Building AI Agents for Small Businesses

Your problem is to go to a local business for a local company— pizza parlor, dentist, florist, you name it, a local business. You're going to look at that local business. You don't have to call them, don't worry, don't get scared. You don't have to call them, you don't have to talk to them, but you're just going to pick a local small business in your own hometown, in your own backyard, and you're going to say, first, do you have a website? Let's hope it's 2025. Let's hope they have a website, right? So they're gonna build— you're gonna go and look for their website. And whether they have a chatbot already or not, some of them do, they're not great, but it doesn't matter. We're going to build a conversational agent to support them. And that conversational agent's gonna do two things that this small business currently struggles with. It's going to answer questions that typically someone would call the pizzeria and say, do you have pineapple pizza? Do you put broccoli on your pizza? Do you have a kids menu? Like all these things that people typically would just call for, this small business is gonna now have an AI agent to do that work.
