Organizations are building custom AI assistants tied to each employee's role and goals. A software engineer can offload documentation or repetitive tasks to their AI while keeping work they enjoy. Early adoption is spreading among directors and engineering teams.

this work, right, when we shift this work to an AI machine to help us build out some of these, we can intentionally create, and this actually goes to a topic we might have gotten to eventually, but we're starting to see organizations build these intentional agentic AI organizations, right? Where right now I'm seeing it more directors and above, but definitely in engineering organizations where you're building complementary AI systems that are built specific to the user, specific to the employee. So every employee has this AI system that's custom built to complement the work that they do, the OKRs that they're responsible for. And when you think about that, as a software engineer, I now get to build an AI system that does all the stuff I don't want to do. Maybe I like documentation, so I'm going to keep that, but I hate whatever. So I'm going to give that away. Or whatever. Yeah, yeah, running building tasks even, right? So, so
