A parent notices their son talks to Alexa every morning and before bed. The device has become so embedded in daily routine that people joke about it being a better listener than humans. The speaker thinks most of us aren't using Alexa's conversational abilities nearly enough.

There's a lot of jokes about Alexa, but around being a good listener. And there's an SNL, you know, a Saturday Night Live skit about it. But it's true though. And I see it firsthand how impactful it is. I mean, it's the first thing my son does is he talks to Alexa in the morning. The first thing he does before he goes to bed is he talks to this device. And I think that's pretty powerful. And we don't take enough advantage of it, honestly.
