Welcome, welcome. Hello, welcome to a new updated Monday version of our AI Leadership Institute I Love AI community call. This is a chance for me to update you on all things that are happening in the world of I Love AI and the AI Leadership Institute and also give you a chance to get a small peek into the world of Noelle Russell Russell. I'll also open it up for any Q&A. You can notice at the bottom, If you are here live on Zoom with us, you will have a chance to ask questions about any of the topics that we talk about today or that we've talked about at all. We've got lots of content inside our classrooms. Hopefully you've had a chance to poke around and take some of those courses and materials. Just certainly say hi to everyone. Amazing. Julia, Alonzo, Joe, Sherry, good to see you. No matter when I do it, I feel like, Sherry, you're always in your car. So, but good to see you all. So I'll start with a little update from Noelle's side of the house. It's been a very busy few days. As a matter of fact, I don't even remember what I was doing on Friday. Oh, that's right. On Friday I was driving to Orlando in order to participate in Walt Disney World's Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend, and it was super fun. Good to see you, Cindy. Thank you for being here. And it was really fun. So on Saturday, I got a chance. Let's see if I could show you. I got a chance to do a 10K. What? So my 10K marathon got across the line and got a chance. Like, how cool is that, right? But the best thing about running the 10K on Saturday was that my husband ran it with me, which was one of those things that we just never thought we would ever do. We never considered ourselves runners, but We did it and it was awesome. Uh, and most importantly, we actually, uh, we ended up, um, doing our 5K in the best time we had ever done 5K before. So we hit a PR, or personal best, um, in our 5K during this race. We also hit our personal best in the 10K. However, technically we had never run a 10K before, so it was the best because we didn't have a previous number. But either way, very good, strong Strong start to the weekend. Um, and then, so that was Saturday morning. We ran, we finished, we kind of— I love post-run day because after I run, I eat lots of carbs, which I don't typically do. Um, and we watch television. So I got to sit on, you know, the bed recovering from my 10K, watching Bridgerton, uh, episode season 2, I think. Uh, and it was fantastic. So, oh no, is 3, I think it was 3, whatever the latest one is. There's a new one coming for you Bridgerton fans out there. Um, but anyway, so after that, that was Saturday, I rest all day. I rest for a reason because on Sunday morning at the same time, crack of dawn, actually before the crack of dawn, around 3:45 AM, I wake up in order to run another race. Um, but this time it's a half marathon, 13.1 miles instead of 6. 2 miles. So I get another medal. Yay! So I now have a 13.1. I— this is so cool. Um, but yeah, this is my half marathon medal. Very excited. Um, I did this race on my own, though my husband was with me the whole way. He was on the sidelines. He was actually in my ear sending me wonderful text messages of like inspiration and praise and reminding me that I'm like Alexander Hamilton and I am non-stop. So at the end of that half marathon, I got challenge medal. This one, which I don't know if you can focus on it— there you go— it says 19.3 miles. So in 2 days I got 3 medals, right? 2 days, 3 medals, 19.3 miles. And today, I know you all want to know, but I am very sore. Like, I will not be getting up in front of you because it— anyway, I'm very sore. But, um, but it was awesome. I'm super excited that I got to do it. And the reason I'm so excited, I mentioned this on my LinkedIn post clear is that like I never ever thought ever that I would run 19.3 miles. Like, I got very— I could get emotional just talking about it, but I got very emotional at the end of that race yesterday because I was like, I cannot believe I did this. And this is the reality that I kind of expose myself to all the time. I am constantly doing things that I never thought I would do. I'm constantly like just saying yes to things that are, I don't know, on the surface maybe impossible or really hard. Um, and, uh, but it's anything you want, anything you want, no matter where you are, what you're doing, anything you want is accessible to you. It's only a function of how hard you are willing to work for it and how long you're willing to work for it. Now I do wanna tell you a story about— these medals make a lot of noise, so I'm gonna take them off. But, um, I want to tell you a story about these because I've run Disney Princess half marathons. I've run them like, I don't know, I think this was my 6th. It's my 10th half marathon overall. And I love them. I danced. I danced. I dressed like a princess. So I was the Tiana in the half marathon. I wasn't a princess, but I did dress up for as Tinkerbell in the 10K. So like, I like dressing up. It's amazing. It's super fun. But that being said, like, you can do— you can achieve whatever goal you want. In my case, I wanted to run this 19.3, and I actually wore— I should have wore it today, but I have a jacket, um, that I bought 2 years ago or a year and a half ago at a marathon that said 19.3 finisher. I didn't wear it because I wasn't a finisher, but I bought it because I was like, man, wouldn't that be something if I could finish 19.3 miles. Like, that's— it's just, it was out of the realm of possibility for me. So, but I— anyway, so I like put— I bought the jacket, it's in my drawer. Like, I look at it every time I put on workout clothes, I'm like, oh, there's that jacket again. And then I realized, like, yesterday I was like, oh my gosh, like, I'm here. That reality has caught up to my, like, expectancy. Like, what I put in that drawer is now happening. It was super emotional for me. I was like This is like, it is so cool to keep a promise to yourself, you know, like that, like show up. But I will tell you, and I am serious when I say you could do whatever you want. Like some of you have never run. I've never run a marathon, 26.2, never run a full marathon. I've run a bunch of halves, but never a full. Maybe I will run a full one day, but it's not on my list of things to do at the moment. But like running a half and certainly running back-to-back races like that's pretty awesome. But there's 2 ways that this can go. One, you can train and prepare and get coached on what the right thing is to do to prepare for this amazing, beautiful outcome that you want. Or you could not train. In either case, you can finish the race. And I mean this much metaphorically as well. Like, whatever your dream is, you can either go easy or hard. Like, either way, you can get the prize.. You can build the business, you can achieve the goal, you can close the, you know, get the most, um, sale. You know, you can hit your sales quota. You could do it easy or hard. The easy way is to be coached, right? To properly train, to do the needful things that are required before you run the race. And again, I mean this, you know, metaphorically, like across any of the things that I ever do, I can choose to go the path where I look to people to tell me how to do it successfully. And then listen to them, or I could just show up and just muscle through it, right? Pound my way through it. And I've done races both ways, one where I've trained and ones where I haven't trained. This was a bit of a hybrid where I tested myself a couple of times over the last 6 months. I went and ran like nonstop for 3 miles, or I went and ran nonstop. I did 2 5Ks. So I had a sense of like my cardiovascular strength. Like I knew I could finish a 10K based on having run a half marathon before, but I didn't really train. And, and what that means is that again, you can get to the end, you can get to the end of the race, but how you feel on like that day and the day after is dramatically different when you've gone with somebody who's helped you along the way. Or you've kind of punched your way through and muscled your way through. And I invite you to think about it because I, every time I do this, every time I don't properly train for a race and then I do it, I hurt for like a week. Like, I, and right now I'm in that where like my shoulders are ridiculously sore, my quadriceps, my hamstrings, my calves, like every, everything is a mess. Like I can barely move. But on the races, and that's because I didn't properly train. Did I get to the end? Did I get my medals? Absolutely. But now I'm hurting in my mind. I'm like, or I could have just trained. And so I just invite you to kind of consider any goal that you have, that you do have a choice. You can actually go and partner with somebody who could help, like, train you and prepare you and ensure that you don't end up hurt and broken afterwards. You'll still get the prize at the end no matter what you do. But wouldn't it be better if you— I mean, I saw people on the sidelines drinking champagne after the race. I would have like not been okay if I drank champagne after the race. Like, they were drinking champagne and beer. They had like Prosecco glasses. I was like, I just want to go and get in a bathtub. Like, that's all I wanted to do. So, but I think it's a, it's a good note to self. Like, you can do whatever you want. You can, you can address, like, identify a goal. Go after it and you can make it, like, no matter what it is. I've taught this to myself over and over again, but the journey on how to get there and how you feel after is completely up to you. Whether you choose to follow the examples set by others, whether you choose to invest in coaching and have someone alongside you to help you avoid feeling terrible at the end, or you just muscle through it and suck it up that you're gonna be super sore for 4 days. Um, it's up to you, but if I had the choice, and I do next time, like, I'll train. I train more this time than I had trained in the past. Um, but it always reminds me when I'm done with these races, like, goodness, Noelle, just train. Like, just get a coach and do some training because then you could feel good right after the race. You don't necessarily have to be like broken. Um, anyway, my small note to self. Um, oh my gosh, you're right, you're absolutely right, Sherry. Disney should sponsor my shoutouts. Absolutely. As a matter of fact, now's a chance for me to shout out another brand that I loved. I think it's called Mega Babe. I think it's Mega Babe. M-E-G-A-B-A-B-E. Anyway, I know some of you— I watch a lot of ESPN and I know some of you probably have seen commercials like Mando or like these new deodorant commercials. I don't know. But Mega Babe is this like deodorant company. So they make deodorants, they make— thank goodness they make anti-chafe. Like I was wearing a costume, right? So the costume is not like normally what I would run in. It has like plastic. Right here. So under my arms, like, it kept rubbing against the plastic for like a couple hours. So it was not pretty. But this company, Megababe, I think is what they're called— kind of hope that's the right name— um, anyway, they ended up giving me— not making— like, they didn't sell it to me. They gave me this like miracle cream that I used, uh, to support me in my hour of need. And so that was pretty awesome. I told them I was gonna do a a video review, but more importantly, I'm going to do like, you know, go on Google and give them rave reviews. But they were awesome because they were there to like help people. Like, yes. And they sold out of all their stuff, but they happened to like see me and they came by and they gave me this like whole suite of products that would help me. And it was awesome. It was so awesome. And my daughter looked at me when we walked away. So my daughter was with me and she's 8. So we walked away and she goes, did they just give that to you for free? And I was like, yes, they did. She's like, I— wow. And I was like, I know. I said, so in response, you know, in return, I'm going to use their products and then give them a good review. So it's amazing when things like that happen. So, so needless to say, it's been an amazing week. I got some cool medals. Oh dear, almost dropped them. Like, yeah, yeah, you're wrong. Okay, so I did good. I'm excited for it. But that's not the only good news I got. Like, it's been a good few days. So yesterday I found out that on Tuesday Tomorrow night I will be hosted on a podcast with a good— well, I call him a good friend because I've been on so many of his lives that I feel like we're friends, even though it's kind of like me with you all. Like, we don't like necessarily sit across the table and hang out, but I feel like we're friends, right? If I ever saw you in a live, like, at an event, I'd be like, oh my gosh, it's so good to see you. So similarly, this guy Ryan, he's the CEO of Chatbot builder. Many of you have built on this platform through my courses. I'm actually about to launch a brand new course, uh, an Agentic AI workshop that's using his new platform that has been re-architected for building agents. Um, and it's very— no, it's really cool. I'm, I'm super excited, uh, about that, like, building that workshop. But as a result of that, because I'm one of his agencies that, uh, leverages his platform for doing my workshops, He asked me to be on his podcast, so I will be on the Chatbot Builder Live Podcast, CBB Nation. I will be on tomorrow night. You'll see it. I'll also be promoting it on LinkedIn, so you'll get a chance to hopefully join me. But it'll be live. I'll be watching the stream. So if you're there, please shout out and say hello. I'd love to call you out live on the podcast, but it'll be a YouTube podcast, so we'll be live on YouTube and we will do it that way. So So that's exciting, right? That happened. Then I wake up this morning. So I learned that yesterday. I wake up this morning and in my inbox is a letter from— a letter, like old-fashioned, like an email from, uh, 360— Thinkers360. And Thinkers360 is an influencer platform. They identify people that are doing a lot of talking, and they've launched their third edition of their Agentic AI Influencers and Global Thought Leaders. And who would be number one at the top of the list? Number one out of 50 people. Who's the number one spot? Yours truly. So I, I saw this mention, I'm like, oh my gosh, like I'm building an Agentic AI workshop, I'm gonna be on this podcast, and now I'm listed as number one. And here's what I loved about it. Not only was I number 1, I was number 1 by like 30 points, like 30, but like a big spread. I was also number 1 and sad facts, Padmni and I have looked this up, like there were like the next female or person of color wasn't another, was 18 people away and in all 50 there were only 9 women. So I was like, wow, we need to bring in more people. So literally I worked with the amazing members of our AI Leadership Institute community, and we decided to actually launch Agentic AI for beginners. We're gonna actually build a course on Maven that you all will be able to be a part of and take classes, take that class from me and the amazing people in the AI Leadership Institute. We've all come together to actually deliver this. So it's gonna be— I'm so excited for it. So not only did I get to do something I'd never done before, which is run a crazy double-decker back-to-back race, but then get access, you know, get an opportunity to be on a podcast with somebody that I personally follow and think is awesome. And then also, I mean, amazing, I get to be number 1 on this list. So it's so cool. Like, everything is happening, like, huge momentum. I'm also, as I mentioned, with the Agentic AI workshop, I'm gonna be launching that And one of the benefits of being able to, like, if you decide to participate in that Agentic AI workshop, you're gonna have an opportunity to also get access to a custom copy of my book as part of that. You'll also get free access to our AI Leadership Institute. Like, it's gonna be a huge offer. Hopefully, that will go live in the next couple days. So you'll see that in your inbox. If you're not, if you're listening to me right now and we are not connected or I don't know you, just send me a DM, send me a message, or just join us on our community. It's very easy to find. Noelle Russell Russell, that's the website, my name dot AI. You can go to the website. You will find both our free community, I Love AI, and our paid community, AI Leadership Institute. It just depends on how you wanna play. Like, I Love AI is all about, like, news and updates, and I always post content, and we do this call. The AI Leadership Institute gives opportunities for you to build a Maven class with me, which we're doing. Think, write books with me, but also get hands-on practice with some of the tools that I use every day. And so it's much more practical. It's a premium service. It's where you get an ability, again, a second call with me, but where we actually unmute everybody on the call and you get a chance to talk with me live. So really awesome. I know today was a— we changed the time from Friday to today. So usually people are like, ah, but I saved Friday. So sorry about that. But we will be back on our normal schedule this Friday. So this Friday we'll have our calls. I just had to drive to Orlando that last Friday. So sorry about the, the switch. Oh, thanks, Sherilyn. So yeah, super exciting to be on that, to make the leaderboard, not only make the leaderboard, but be number 1 in the leaderboard. Speaking of that, we did finish our I Love AI week. All of the computers, machines I got actually. Oh my gosh, you know, I'm gonna do it right now. Everyone who I announced— there were actually 4 winners of the Alick. That's what I call it, Alick, like Eric, but Alick. As you could see, I have a few of them, but this is the one that I sent to everyone. So I thought I'd do a little unboxing here for you. I have not opened it. I have not seen it. I did see a picture of it, though, online. So everyone that was Maybe not name them all now, but there were 4 people. So it's so cute, like their packaging. So cute. It's again this little robot. And in this little robot, oh my gosh, it's so cool. I love it. So this one's a little different. I got pink and blue because these, I got them for my kids, and then I was like, well, I want some. This one, however, is silver. Oh, and some of you remember, I'm, I used to be, my name before I got married was Noelle Russell, and so I'm I have— I'm excited about this. Alright, here we go. So I'm gonna open this up so you guys could see what this looks like. These— I bought this on Amazon, and I got them for Christmas for my kids, but I actually do love them. And so it's kind of neat. I don't know if you could see inside there, right? There's like this little comic strip. Very cute. I'm not gonna read it to you, but just give you an idea. And then let's see how I open this thing. Found it. Oh, my gosh! I'm a big fan of frustration-free packaging. So let's see how much. Oh, yes, beautiful. Alright, are you ready? Let's do this. Oh, stickers! So there are stickers, and you get to make your own like little Alik. So that's cute. I like that. And then here's the little guy. Oh, he's so cute! I love him. See if I can get him out with some level of ease. There we go. I'll put that down. Are we ready? Let's see. There he is. Oh, my gosh! Oh, goodness! Oh, maybe, maybe there's a science to this. Oh, there we go. Got him. Oh, my gosh! He's pretty, very cool. So here he is, little Alec. Oh, hello, little guy! Hello! Oh, guy, let's see if he has any power. Power. Boom, boom, boom. Hello. Oh, sorry, he doesn't like to be unsteady. So hold on, let me put you with your friends. There you go. Much happier now. He doesn't like to be held because he's like, ah, equilibrium. But I could pat him and give him a little pat. Saxophone. What? He talks better than my other ones. All right, so while that's happening, it comes with a little box with the power cord, but most importantly, it comes with snacks. So you can see it comes with a little like Oh, is this chocolate milk? Oh, why, it's a Starbucks! So it comes with Starbucks, and it comes with an Asian drink. It comes with— oh, it looks like a bear claw, and ooh, sunny-side up eggs. I don't know if you can see it, and then a cake. So I will add that in. Oh my goodness! Alright, I'm gonna turn you off so it seems like there's There we go. Bye. And so, as you can see here, like, I could take one of these things, and I just put it, move his little arm, and it's magnetic, so I could just put it on there, and you can have a drink. Let me show you guys. Oopsie. Sorry, Tiger. Whoopsie. Yeah, isn't it cute? You can be like, cheers. So why do I have these robots, and why do I like them so much? Number 1, I really find it entertaining when they all work together. But number 2, and probably more more importantly, it does have features in it that I use all the time. One is a Pomodoro timer. Another is a consultant timer. So it allows me to time my activity in different sessions and track that activity. It also has all sorts of things like games and, and idea generation. But most, I think, probably the most important is that it gives me fun. So I have a lot of fun using this and getting them all to connect. So one of these days I'll get them all to connect and they can play together with you. Really cool. Oh, my goodness! And Alexa's talking to me right now. Alright. And so you could see they all connect to each other. When they're connected, they actually talk to each other. So all of the mem— all the people who won that day all got one of these. And so, yeah, isn't that cool? That's kind of fun. So now I unboxed it. Hopefully you enjoyed it, unboxing it with me. I have not ever seen that silver one. I actually really like it. So maybe my kids will get theirs back now. Okay. So that being said, let's talk a little bit about the news that's happening in AI. Of course, I gave you Noelle's cool news and some really exciting stuff that's happening. I do have a book launch that's happening right now, which means that you can be part of the Responsible AI Insiders. The Responsible AI Insiders is a program. And again, the best way to become part of the Insiders is actually go to either, I think AI Leadership Institute has a link to it. Let me go check it out. I'm pretty sure. So if you— yes, yes, yes. I'm going to go look at it right now. But if you just go to my company website, aileadershipinstitute.com, you'll be able to— in the very top, it says pre-order book. And if you click that link, it'll take you to our insider's funnel, and you can come and join me and be part of it. You'll not only get access, of course, to getting a custom book built for you, but it will also give you access to early, early benefits, meaning I am launching some of my content before the book comes out, and you will be the only ones who get access to it. Many of you on the list I see right now already bought it. So thank you for your support. You will also get access to a lot of these cool new features. I'll also be doing drawings. I'll be giving away swag bags. I mean, it's such a cool and exciting time to be launching a book on scaling responsibly because it's the top of every conversation I'm in. And I'm like, huh, I'm launching a book on that. That's pretty cool. So needless to say, when the Agentic AI workshop releases in the next couple days, getting a book will be one of— like, getting a copy of my book will be part of that experience. So if you haven't bought it yet, you'll have a chance, a couple more chances to get access. So hopefully that will be exciting. What's up, Angie? Good to see you. Oh, yay. Thank you. You're so awesome, Julia. Thank you so much. Love having my fam here. But, yes, amazing. Okay. Cool. Let's see what else I want to— oh, let's talk about some news. So in addition to my book launch and Responsible AI, some things that are happening right now as we speak, big announcement from Apple to complement the similar announcement from Sam Altman on AI infrastructure investments. Right? So the Apple has announced that they are going to be investing half a trillion $500 billion, right? $500 billion in AI infrastructure, and they are going to need staff to help it, to help build and leverage that investment. And what that staff looks like is typically in the area of research and development, or R&D, but also very specifically in the area of AI infrastructure, which means cloud infrastructure at the end of the day. And so anyone, I always say, like, if you learned cloud a while back, or you dabbled in it a little bit, or if you don't know it at all, now's a good time to go into that field, especially if you're looking for an opportunity. I posted it earlier on, on LinkedIn as well. Like, could not be a better time right now to think about what do you like to do? Like, what are you good at? And what does the world need right now? If you look at these massive investments that are being made by these companies— NVIDIA, OpenAI, Apple, Microsoft— it is in this area of AI infrastructure. Now it's kind of the tail wagging the dog situation, right, where the, the dog, if you will, is this huge amount of AI infrastructure. But that infrastructure is gonna support AI application development. And businesses, companies are gonna need people who know how to implement those AI systems that are being created. So it is really critical to— if you haven't started yet, like, now's the time to start getting up to date on these skills. Many of you, of course, who are in our community are already part of that. But it's so critical now to take the next step, whatever that is for you, right? Whether that's taking a class, whether that's putting your fingers on a keyboard and actually building something. It's the reason I'm launching my AI, my Agentic AI workshop, is because I literally want as many people as possible to put their fingers on a keyboard and build with me, because that skill set will become— I mean, right now you are unique if you have it, but that skill set plus your lived experience, what you know, like if you are in finance or healthcare or journalism, when you start leveraging AI in your specific space, that becomes like a rockstar skill set, a unicorn skill set. And it's something that will differentiate you. One principle I wanna share with you today, I think I've talked to you about it before, is this concept of like that I learned from John Maxwell of the people pile, right? When you go to LinkedIn and you randomly apply to a job, like, you are in a pile of thousands of people in some cases, tens of thousands in some cases, like, a huge pile of people, and everyone says they know AI. Not that many people actually do AI or have built AI. So this is why I think it's critical to actually do stuff. So that being said, on Thursday this coming week, we are going to have an opportunity for you to build in the AI Leadership Institute. So for those of you who do not wanna become a member, like, the membership is It's not very expensive. It's $150 a month or $1,000 for the year, which is a 43% discount. That is how you get access or a ticket into this training. However, there's also a one-time fee that will be available inside of the I Love AI community, and you'll see that announced later today as well. So you could pay the one-time fee, or you can join the community. Doesn't really matter, but you're going to get a certification building an AI system using Power Platform and AI Builder in Microsoft. And this is a, a learning path. You can take it on your own. It's totally DIY. Like, if you want, you don't have to do it through me. You don't have to do it with me. You don't need my support to answer questions, or if you get stuck, you got this. Like, you could go do it on your own. That link is available. I'm offering you, though, the ability to kind of have me as your, like, paired programmer who will sit next to you and help you along the way and ensure you don't get stuck and ensure you actually learn what you need to learn, and then get a certification to validate that learning. And those certifications are important. More is better. You want to be able to get third parties to validate that you know what you're doing. That's why the, the getting on the leaderboard at, you know, in the global Agentic AI leaders, like, being number 1 on that leaderboard, it means something. Because I can tell, you know, someone can look me up and be like, oh, it's not Noelle Russell saying she's cool. It's other companies saying she knows what she's doing and that she's number one by a lot. So it's important to get these third parties, and AI Leadership Institute is one of them, to actually identify, assess, and recognize your skill set. So please take advantage of the opportunity. It's this coming Thursday. We will be running that on Thursday. If you are already a member of the AI Leadership Institute, then you get access to all of our live learning labs for free. This is February's live learning lab. We did January, we did digital twins for our Live Learning Lab. And in March, we'll be doing Agentic AI. So you'll get an— you'll get access to the Agentic AI workshop as well. It actually will look back to back because we're gonna be launching the Agentic AI workshop in the early part of March. So really excited for that as well. It is a little bit more advanced, I guess, because it's very hands-on. But one of the things that we just did, like, our AI Leadership Institute, we just decided that we were also going to be launching an Agentic AI for Beginners. Because one thing I'm really worried about, and I know some of you are worried about this as well, is the digital divide. Like, what happens to people who can't afford to spend $1,000 or $150 a month? Like, how about those people that are in transition in career, right, that are, are not in a company that can help them pay for that? Or what about students? Or what about, you know, people in underrepresented demographics that struggle to even know that this is a thing that they could do, that this is a career path they can have? So we're gonna create an Agentic AI for Beginners class on Maven. There are 8 of us that are gonna be delivering that content over a 5-week period. It is amazing and exciting. And so you'll hear more about that in the coming weeks. But it's just like, now we wanna make it easy for you to say yes, easy for you to get started, whether you are a beginner, whether you are already kind of more technical and want us to Dive right into building your first bot. Either way, like, one's kind of a little bit more handholding, and, and the Agentic AI workshop is a little more like, okay, I'm ready to do this. I'm gonna build my own system, my own agentic system. Either way you go, I just encourage you to do something. Let the world know that you're doing that thing. Start talking about your perspective on these technologies because as soon as you do that, you are setting It's almost like the Wild West. If, if I won't say if you remember those days, because none of us remember those days. But if you know about the concept of the Wild West where people would go and homestead, right? They would take literal stakes. I, I don't know if you've ever heard, like, put a stake in the ground. Like, literal stakes were put in the ground to say, I own this space. Right? You have an opportunity to leverage your learning, whatever you're learning, Agentic AI, Python, like, building with AI Builder, building with Copilot Studio, whatever you're learning, to start putting these digital stakes in the ground to say, I know this stuff and this is my domain, my expertise. Here's who I am. Noelle Russell plus AI. Here is my representation of that, my perspective on that. Now to give you all a tip on how to take what you're learning either in the AI Leadership Institute or more broadly as you're learning things just by watching YouTube videos, I'm gonna encourage you. I know some of you are like, I don't wanna create social media. And I don't want to be out there, but I will tell you, known beats best. And if you are known, your opportunity to get out of the people pile when you are applying for jobs, or get a client to say yes to you when you are pitching them for an opportunity as an entrepreneur, the better known you are, the more likely someone is to work with you. And even compared to someone who is better than you, if you both go to the table and you are known and they are not, the person who is known, the person who has a third party validating their experience, the person who has published content online that I can Google, they're going to get that opportunity. And you could be that person because you're already doing the work. I'm just going to encourage you to also deliver that message to the world through social media. So here's a tip for those of you who struggle with like, oh my gosh, content. I don't want to build content. This is awful. The first thing is to not think about building content for like the internet, like as a marketer. Think of it as just documenting what you do every day. Just document what you do. Literally, here's what you do in the morning, here's what you do in the afternoon. Like when you build a project, when you learn something on YouTube, like what notes did you take? Talk about the notes you took. Here is a framework that I use to help me kind of repurpose my experience throughout every single day. And it's called GAP, G-A-P, the GAP method. So the first thing I do when I create a piece of content is I think about who do I want to get attention of? Like, who am I talking to? So GET stands for get attention. I want to say, hey, business owners, hey, solution architects, hey, whoever you are, hey, moms under 30, hey, women over 50, like whoever it is, I want to call them out explicitly so that when they hear me call them, they're like, I'm like, wait, what? You're talking to me? You don't want to be like, hey everybody, because there's like, there's no draw. I don't look up when everyone, when somebody screams, hey everybody, right? But if they scream like, hey, moms of 6, I'm like, well, that's me. That's like literally me. So, or hey marathon runners, like, oh, that's me. So it's important to get someone's attention when you're creating content. So first, call out to your audience. The second thing you're gonna do, the A, is you're gonna ask them a question. Have you ever struggled to learn a new AI topic or tool? If they're your audience, they likely will be like, yes, all the time. Oh my gosh, you have my attention. So get attention is the G. Ask a question is the A. And then P, propose a solution. And I don't mean sell. I mean, Hey, you know, you all people, my, I don't know, let's call it my I Love AI community. Hey, community people, my I Love AI people, my AI lovers. That's me getting attention. Hopefully I got your attention. And then I might say something like, have you heard about Agentic AI recently? Are you worried that you don't have time to pick up another new AI skill? Well, Well, one option you have is to follow these 3 things or take these 3 classes online. That's what I did to learn what I know. And that's it. I make a proposal. I invite them to do something to solve the answer to that question, to provide an answer. So it's called the GAP method. It's something that you can think about. It's easy to kind of learn. And so then every time you watch a video, you can create another video or write a blog that just says, hey, audience, Did you know this? If not, this is what I did, right? This is the answer. And that format is really easy to kind of get in the habit of documenting what you're learning as you're learning it. And again, like, I know, I know, so, so many of you tell me, like, I don't wanna be on social media. I don't wanna create content. I'm not like, and I will just encourage you that doesn't have to be your face. And you all know it doesn't even have to be your voice anymore. You can write this out. Give it to NotebookLM and allow two little fictitious podcast hosts to talk it out. But it's you writing it. Like, it needs to be your experience, your perspective. Like, how do you get that out there? And of course, publishing it under your name. Now, I would encourage you to go maybe a step further and use ElevenLabs or HeyGen, right, to generate an avatar of yourself. And I've, I've, I posted recently quite a few avatars of myself talking about a topic. It doesn't have to be all the things, but if that is your limiter, like you being like, I can't, I can't get out there, either write where you're faceless or use AI to be your avatar, and that could be super rewarding as well. So that big news that came from Apple, I just encourage you, you know, with that news, understand there is opportunity. There are jobs to be filled. There's a skill set that's required for those jobs. And so now's a chance for you to really think about how are you going to acquire those skills. But the immediate skills they're looking for are in a field of R&D, research and development. And I want to encourage you, when you see these opportunities, don't immediately dismiss research and development opportunities. I say that because I was actually hired and served R&D at Microsoft in my first opportunity at, at, at Microsoft, right? I was in Harry Shum's organization. We were trying to figure out how to productize research models. So even though I was not a researcher by trade, right, being a technical program manager, being a user experience designer, all those things are 100% transferable into a research lens. So I encourage you to think about, you know, don't just see some of these descriptions for jobs and take them at face value, especially underrepresented people like, you know, women, people of color. We tend to look at things, and unless we completely match the description, we're like, ah, I probably wouldn't get it anyway. You're like, I don't have all the things. I'd look at it through the lens of maybe what— not what can't I do or what am I not, but how would I potentially be able to check that box? In what lens or what perspective? And the best way to do it is actually just start doing it. So this is what I do. Similar with running, like, the best way to get a medal for running 19.3 miles is to just run 19.3 miles in 2 days. I am still sore, but like, I just made the choice. I made the decision to do it, and then I did a little bit of the needful things on the way to get there. Um, but the first thing— and someone wrote this as a comment in my LinkedIn post— like, the very first thing that has to happen is you just have to say you're gonna do it and then actually believe that you can. Like, that's it. That's like the game. As soon as you believe you can do it, you'll do whatever it takes. To get it done. It's just like the Maven course we're about to launch. Like, I had a vision, I said it out loud, and like all sorts of things happened to make it possible. And I'm super excited about that launch. I can't wait to share it with you all. So a bunch of different things have happened. I do wanna mention some of my favorite models. I use Claude every single day to help me write copy and help me build better landing pages, copy headlines. I'm a, I, I really love digital marketing. I like the idea of direct response marketing. I like to know that the marketing messages I'm creating are landing. And so I partner with Claude a lot to kind of ideate on high converting, high performing copy. Where I write something, I'm like, that's pretty good, right? And it's like, ah, give you a C. And I'm like, great, give me an A. Like, figure out what do I need to do differently to give me an A. And some of these new models, so Claude just launched 3.7, a reasoning model. And I don't know if you've used the new 3, 3 Omni models, the 3 Omni models on ChatGPT, but, or in OpenAI. But these, the 3 ones give you a bunch of reasoning. So you can actually see kind of how it's coming to its, you know, decisioning. And it provides a bit of transparency on how it's thinking through the problem. I don't know if you all remember, but back in the day, we would do chain of thought prompting where we would is especially and intentionally break down the prompt prompts, right? Especially with like 3.5, even 3.5 Turbo, we'd have to kind of guide and coerce the model into thinking a certain way and providing, getting on the right train of thought. Well, with these reasoning models, we can actually watch that train of thought get developed and give it guidance in our prompts as opposed to kind of the old-fashioned way of kind of prompt chaining like that. I think it, It's interesting. We— I've even heard some of the leaders in this space talk about promptless models, right? That our job that we used to just do a lot of work in prompt engineering and thoughtful, you know, just being very intentional in the way that we prompt system prompts, like, all these different tactics and techniques for building personas inside of prompts, all of that will get a little bit easier, or at least the skill set will shift a bit. As these models get better at understanding kind of the reason why we're asking certain types of things. But it still requires someone who has clarity of thought on what you're actually trying to use this AI to do in the first place. Like a model can't reason against a, like an unreasonable request. So, so that's kind of the first thing is that we have to figure out what problem are we going to solve with the model that we want to solve it with. And then how are we gonna measure the success of that model? And then, of course, how do we coach the model using its reasoning capability to actually let us get there? Now, one of the things that I'm starting to see in the clients that I use is that we're in a multimodal approach. Right? Like, we— yeah, exactly. Perplexity bundles. Exactly. Yes. I love Perplexity for sure. And one of the things that I've noticed in the clients that I'm working with is that I'm no longer really delivering a single model solution. It is almost always a multimodal solution, which means that they have a problem. Let's say for example, they're trying to get more leads for their, their company, and it's something that I specialize in. So I will go in and help them with this. Now, could I just old-fashioned just go into Google Ads and do SEO and go to Google, uh, or go to Meta and pay for paid ads and just do generic advertising? I could, but the power that AI gives me is that I now can go in and say, Great. I'm gonna— what is the best lead magnet for this audience? Like, what is the thing that they're most worried about? What's the question that keeps this audience up at night? And then based on that question, how do I create a lead magnet that will draw them in and get them to say, yes, I want to know more about that. Now I have their email address and, and phone number potentially. Now what I can do is actually use that information to find out more about them, more about their digital footprint. Right? I, and in my, all of my contact forms, you will see that I have a, a piece of text. If you don't have this on your lead generation tools, you should. But it's a piece of text. It's actually required by, uh, government regulation to say what your intention is when you gather someone's contact information. And mine clearly says, I'm going to use it just like Amazon. I'm gonna use it to create better experiences as well as to market and share the services and products that I offer with you. So when you get a free marketing calculator or ROI calculator or 90-day checklist or, um, governance blueprint, when you get any of those resources from me, you're going to also, in order to get it, you're gonna have to say, yeah, and I'm also willing to listen to what you have to offer. Uh, and that's okay. Most people do. I get hundreds of these, um, requests every time I launch a new lead magnet. I get hundreds, thousands of people who are willing to give me their information. Knowing that they have to check that checkbox that says, by the way, I'm gonna market to you. So getting that whole thing can now— I, I am amplified. Like, I used to do it manually. Now I leverage AI to make sure that the lead, like, the, the headlines that I'm using, that the what I'm now calling AI engine optimization as opposed to search engine optimization. How am I optimizing the work that I'm doing to be optimized so that if ChatGPT asked a question, Or if I asked a question of ChatGPT about a brand or about a company, like it would have something to say. AI engine optimization. So I wanna make sure that I'm doing that. But once I get someone's lead information, I have a multimodal approach to going to LinkedIn and finding out what they're saying on LinkedIn. What's their job? What do they care about? What have they posted recently? Finding sentiment analysis, right? I then can have another head in that model, uh, solution One goes out to LinkedIn, one goes out to Instagram, one goes out to Facebook, and they find out what is publicly accessible about this lead so that I can then aggregate all of that into hyper-personalized campaigns. And this is what AI allows us to do, right, is to really take what we were doing a year, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, and now do it better and faster. And so it was very hard for me to do hyper-personalized campaigns unless I actually got a database full of very personalized campaign data. But now I can derive that from the internet because a lot of people have social media profiles and a lot of them have shared information publicly about themselves, just like I'm encouraging you all to do. Again, not a bad thing. It's not like, like they did just sign up. They gave you your, the email address to this company. It's not like we're going and spamming everyone. Luckily for us, The government, FTC and FCC, these federal organizations have gotten very good about establishing guardrails, right? Like the— what are those things called? Those bots where, um, they like spam. It's not spam bot because that would be like what I would call it, but it's like a— oh, robodialers, right? Where these robodialers would dial you and they would just dial any number in the phone book or any number they found online to try and sell you something. Well, there, there was a kibosh on all of that with regulation. And even now we're starting to see new regulation around, um, multifactor authentication, right? That we use our phone in most cases to do multifactor authentication. So there's all this really cool evolution that's happening in the way that we leverage information and the way we use information to authenticate ourselves and be secure. Um, so I encourage you not to shy away from that, but But like I said, the solutions that I'm building now are often multimodal. I have one model that's doing one thing and another model that's doing an— maybe I have 3 or 4 models, and then we're aggregating the results of those models into a single output that I can then use to provide information to the system that needs it. So this is the art or science of agentic AI. And I do think companies are very fast approaching where they're going to need people who can not only build these little agents across a workflow, but also know how to orchestrate them together. As a matter of fact, tomorrow night— oh, just kidding. Tonight at 6 o'clock, I will be recording a new podcast episode talking about responsible AI at scale, but specifically in the world of MLOps and ML SecOps, to be even more specific, and how important it is as we start building these agents and we start using these agents. Right now, those agents, for the most part, are being invoked by a human. But we are not far from a world where that invocation will actually be presented and occur via aggregation of variables in one's environment, right? So the model is like looking at thresholds in the environment. Did I get a contact? Does it have a phone number? Um, did they check that box? If all of that is true, I'm gonna robo-dial them, right? If I have their phone number, they said I could call them, I'm gonna call them. And a human doesn't need to be involved in order for that call to occur. Right? Because then that call is facilitated by another AI agent that simply says, hey, noticed you just downloaded this thing. Would love to understand a little bit more about your business and does Q&A with that person. And at the end of the day, invites them to purchase a product. All done via AI. And again, not in a creepy way. My AI agent declares itself as an AI agent. But of course, you can set as many of these guardrails up as you'd like in, in the implementation. All right. Awesome. So that being said, lots of fun stuff that's happening. I just want to make sure that I answer all of our questions today. Thank you all for being here. Yes. So a question set came in that says, how do I leverage my experience? Or how do you leverage your experience? I'm in healthcare, so how do I transfer those skills? I can't wait to build. I love it here. Me too. I love having you here. Thank you so much. Yes. So specifically, as far as leveraging your skills, or I was just talking to someone about this. So last week I did a launch, another launch. I have 2 more to go of my intro profile. So for those of you who actually want to spend time with me one-on-one, it is possible. I have an intro profile that you can go and, and, and set up time. So one of the people last week set up time. They're actually in this community. I don't know if they're on, on the call today. But I'll put the link in here if any of you want to set up time with me. And, but it's dedicated, like you, you have a certain amount of time, 15, 30, 45, or an hour. And like, you can ask your question of me and I will give you kind of a deliverable answers plus notes to follow. So it's kind of an engagement, honestly. And it's on a platform called Intro. I'm one of the experts on this platform, but there are so many cool people like the co-founder of Honest Company, the like all these founders and co-founders of companies that have made millions, billions of dollars. Like, it's really, really cool. So let me just finish writing this in. I think I did that correctly. There you go. So that is the link if you want to go and check out how I've presented myself. Of course, these calls are good for that too, but sometimes people just want to have like a one-on-one. And so obviously my one-on-one time is very like, I don't have a lot of it. But I will prioritize it for, for people who come through this platform because Intro came to me and asked me to be one of their experts. But that being said, earlier today, to answer your question, earlier today I had a call. They also are in healthcare and they're trying to figure out like, so the first question that it is important to ask yourself in addition to the vertical that you're interested in, right? Healthcare. What are your other skills? Like, what are the other things you like to do? Is it graphic design? Is it user experience? Is it project management? Like, what— where are you trying to focus when it comes to services that a business might need? There are two options. One option is to actually position yourself as an AI-powered version of that role. So let's say you are a social media marketer. You could become an AI-powered social media marketer. And you can go in and say, hey, I'm going to do social media, marketing for your organization. You can actually become a consultant that offers high-touch consulting services in this area. And I will tell you, even though you might think that it's a very, like, I mean, social media, that it's a very— what do I want to say? What word do I want to use? Like, congested space. Like, a lot of people are doing it. Word on the street is that most agencies aren't very good at it, which is terrible. And so with AI, you become a person who can do what we do in our AI Agent Builder class, right? That you can actually build an agent, you can have it bot— use the bot simulator, right? Put the bot on top of their website and show it to them. As a matter of fact, one of our students in the AI Leadership Institute, they already— they showed it to 2 people, and those 2 people want to have a call, like actually want to buy it from her. I was like, let's go. So that is one option, is that you have the ability to just take And, and because you're in healthcare, you can go after healthcare clients. Like, your clientele can be niched into the healthcare industry, but what you do for them can be AI-driven. The other option though, because some people are like, ah, entrepreneurship, I don't wanna do that. I have to— I need benefits, whatever it is. You might— I mean, I was that way until just a couple years ago, right? Where I wasn't at a point where I was making enough money in my side hustle to make it my real hustle. So before I, I crossed that line, I, oh, I, I had to figure out a way to do what I wanted to do, but as a job. So it's important to think about what roles are in a company that map to this skill set. So again, taking the social media route, I mean, most companies have a social media manager or a community manager. That's a whole new thing is companies are investing in community development. Um, but the other thing is like, let's say you're a project manager, AIPM, like you wanna, A, of course, look at what you do as a PM or look at what you do as a system administrator, whatever that is, and then go and narrowly focus your attention on AI solutions that aid you in that work. Because then it becomes you plus AI, what you already know how to do that you've been doing for, you know, a part of your career. You've already got that experience. Now you're gonna look at what you do every day and find AI solutions that amplify that. And you have 2 ways to sell it. You can sell it as I'm an employee that can bring this value to your company, or you can sell it as I'm a consultant that can come and do this for you as an outsourced resource. And both are valuable to companies right now. Like, both, both are acceptable options. So, so that is how I would address it. You don't— I don't think there's really a transfer of skills as opposed to a blending of skills. Now, It is possible, like I said, because you can address the healthcare niche, maybe you go after, you know, medical practices or med spas or chiropractors, or like you can pick kind of an area and then define what you, what value you can offer. And at the end of the day, the smaller the organization, the more revenue tied you need to be, right? So as a big company, you could be a cog in a machine somewhere, like in a huge company like Amazon or Microsoft, like you could become a vendor. That helps them solve a problem. And it's like a, a tiny problem inside a company. But if you wanna go after building your own organization, I would highly encourage you thinking about what does yours— like, your unique skills, how do you drive value in a company? Do you help sellers sell more? Do you help marketers market better? Do you help the back office process information better? Right? Like, what is the, uh, Like, what is the value that you can offer? And then tie that value to revenue or cost savings in the business. Oh, great question, Jessica. I don't know. I don't even know there's options. Oh, pick one. It wouldn't matter. But yeah, I guess it depends on what you're trying to do. But yes, that's a good— what do we select? I have no idea. Tell me more about that. But yes, but you, of course, we could always talk on our calls. But, but yes, if you want to go take a look at that on intro, I would imagine there's a couple. Oh, good. Here we go. Oh, Maggie's on the call. What's up? Okay, so another question came in. I want to propose a project for headline optimization for the news media website. Yes. Where I want to generate headlines. Yes. I have lots of data, past articles. Good. Love it. I've done machine learning. Okay, great. But never used an LLM. I need to mock it up. Oh, good. I can help you with this. What? I need to mock up what the outcome will look like and an estimate of how long it will take so I can process this project. Oh, oh, sorry. Send this over to the product manager. I would love some advice. I especially love to connect to someone as I don't have anyone in my company with experience in AI. Oh my gosh, Maggie, I can definitely help you with this.. And this is a classic example of AI Agent Builder. So you should do the agent, the Agent Builder workshop with me for sure. You have to tell me your timeline. Like, is it soon? Do you need this like today or tomorrow? Like, do you have till Friday? What's going on with that? But absolutely, that's exactly what I'm talking about. I'm gonna give you some tips right now. So let's say you're— and this is true for everybody— if this is something you need to do right now, I'm gonna give you the ability to build an agent right now. However, I am going to teach you step by step how to do this and how to productize and monetize it in our agent workshop. But just as a preview to what that looks like, I'm going to do a quick— and that way, Maggie, if you have a short timeline, you can just go in there and try and figure it out yourself and then just message me on school. But hold on, let me share my screen. There we go. And share. Hopefully this works. There we go. Of course, that's my preorder book. So let's go in here and choose. There we go. So I'll take this link, Chatbot Builder. So if you take the course that I, I built, you get a Chatbot Builder account, but you don't need it to get going today. So that is chatbotbuilder.ai. You can simply go in, you could choose sign up. You'll see there's several different forms of pricing, but to do what you're asking, which is build a prototype to prove that this is possible, you're gonna wanna do it in this free AI sandbox. So you can use it. It's actually indefinite. You do get 4, I think it says, it's free. You can generate, well, 25 leads. You're not gonna be doing that, but it's like a 14-day trial. Yeah, here we go. So you get it for 14 days. If you need it for longer than that, you can just ask them. Through this little chatbot over here, you could just ask them to renew it and they'll give you more time in the sandbox. All they ask is that you do not monetize it on a free account, which makes sense. If you're making money, they should make money. So I get that. And this is the, the, the CEO of this company is the one I have my podcast with on tomorrow night. So it's super exciting. Okay, so there's this. And then let me go ahead and show you though, once you get an account and set that up, And we go through all of this in our workshop. You'll notice here you can— well, I'm gonna go back, actually. You can create an agent, but I'm actually gonna show you a web chat. So you can build a web chat, which is an application. What you can do— let me go in and show you— is you can actually build your own knowledge base. And what this means is that part of your question where you were like, I have all this data about, like, like headlines that have worked and headlines that haven't worked. So you can load that all in here. You can point it to existing websites that have that copy, and you can put that in as well. You can drop in PDFs. You can add, final prompt instructions. And then you can play around with it a little bit. But this allows you to kind of configure it. Now, in our workshop, we have what's called the 5 Ps of prompt engineering. And those 5 Ps of prompt engineering will guide you a little bit on this. But But to get started, you could just go in and start playing around with this. But just to show you how to do that, when you sign up for an account here, you'll actually get a default integration into OpenAI. And so you automatically get OpenAI and you get a bunch of tokens as a part of this. You don't have to worry about running out of tokens. When you do that, you're going to need to tell it what you want it to do. So this is the prompt engineering piece. Now, again, in our workshop, I actually walk you through building out those 5 Ps. But you could probably, if you are a member of the AI Leadership Institute, you can actually go in and look at the past classes and figure it out. But like I said, we're gonna be launching a new one this coming week. So if you have this week, you know, or I should say, if you have until next week to deliver it, then you, you could probably just take the class. But I'm giving you like a crash course right now. So you're gonna write your system prompt here that would say the things that you mentioned, right? I wanna make sure that use this, you create these types of headlines based on this format. Don't do this, don't do that, but do this and do this. And then once you do that, you can test it. And what I love about it is that there is a support tool in here, which is fancy, that you can take that bot and actually deploy it right on top of the website that you're testing it for, right? So it just, it looks good. It looks fancy. In your case, you're building headlines. But if you put it on, like, the company website, you can ask it to help you think through headlines for this topic, and you will have custom trained that model to do so. The benefit of that is that you also get analytics on usage, and you get an inbox that, it's one of our 5 Ps. It'll actually hold, let me see if I have more than one in here. Nope, I don't. So in this test account— oh, oh dear, I don't know what's happening. Oopsie. Maybe it's this one. I don't remember. Oh, maybe I can't. I just saw it. Let me go back. Oh, there we go. So in this, like, inbox area is your ability to see every interaction with your bots. You get to kind of learn and then train it. So this is a great playground for building out these types of prototypes. And if you looked at the settings, you can use a lot of different models. So if I go and show you integrations, like, you can use OpenAI Gemini Claude, as I mentioned before. If you were doing a headline generator, I definitely would leverage some of the Claude capabilities. XAI, Deepseek, like, lots of options here. You can also integrate it to Google Sheets. So any of these headlines you get automatically get populated into a Google Sheet that you use. You, you generate. So there's a lot of, lot of flexibility and capability in doing that. But I would love to connect with you and share, and share this. Like, I can either give you kind of a one-on-one workshop, or you can join us in the group and build one on your own. The benefit of joining in the group is you get a certified bot builder certification, which is really fun. So hopefully that is helpful. But definitely Chatbot Builder, the link there, that is a great platform. To begin learning. Now, because I don't wanna just show you that, that is what I use to build these demo agents because the demo platform is so strong. But I do wanna share with you, and this is for everyone, we're running outta time. But I'm gonna share with you 3, maybe 2 more tools that you can use. One of them, and I'll just go there and then I'll copy the link in, but one of them is make.com. So Make is another low-code, no-code platform that allows you to— let me see if I can— oh, there we go. Let me log in. Hopefully it won't take forever. Yay. So it allows you to go in and actually build low-code scenarios, right? I'll look at some of these templates, for example. So let's— like, you can see here, sync the Notion database to Google Calendar, or automate posting from a blog to social media. There's probably stuff in here that might be even valuable to you. But once you get those headlines, like, how are you gonna use them? Maybe it's take those headlines and generate a blog post. So these give you these sequences. There's hundreds of these little modules that you can tie together. This is a learning curve in and of itself. But this is one tool that I would recommend as well. Chatbot Builder's easy because they— to go from zero to ideation where I a manager or decision maker can make a decision on it. I would— I wouldn't get too flustered in this environment, but I want to be fair and represent some additional options. Another one here is, um, oopsie, maybe that— oh no, no, no, um, I have all my boxes all over the place. Okay, so I'm gonna do oopsie, lovable. Is it Lovable? I don't know. I don't know how to spell it. Lovable AI. There it is. All right. Lovable.dev. So this is a development platform for actually building out, like, if you wanna build out a UI and you wanna be— so I kinda took these in levels of progression. So not just for you, thank you for asking the question, but also for those of you on the call looking to build prototypes quickly that could then allow you to sell those prototypes either as an idea to your employer or as a, a solution to a client in a consulting or entrepreneurial sense. So Lovable AI allows you very similar to do the same thing. It allows you to build, go from idea to app in seconds. It's very addictive though, because once you do it, it's not quite right. It's kind of like prompt engineering in the beginning, right, where you would spend hours just trying to get it to give you the right answer. So I don't want you to get too distracted by, by all these options, but, but these are good tools to kind of get you started. Chatbot Builder is great for building a prototype leveraging a single model. The Make is great for a multimodal approach or multi-service approach. Lovable is more if you want to actually build an app that does that, like a web application or mobile application that you want to use. It's like your full stack engineer. Copilot, basically. So great, great question. Oh, I didn't put these links in there, so let me do that now. For those of you not familiar, they're pretty easy to remember, but let me put them in there just in case. Oh, I put you in templates. I'm just gonna put make.com, and then this one is Lovable. Lovable is relatively new. I found them on Product Hunt, but they've got some pretty cool stuff as well. Let me put that in the chat also. And if you ever wanna come and join us in the chat, all you have to do is join us in the I Love AI community on Skool. You can find links to that at noelle.ai. So very easy, my name, .ai. It's a website, and you can go and join us anytime you want there. But these are just some of the tools that I use every day to kind of accommodate different types of asks that I get. Some other things that I use, of course, are my own AI Leadership Lab, which members of our AI Leadership Institute get access to. So in this case, oh, I better sign in. So this AI Leadership Lab is a bunch of AI models that I created to help companies build out their own offering, right? Like entrepreneurs, startups, Oh my gosh, what? Javier, yes, I was just looking at that. That's a great one. I will put it up. Um, uh, I would— I— oh wait, I spelled it wrong. I think it's AI. I should just Google it like I did Lovable. Hold on. But yes, and, and I was like, N8N, like, anyone know what the 8 stands for? Um, but I'm a big fan. I will tell you my exact opinion. Uh, oops, N space. There we go. What? I'm not asking for the website. If you have the link, Javier, you could throw it in. Let's see, I'm going to do N8N. There we go. I/O. You never know with these things. So this is also an AI. It's similar to Make. The difference with this tool, in my humble opinion, is that it's a little old school. Like, if you look at the boxes, like, they don't care as much about UI and ease of use. It's kind of a developer's— I, I feel like it was built by engineers for engineers, in my humble opinion. But I do like it. I just tend to find, you know, like, I'm usually talking to business owners and leaders that are not tech savvy, and I feel like this leans a little towards the more technical technical side. And of course, Javier, you have a huge, you know, a technical background. So I feel like, yeah, but I love it. I just, it's harder to sell, to be honest, to it because I don't wanna, some of you might wanna do this, right? You might wanna be brought in and then kept online with a company over time to like help continue the build of their AI infrastructure. I like to go give them all, like push them out of the nest, so to speak, and help them do it on their own, right? Teach them to fish. And this is not a, a really good teach to fish platform because it's not as easy to use. But it's, once you know what you're doing, it's, it's great. But I, yeah, I do like it actually. So I'll scroll through just so you all can see it. But very similar, it allows you to do no-code implementation. What I do like about it is something that I got very good at, I don't know, 15 years ago, which is writing snippets of code to tie things together, right? So you have a lot more control. So this is a very good thing to understand in the world of AI. There's a price to pay for no-code AI. And the price is almost always your ability to control or customize the— what it does. So good news is, is you can do things like idea to app in minutes, but your ability to control, to see, to iterate, to break apart, like, you lose that control. The more— the less code you write, the less control you have, right? And so that's okay because many of us don't want the the control of code. Like, we prefer the code to be machine generated. And many companies are now like 100% machine generated code. They build websites, build applications, build services, and they don't write any of the code. They have humans that are monitoring machines doing that software engineering. Amazon, 45% of their software engineering is done by machines today. That means rather than humans doing it, it's edit, it's monitored, and orchestrated by humans, but the work itself of building the scaffolding logic is actually done by machines. Oh, yeah, for sure. I bet, I bet. I wonder, you know what? I think that I might have been talking to a company in Latin America when I, when I, when I did this. It's so cool, interesting. And Javier, I'm wondering if you might even know them.. But I won't mention them because they're not on this call and they're not in my community. So I won't give them a shout out yet. But yes, exactly, exactly. Very, very interesting. All right, cool. Awesome. So yeah, so Make, Lovable, and now you have another one, N8N, and just N8N.io, not .com. Sorry. Okay, awesome. Any other questions in our last few minutes together? I think I answered both questions in our Q&A, or all of our questions. Let's see here. Oh, yes. So hopefully that's helpful, Maggie. But definitely let me know. Hit me up in school if you want to hop on a call. Happy to help you. And like I said, in the next week, we're definitely going to be doing a workshop to build one together. So, and, and the goal of it, of course, is by the end everyone has a working service that does what they want. So you could definitely use that time. You're welcome. Thank you so much. Alright, awesome. So I am done for today. Thank you for being here. This is amazing. Don't forget, we have an amazing community. I love AI community. You can post content. A lot of people that I see here, you are, are so wonderful by sharing what you're learning, sharing the tools you're using. If you're using a tool, please share it. If you're building something awesome, please share it. A lot of the people who join the community start with, like, just the idea of doing something. So you are inspiring people. I know so many of you are like, I'm just getting started. I don't wanna— I'm like, you'd be surprised. You're already so much further along than everyone else because you are here. You're willing to ask the question, willing to hang out and see what crazy things I'm gonna talk about. So thank you for being here. Thanks for being part of our community. And if you're not part of our community yet, head over to noelle.ai and don't forget Thursday we will be, uh, teaching you in a live learning lab how to build a, and how to build and deploy an AI model inside of Power Platform using AI Builder. So it'll be really fun. I can't wait. Let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise, make it a great afternoon, evening, or morning. I don't think it's morning anywhere where we are, but either way, whenever you see this, I hope you're having a great time and keep building and I'll talk to you soon. Thanks for being here. Bye everybody. Ah, thanks, Michelle. Bye, bye, Joe. Bye, everyone.
