It's Noelle. I am here live with you on multiple channels as usual. Happy Sunday. I am so excited because in about 30 minutes, maybe 20 minutes now, I'm going to be doing a webinar actually for the Female Founders Alliance, but everyone is welcome. We're going to spend, I don't, give or take, maybe an hour and a half or so going through a framework that I've built in order to help people build their personal brand. Many of you know that sometimes it doesn't matter how amazing you are at a thing if no one actually knows that you're amazing. Hey, Dr. Vinod, what's up? Welcome. But yes, it's, it's incredible sometimes how, how you could be the best, by far better, superior than everyone around you. I'm doing similar work, but if no one knows you, it actually doesn't matter. And worse, you'll look around and be like, why are you listening to that person? Or why are you, you know, why did you hire that person over me? And the reality ends up coming down to they didn't know who you were or that you existed. So I got pretty passionate about helping people build their own brand. Another reason that I talk a lot about brand building is that I do truly believe that every single one of us is a founder. It's the reason why I'm super excited about the Female Founders Alliance. Everyone's a founder, uh, and the reason I say that is because you founded you, right? Like, you are your own company. You are the CEO of your own brand. You control the partnerships you have, the organizations that you work for, right? The companies that you talk to. Hey, what's up? Good to see you. Um, thank you guys so much for joining me. Uh, it's awesome because sometimes on Restream, it doesn't— and I use Restream as my platform— they don't show me any of the people that are listening or watching. So it's awesome when you chime in because then I can actually see that you're there. Reminding you, of course, every one of my live sessions, I encourage you to just hashtag live if you're here or say hi as Dr. Vinod did, or hashtag replay if you're catching this on the replay. If you'd like to be a part of this incredibly fun brand building event. I'm going to talk through my 5-step strategy to building your own brand. Anyone can do it at any stage of their branding. I can tell you right now there's a really cool tip that only the people that come to the webinar are going to get, um, but it's a really cool website. Actually, Frank Levine, you, you were the one who showed it to me. It's awesome. It's now my metric for figuring out how well I'm doing in this space, specifically because most of my audience is on LinkedIn. Um, so I'll share with you guys that if you want to sign up, you are here. Um, you'll see in the link on Twitch, on Facebook, and on YouTube, you'll see a link in the comments to the Female Founders. I also— let's see. Um, oh yeah, let me go and put an overlay. Hopefully you guys can catch it. It's kind of long. You could just search Florida Female Founders. Um, hey there, what's up? Good to see you guys. Happy Sunday. Uh, so my alma fam is here. I won't be here long cause I am prepping to do this webinar in about 20 minutes, but I wanted to let you know in case you didn't know. Um, so the 5 things I'm going to be going through, uh, will be number 1, how to build a brand, uh, if you are good at writing, right? The best 3 things you can do right now to launch and really start brand building if you're good at the written word. Not everyone is. I'm probably— I mean, I'm getting better because I work at it every day. I actually have just finished the first draft of my book. I'm super excited about it. You can actually see the little icon in the corner. It's called The Lamplighter Effect, and it's about 12 leadership principles that I have learned over my last 20 years for people who are a little different than maybe, I don't know, generationally older leaders, right? I feel like these are leadership principles for a new generation of leaders, much more around empathy and emotional intelligence, but also very much focused on success and delivering results. So you can actually head out if you want to get a draft of my book, you can head out to thelamplightereffect.com if you want to do that. And you can sign up to be one of my early readers. You'll get access to the book. And you'll also, of course, become one of my favorite people that I could ask for. I know, super exciting, right? So, so excited about that. I always encourage you. So if you are good at the written word, and even if you're not, if you're open to using the written word, there's lots of ways that you can go about it. Actually was working with Jack Canfield. Do you guys remember him or know him? Super successful authors, written hundreds of books. And he went through this step-by-step process, which without having talked to him, I actually did accidentally. But I was so excited to have it confirmed by somebody who's actually been successful. And there's a couple really cool affirmational activities that he did for his team that I totally did as well. So I'll be sharing all of that in the writing section of the brand building workshop. And then, and it starts in about 15 minutes. So it's not too late to join. It is a Meetup event. So you can just go to Meetup and search. I think you could just search my name. You could probably search Female Founders Alliance. All of those things will get you there if you want to join. If you can't come, like you're here online just because you happen to see me, hi! You could also, if you choose to, just sign up and it'll automatically send you the replay when it's done. So this is just like a little teaser. So the first one is how do you build your brand with the written word. The second one is how to use the spoken word. Many of you know of my success on Amazon Alexa and how much I love conversational AI., and you can actually use that to build your brand. I've done it, um, and now I've helped many, many other dozens, maybe hundreds of people do the same. It's work. All of this is work. Not everyone's interested in doing work to build their brand, but those of you who are ready to take your brand to the next level and do the work to do it, I mean, these steps are— they're, they're going to make your life so much easier. It'll turn my decades of work into days for you. Which, gosh, I wish I had that. Um, the third thing is how to build your brand with video like this. So I'll talk to you about what I do, uh, to launch all of my video content, how I reuse it, and how I leverage it to build my brand even further. Um, the fourth thing I'll talk about is the power of other people's stages. Lots of times we stop what we're doing because we're like, I don't want to own a podcast, I don't want to create a write a book. I don't want to, you know, I don't want to do— I don't want to own the thing, right? So instead— oh, I definitely will. Um, so instead what we want to do is maybe a good place to start, as opposed to doing your own thing, is sharing your story TED Talk style with someone else, right? And getting that message of what you care about, what you're passionate about, the work that you're doing, right? Get it on someone else's podcast. So I'll talk to you a little bit about how to leverage other people's stages, how to get on podcasts, how to create a bit of authority by just getting the word out there about who you are, what you stand for, the powerful work that you do from your own experience. Um, it's an incredible time to do it. There's lots of people trying to build resources and have a lot of rich content, and you could actually be very helpful in that. And then finally, Scale. I always talk about scale, like, how do we, you know, goodness, does this mean I have to spend hours a day on social media, or do I have to spend, you know, like, what does this actually look like if I'm going to scale my personal brand and get the world to know who I am? I don't know if you guys know the great news. I posted about it a while ago, but I got my first Google panel, right? If you go to, uh, and you Google Noelle Silver, or my new name, Noelle Russell, you will see on it, it will actually show up a Google panel with my stuff on it, and it'll highlight the fact, um, that it'll highlight the fact that I am an AI MVP awarded for Microsoft. Really cool stuff. And I get to go in and edit what it says. It's awesome. So, but you can't get there overnight. It does take work, and these 5 steps I'm going to show you will get you to a point where you can start seeing the benefits, the fruits of your labor. So, oh, let me see. Let's see. So I think you were talking about my podcast. So the podcast is actually available on pretty much anywhere, I guess, podcasts are played, but it's on Spotify. So you can just look for The Lamplighter Effect. It'll come right up on Spotify, on Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music. You'll find me there. But I'll also post the link really quick in the chat. I have to head over there to do that. Um, and hopefully it will show up. Um, and yes. So anyway, sorry, trying to read through the comments. Thank you all for commenting and showing up. Uh, it's been about 10 minutes, so I'll let you go, but I did just want to share with you, I'm doing this, I am recording it. If you want access to the recording though, you'll have to go sign up. I'll be doing lots of these classes. Um, I think I'm doing one on how to make millions in business. Which is easier than you think. We are still in this great resignation that's happening. We also have less engagement in our professions than like historically we've ever had. And so how do you actually reengage there? And so it's not just about becoming an entrepreneur, but it's also about becoming an intrapreneur, something I'm very passionate about, that you can do really cool things, be part of exciting projects inside of companies. You don't necessarily have to go and be on your own if you don't want to. You can craft your own way. And so I'm gonna help you with that. It's been really awesome to talk to you. If you wanna see this session, it's about an hour and a half. We have 30 minutes of Q&A at the end. You are welcome to join. It is at this Meetup, Female Founders Alliance or FloridaFemaleFounders@meetup.com. And I look forward to seeing you. Make it a great weekend. Some of us have the weekend off, some at LinkedIn and I think TuneIn. Maybe there's something in the in names, but they got the whole week off, not part of their PTO, just a part of being a good leader. Right. Someone in that company was like, let's do this. Thank you so much. Yes, thank you. It was awesome. So nice to see you all. And I love it. Do you love the chat? Like, you're— you're— Dr. Vinod, your LinkedIn profile picture matches my colors. So it was very nice to have you here today and everyone else as well. Thank you. So nice to see you. So yeah, the Lamplighter Effect podcast is launched, book is available. You can go to lamplightereffect.com and sign up for your draft copy. You'll become a Lamplighter, part of my little crew that we're building, um, to get this message out into the world. It should be a fun time. And if you want to meet me for brand building in about 10 minutes, I'll hope to see you there. All right, talk to you soon. Make it a great day. Bye.
