where we're nudging people along to make good decisions about investments they've already made in an organization. And I think a lot of companies could just look at, how do we help our employees do better? And it might not be, how do we help them do a task? It actually might be helping them leverage benefits we've given them, giving them, you know, a mindfulness, just nudge to say, hey, take some time for yourself, get up, take a walk, right? How do we reward them for this behavior? I think one of the best examples I saw was, uh, around these contact centers that we were helping evolve. And before, it was very hard to do this, but with generative AI, we were able to look at what they were doing in the immediate moment and generate a learning path that was very contextual to exactly what happened on those calls.
