I always have this conversation with people, you know, how much money do you make? Like if anyone wants to yell it out, this is usually when people get like super cringy, right? They're like, I mean, it's funny, I do this at my job because I don't think it's cool that women, specifically women of color, we don't ever talk about how much we get paid. We don't talk about how much we got hired for. We don't talk about it with, and the white guys or Caucasian males in the room are very nervous to talk about us because they don't want to necessarily get paid more. That's not their intention to be like, wow, I got 45% more than you, that's awesome, right? Shocked when they find out, but we never talk about it.
