New Year.
That's right, that's right.
And I'm excited to see you at CES. I will pester you when you are in Scottsdale, fair warning.
Good, as you should. Oh, I asked somebody to tell me that was an accident. Sorry.
And but my question was about the VC thing going on in January. When is the deadline for that? And my general question on it is, what are their IP protection by applying, if any?
Yes, so there is a, a mutual NDA that's signed by myself, the, uh, Unstuck Labs, which is the commun— the leader, the startup, whatever they're called, startup accelerator platform that we're partnering with. And you, but it's all mutual NDA. So anything we talk about is contained, if that's what you mean.
Yeah, that was because I wasn't sure. So I'm like, okay, I'm about to fill this out, but I also don't know if I could definitely say yes until—
Yeah. And I wouldn't be super— I wouldn't be super detailed. Like, we want enough information to know, like, is it— how well baked is it? How much help are you going to need? Like, it's our It's our opportunity to see like how much can we commit to delivering for you within the scope of a, a 12-week scenario, you know what I mean? So, you know, I wouldn't provide too many details until you've gotten that NDA signed, but that usually isn't until we've, you know, until we've actually accepted you into the program. But it's worth the conversation.
So at least apply for the conversation, even if I can't be 100% sure of—
yeah.
Doing.
Okay, 100%, because then at least you can get like, hey, you're accepted and your spot can be saved and people will get waitlisted. What you don't want to do is realize you can come and then we don't have any, you know, we can't take you. So I'd rather you just get the spot and then give it up later if you don't want it.
Thank you, I appreciate that.
Of course.
Awesome.
And Joe, I think I unmuted you. Did I unmute you?
You did.
Yay, good to hear from you. Happy holidays.
Same to you and a happy New Year to you. And I'm hoping it's a very prosperous New Year for Noelle Russell Russell and all of these— our community.
Yes, agreed.
So I had a couple of questions. Well, for one, I wanted to give you a shameless plug.
The— the—
I was on a Robots and Red Tape podcast Cool. It was released last— actually, it was released on Christmas Eve. And it was talking about AI companions and the ethics behind and the impact behind AI companions, which is— so it's kind of an interesting and relevant topic. And I thought I'd just plug—
Oh my God, absolutely. Throw it in the chat so we all can go see it. And then unless you did already and I didn't see it yet, but then also— put a post in the community and I'll pin it for us all to go listen to. That's great.
I did post it in the community, so it's in there. And the other thing I wanted to ask you is how are you embedding that assessment on your website? What platform are you using?
Oh, I built it in Claude and asked it to generate for me a web— a widget I could embed on my website. So it created in React and JavaScript.
Oh, cool.
Yeah.
Yeah. So I'm doing all— I mean, that's— I just built a, what did I call it? It was like an RO— not ROI. I built an ROI assessment, but this one was a— oh, actually, I'll show it to you all since you asked. I built this in Claude too. So I'm creating this. You could see it here, this readiness assessment. So this will be a lead magnet where I'm sending an email out to my potential clients that I already know they're in my database. So I have already got connected with them, but I want that— I want to let them know, like, hey, if you want to just see for 2025 where you stand at the end of 2024, take this assessment. Um, and I think— let me just refresh it. And it starts first by gathering the contact information, which I email to myself and back to them. Um, and I'll just fill it out really quickly. And then it just takes them through, like, you know, these questions from leadership, organization. I could add more questions if I wanted to, but I built all— I mean, this is like an artifact, so I just use the— I asked it to then generate for me an embeddable widget. But it says, hey, you're in developing. I just created a new version that provides a little bit more of a description on what developing actually means. But then they click, uh, schedule your consultation. I don't know if you can see it. I don't— you could probably see it down below. Yeah. So I didn't connect it, but it has the ability to go to my calendar or whatever my shared calendar is. So pretty cool considering I didn't write any code for this. And you and I both know, like, building this before was not fun. Like, it was just mundane, wasted time.
So the reason I ask— the reason I ask the question is because I'm building something like this, but I'm doing it industry-specific. So it, it actually tailors the questions based on the end client's industry and business type.
Yes. Which would be much better, right? See, my only job here is to get them to give me their contact information. Like I'm not really that con— like if this is not super val— I hope it's a little bit valuable. Like, oh yeah. Okay. I want them to be like, well, what does developing mean? And then I get on a call with them and then sell them my stuff. But yours is actually an asset in and of itself. Like, that is the value, right? Because they're actually doing a true assessment where my assessment would be like an in-person 2-day workshop.
Gotcha. No, no, I think that's— I don't want to provide too much upfront, but I want— I want to entice them enough to say, Wow, this is really cool. If he can do this, then what can I do?
100%. Yeah. This is basically, I think you can see, yeah, this is the code that it generated. I could either copy that code and just edit it myself, which I could do, or I just go back and reprompt it and say, actually, what I'd like you to do is this, or can you update the screen to blah, blah, blah. Yeah.
Nice.
Yes, I'm a big fan of Claude artifacts. Like, half— I think 2 of my lead magnets were Claude artifacts that I built. And again, from a lead magnet perspective, like, get it out there, right? Like, just put something out there that people can start saying yes to and then make it better. This is what I used to lose my life spending time building software, and I'd get so far down the pipe of building that software before I ever validated whether the thing I was building was is even a good answer to a question that my clients even had. So, uh, this is way better because I can do it in less than an hour and start putting it in front of my clients right away.
Cool, thank you.
Yeah, you're welcome. Awesome, great question. All right, cool. Any other questions? We got a few minutes. Let's see here. This is fun. I'm so grateful that you all showed up today. Um, so we do have a call. Our first call of the year is on Friday. Uh, as I mentioned, we'll have an event on January 6th, one of the other, yeah, you could do Cloud to Java, you could do it to any language except Java, of course, is server-side. JavaScript, oh, maybe that's what you're asking. So it's JavaScript. So I have it, but I didn't ask it for the language. I just said build me a widget for this that I could, what did I say? Let me see here. I don't even think I was that specific. It was like create a tool that I can embed in my website.
Right?
So, and that I can email the results and provide a link to, like, that's literally the prompt. Now granted, I did a bunch of prompting to create the actual, like, questionnaire, but to build the widget, once I have the questionnaire, this is like the benefit of chain of thought prompting, right? Is that I gave it a bunch of thought chains to think about, like, what kind of questions do I want? Here's my audience, here's the problems they have. Are these good problems? Would you add any problems? What's the best way? What's the worst way? And then once I got all of that figured out, then I said, build me the tool. The nice thing about this is that once I have the tool, I can reverse engineer a 3 to 9 step email sequence and have Claude write all of the copy for that. And it would be interesting, Joe, for you to test out whether or not you could do that by industry. My challenge is if I go to industry specifics, which you definitely have, I would be like guessing, right? I don't know all the industry specifics. That's not me. But, but that could be really, really interesting.
I'm not, I'm not guessing, actually. I'm using AI to tailor, tailor the questions.
Well, that's what I mean, though. Like you, but you prompted all of that, right? Like, I'm not spending that time at all, but that's a huge, huge opportunity, I think. Especially because we can build the widgets now so easily. This was the hard part in my mind. Like, I could draft out the architecture, even build frameworks. But actually creating a deliverable I can stick in front of a client, that was hard. And now it's so much easier. Yes, omnivert or ambivert, I think. Is that the term you're thinking of? But omnivert or ambivert means that we are introverted and extroverted, and we are just depending on circumstance. So for example, some of us, once you get on stage, You might be nervous for a minute, but then you kind of relax because, you know, you're just the one doing the talking. There's no, like, interaction. You know what you're going to say. Usually introverts are very good on stage or in, like, group presentations, as opposed to small one-on-one conversations, which is me. I'm awful at, like, social commentary and, like, small talk. I'm better now because I recently— I'll just share this with you all— I listened to a For those of you ambiverts, uh, or, or introverts that haven't deci— haven't come to the extroverted, uh, side at all. I re— I listened to this podcast, um, Diary of a CEO. The late— I don't know if it's the latest one, but the one, at least the one before last, was a woman. I think her name was Sarah. I don't remember her last name. I'm good with first names. Um, but she was a behavioral scientist. Um, and she focused on like, I think she said, like, improving the world for the socially awkward. And I know you all think, because I actually care about you all and I think we're friends and this helps me be normal, but like, I am extremely socially awkward when I'm in front of, like, in public, like, unless I'm with my family. Anyway, it's really bad. It's awful. Like, I've come to tears in networking situations before. But that being said, she gave some incredible tools that you can use. Well, let me give you one that was my absolute favorite. She said, be, um, oh, I can't remember the term she used, but she said basically when you're talking to someone, be the person that's always like, basically always, uh, saying nice things like to the other, right? If somebody comes up and says, oh, what do you do? You say what you do really quick, and they're like, what do you do? And they're like, oh my gosh, that's so interesting. And then she gave really cool things to say After that, like, uh, anyway, she gave me a whole script and I used it. Where was I? I was at an event and I used it. Oh, I was on a cruise ship. I was on a cruise ship. Some of you know I went on, uh, Ritz-Carlton's cruise, super fancy cruise. It was a charity cruise with a bunch of very, very like multi-million billionaire people. And I don't know how to socialize that well. And so I was like, it's gonna be awful. But it wasn't awful because I used this. It was called Diary of CEO., and it was the one was, I think her name was Sarah. I hope it was. Anyway, you'll see it. It's like just a couple ago. Um, but it was about behavioral communication strategies and it worked cuz I was able to talk to people and I asked them only questions about themselves. I never had to talk about me. And then I got to be the one who was constantly complimenting other people and helping other people. Like I went and started introducing people to each other. That also was like a rockstar super skill, um, that I didn't know I had. And I never— I wasn't nervous doing that because I felt I was being of service, and that literally shifted everything for me. So really, really cool. Awesome. Yeah. So yeah, Dire CEO, 2 episodes ago, I think you can go and take a look. Really, really cool. All right. Yeah, I'm definitely an introvert by nature, and I enjoy it. I don't ever want to not be that way.
I—
that's the way. But I do know that in order to do what I need to do in the world, like change the world to build responsible AI, I'm going to have to get out there. And so now I do. At scale. Alright, awesome. It's 5:02. I wanna be respectful of your time, especially pre-New Year's. Happy New Year, everyone. Please send messages. I am, I will be offline for the next 3 days though. If you need something, just message me and either myself or my assistant will see it and she'll ping me and be like, it's urgent. So if it's urgent, I'm here for you. I will never leave you high and dry if you need me. But I will try to spend time with my family. Oh, good. One last thing. Question or comment. I think you can talk, hopefully. Oh no, you can't. Sorry. Luaskia, are you there? Yes, there you go. Noelle, can you hear me?
I can.
I'm actually in a doctor's office, but I put a note, a question in the Q&A.
Would you mind just—
Oh yes, thank you very much. Thank you very much. All right, awesome. And I made you come off me anyway. You told me you're in a doctor's office. Thank you for pointing that out. Um, okay. Okay. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. Oh yeah. So the question is about like whether or not you're clear on like, so some of you took the Building an AI Consult, like Building a Thriving Consultancy Practice in 2025 seminar series, and that leads to applying to the accelerator. And that— what I would do is you absolutely could apply to the accelerator to go through that experience. You wouldn't be doing it in person. I don't think you're in DC, but it, it's definitely worth doing virtually because the steps are the same. Like, you're still going to— and this is again only if you want to actually build a practice. So if you're wanting to build, you are clear on your value proposition, right? And you're doing incredibly interesting and important work on mitigating risk and bias. You're a lawyer like by trade, this is a good, this is a good niche. So the purpose of the accelerator is to get you stood up and making money. What you won't be able to achieve, probably $1 million in ARR, because to get to that, you have to, you usually have to get to like $10K for us to decide how, how fast. But we can definitely get you monetizing, which might be the bigger goal for you right at the beginning since you're just starting. So I would apply and then accepted, join the virtual one. And then that way you get step by step, like every day of that accelerator, you'll be building stuff, building your website, creating your lead magnets, getting on sales calls, talking to customers. Like it is, if you want your feet to the fire to actually get out into the marketplace as someone who does this work and gets paid to do it, I, I think it's a forcing function for that. The, what I would consider you doing though is maybe even consider— there's a couple different ways of doing it. You can either pay to play, which is $3,500 for anybody who wants to participate. If you wanna be part of the accelerator, which your job is to get monetized, we, the, we will help you get monetized and we'll get you on a path to $1 million in ARR, annual recurring revenue, by the end of 2025. That is the goal of the accelerator. However, if you want, you, again, you could join the virtual session. And all of those steps still apply. But if you aren't, like I said, if you haven't actually sold anything before, you'll have a longer tail. So you probably won't get to a million in ARR, but we'll be able to, through the application process, tell you what we can get you to. And that might be enough. Like I said, this is how I did it. I went into an accelerator and I just built everything. And it's so much better because otherwise you'll get stuck doing the wrong things, spending your time in the wrong places. So I really, I would consider it. The other thing we should think about doing though is something that Joe talked about. It was like Joe and Allison. Anyway, some early members of the I Love AI community is just getting working sessions together in the I Love AI community where we just do like open, what do they call it? Like work hours where we all dial into a Zoom and we just hang out together and we are all building our businesses together. Right? So that's something we could also do just as a community as opposed, the accelerator's like legit script like you will do this, this, this, this to get this outcome. We could do something a little bit more casual as a community if that's interesting to everyone, right? Coworking calls. Yes. Thank you, Margaret. I was looking for that word. Yeah, we could do coworking calls. I think that would be awesome. So, so you have a couple options, but definitely don't— I would apply anyway and then let it play itself out because you never know. You never know what opportunities lie. And like I said, it's really cool to go through the application process. Um, not to waste our time because I don't want you to do it if you're not ever going to be, but, but you have a really— like, this is your year. People are going to be looking at like, how do I do this and not hurt myself or my customers or my partners? And being a lawyer, like, anyway, I'm excited for you. I'm gonna apply. All right, awesome. Thank you. Awesome. I think it'll be good. All right, awesome. Good luck, uh, and thank you for calling me in. I know you're, you're at work, I think, so Sorry. Awesome. Alright, thank you everybody. Don't forget to chime in on the chat in the community. We'll see everyone on Friday for our community call. And by the end of today, if you maybe tomorrow you wanna just check really quick on the calendar for the time for January 6th, you'll also get a message from me in your DMs on Skool to let you know that January 6th is on the calendar. But I hope to see you there. Let's make 2025 amazing and enjoy the rest of 2024. What's left of it. And thank you for everything. I'll see you all soon. Happy New Year. Happy New Year. Oh yeah, I should do like that.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year.
Nice to meet you. I really enjoyed my first Zoom ever on the whole of the website platform. This is the first Zoom I've attended.
Amazing.
Yeah.
I'm so glad. Thank you all. Happy New Year! It's like the first time I can contextually use my fireworks accurately. Most of the time it's totally by accident. All right, bye everyone, have a great day. See you later.
