I ❤️ AI Q&A: How To Utilize Sora & Agentic AI in Your Content Generation Strategy

In this live community call hosted by Noelle Russell, members of the I Love AI and AI Leadership Institute communities discuss recent milestones, upcoming programs, and practical strategies for leveraging generative AI tools—especially Sora and other multimodal models—to create compelling content and grow AI‑focused businesses. Noelle celebrates hitting 1,500 active community members, introduces the AI Startup Studio incubator and the AI Startup Accelerator, and announces a new six‑week "Agentic AI for Beginners" course on Maven. She walks participants through her personal content‑generation workflow, including prompt engineering, image and video creation with Sora, batch content scheduling via Canva Bulk Create, and marketing automation with GoHighLevel. The session also features a breakout‑room exercise where participants share how they currently use (or plan to use) multimodal AI, and it includes personal anecdotes about keynote speaking, family celebrations, and a book unboxing. Throughout, Noelle emphasizes the importance of measurable engagement, community collaboration, and the evolution from disparate AI services to agentic, multimodal AI ecosystems.

consumed, which is how I really measure my success, right? Is not how much do I talk, because that clearly isn't nearly as important as did someone care about what I was saying enough to, to listen. And so our listenership went up significantly. I think we had 4,500 minutes. Oh, there's— oh, that's cool. I'm going to spotlight myself for the YouTube audience so we don't see Sky's note taker next to me. So we are live on YouTube now. So if you want to watch this recording, it'll be live on YouTube. But if you want to also see this later, you can see it inside of our school community. All right, so let me go here. And just for now, I'll spotlight myself so you all can see me. So welcome, happy Monday. It is, uh, this is our I Love AI call. It's a chance for all of us I don't know if you saw, but we hit a major milestone last week, right when I lost my voice. I wanted to scream it from the rooftops, but I couldn't. We hit 1,500 members of our I Love Ag community, and we are at about 89% active, like, communication, which means I'm able to measure when people look at the stuff and comment on the stuff, connect with the stuff. And so massive, massive kudos to all of you for staying connected, staying engaged. Connecting with each other, climbing the leaderboard. I have some massive vision for what I wanna do in the leaderboard, but we have some really cool stuff coming up in the I Love AI community. This is a place where we just spend an hour every week talking about what's latest and greatest, giving you a chance to connect with each other. Towards the end of this call, presuming I am not out of power, you will have a chance to connect with each other and introduce yourselves and share what you do and how you do it. That will be done via breakout room, but it's only available to those of you who, who has, have joined us on the Zoom call. And so there, I love, we have two calls that we do, one for our premium community, the AI Leadership Institute members, and one for our I Love AI community. And so this community call, there are different people in here. Some are the same, some are different. So I'll mix you all up and you'll get a chance to, um, check out, uh, you know, find out what each other is working on. Uh, one of the new things that we are doing in the AI Leadership Institute we just launched is our AI Startup Studio. Which allows us to run an incubator every 12 weeks or so. We run a 6-week incubator that allows you to learn everything you need to do to scale your business to a revenue-generating business. I always say, like, my goal is to get you at least 3 clients so that you, once you have 3, you know it's not a fluke, you know it's not an accident, you know it's not just your mom buying your stuff, even though my mom doesn't buy any of my stuff. But you know what I'm saying? It, you know, after 3 consistent sales processes, landing in an opportunity, you know what you're doing is working. Um, and so this is a chance for you in 6 weeks to get that outcome. And then all you have to do is rinse and repeat that at a velocity of your choice. If you go all in, go bigger, go bigger, you know, massive action, you could scale that to $100K within 6 months to a year. Some people have even scaled it to $1 million in a year. However, that's very rare. And I do not have any, you know, I don't commit to any success rate for any individual person, but I do say that you will know the pattern of success and you will have personally experienced that pattern. And then it's up to you how fast you want to go, um, to gain more customers like that. So it's super fun. We, uh, just started last week, but it's not too late to join. You can actually join it anytime. All the content is recorded, all the homework is available. Um, and at the And like I said, the whole point of it is to validate that your business idea is viable and that you can get clients to pay you. If you can't or you find friction in that process, we can pivot along the way so that you still end up with a goal of a business that is profitable. So that being said, that's part of our AI Leadership Institute. With every membership, you also get a marketing platform in which to do all the homework assignments, and that is our, our GoHighLevel instance. Customized for our members. It's pretty fun. Everyone's going to have access to it by the time we do our class on Thursday this week. So it's a chance to really kind of think about and build along the way, right? I did, I did a series on this last year. It was called How to Build a Profitable AI Consultancy. And I called out the 7 or the 6 Ps of building an AI consultancy that actually makes money. And it was free, but we didn't do anything like you'd have a chance to like put your fingers on a keyboard and build. So this is hyper-focused on work. Like every week you have homework assignments, every week you have to do the homework in order to continue in the program. And so it's really fun. I'm having a good time doing it. So let's see here. Just going through. Yeah, lots of note-takers. Oh, what? Yeah, you didn't know I was a twin? Yes, I'm a twin. He's a boy. Yeah, he's, uh, he's like me. I'll dare I say brilliant. He's brilliant, uh, in a different space. He, uh, has, uh, he's been the creative director at Twitter forever until it was acquired by the Death Star. And then, uh, he went on to be a creative director for the Sphere. So he's like really cool, does very cool work. You know the Sphere in Vegas? Yeah, it's pretty awesome. So he's done some amazing design work for them. Um, he works for whatever. I don't— can't remember the name, but it's a gigantic, like, MGM— like, anyway, it's a big advertising agency, um, that he's a part of. So he's— he does really great work that you would all know. So follow him. He's Jordan Robinson. I'll, uh, I always, uh, hit him up a couple times a year in my posts, so you'll— you can follow him. Um, but he doesn't— he's the opposite of me in almost every way. He's an artist. He's a creative. He is an introvert. He's a volleyball player, a professional volleyball player. Yeah, I'm none of those things. He doesn't like to do social media. He's not really— he has a very close-knit group of friends. I have all of you. So he was like this type. They actually took me out to have dinner. It was so cool, like, to see how the other half lives, right? Like, he went out. And, um, took me to dinner with friends he's had forever. And they like, you know, like, it's like, it looked like a beer commercial or like a coffee commercial, like where you go and people are hanging out telling stories. I was like, oh my gosh, I don't think I could do that with anybody, like, except my husband, who's known me forever. But I don't really have a lot of those long-term friendships. Let's make this a difference, right? Let's hope. Some of you I've been friends with for a few years now, but Um, it'd be great in 20 years for us to look back and still be friends. So I hope that's true for all of us. Um, okay, so now that we are going, welcome. Uh, so yeah, I was at Anaheim. I did that talk. It was pretty fun, but then I got sick and actually I did my keynote and I got off stage and my throat was really hurting, but you could not tell in the keynote that I had lost my voice. And then literally, uh, 2 hours go by, I get into a cab, and one of the members of the audience came up to, you know, be like, hey, it's so great, love, loved what you said. I went to say thank you, and I was like, thank you. And I was like, oh no, this is not good. Um, and he was like, you lost your voice? I'm like, yeah, I literally left it all on the stage, literally. So it was really funny. Um, uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh.
Okay.
Uh-oh, someone, a school was calling, but I had to mentally think all my kids are home already. So we're good. Nobody's stuck at school in a rainstorm. Anyway, so that's Noelle's little roundup of things I'm doing. I do want to share some of the exciting things happening in the AI Leadership Institute that you might be interested in because it's a great chance to either think about becoming a member or just take advantage of some of the amazing opportunities that our students and members are building. One of them is that this coming Saturday we are starting a brand new class on Maven called Agentic AI for Beginners, and it is just that, for beginners. It is for everyone, low-code, no-code, and deep-code. So it is going to be something, let's say you have zero technical experience, you can listen along and you'll get a great understanding of the technology. If you have mid-level experience, like you know how to operate your smartphone and you know how to play around on the computer, then you can actually do some of the exercises even though you won't understand everything that's happening. And if you are a deep technologist, meaning you understand the tech, you know Python, you under— you have your own VS Code is already installed, you can actually do some very elaborate demonstrations that we're gonna provide you. So there is something for everyone. It is $200 or something to play if you want to take it, but we have a discount code. If you, um, maybe we could put the Maven link in the chat for everyone. Um, if you want to take the Maven course, it's called "IdentiKey AI for Beginners." You could just look it up on Maven, or you can go to Maven, find one of those speakers. So Padmini, uh, Skye, Jessica, like find any of those speakers and they can give you a link and a magic promo code for 50% off. So you can get a 50% off link if you want to do that. I'm not gonna give it to you here because I also, so let me break it down for you, right? We decided to build this class. I decided, I guess I was like, we should create a class, Agente AI for Beginners. That would be great. And then I asked the members of the AI Leadership Institute, who wants to build it with us? And those who are on the call and present and interested, they said yes. There ended up being 8 of us total. And then I created an affiliate link for all those other speakers. So I said, look, we're gonna split the proceeds. There's, there won't be much. That's not the point. Like the point is not to make a million dollars with this class or even $100 with this class. The point is to see how to build an asset for your business that makes money, right? That's what we did with AI, right? So we built an Agentic AI course. We took content that was already, uh, provided to us by Microsoft. We repurposed that content and personalized it. I'm gonna be interviewing all of the people who are experts in each area. I'm gonna be interviewing those experts podcast style. And then we're gonna be giving you a video walkthrough, a tutorial of how to do the lab exercises. And that's it. And we're gonna launch it. And all these women, uh, that volunteered to be part of this, they are all co, you know, authors of the course. But at the end, we're gonna take all the video, all of the Q&A, we're gonna transcribe it and synthesize it into an, an ebook and make that available as well. So not only will the members of the AI Leadership Institute who volunteered for this. Uh, not only will they teach a class on Maven for the first time, make their first dollar online for the first time— maybe, maybe they made money like that before— but they'll also get their first byline on a book on Amazon Kindle for the first time. So it's pretty cool. Thank you, Sky. So Sky threw it into the chat if you guys want to check it out. Um, yeah, we do have a couple of our members here. So Sky wins. Uh, and then just, um, Ping Sky for the— actually, you can give it to them now if you want. I won't say it out loud, but you can write it, uh, the promo code in there. Um, so anyone who uses this link can use the promo code that Sky is going to put in the chat. And so don't tell me it later. Yes, that's the promo code. It's secret, so don't say it. Don't tweet it to your friends. It's only for you all. It's 50% off. And at the end of the day, the reason for that is that this is a hun— there's hundreds of dollars at least of value, right? $347, $647, $999. These are all prices for similar pro— similar programs that aren't nearly as cool. So we made it like a no-brainer for you all to, to go and attend. So that's one of the things you can join us. It is 6 weeks, so starting this Saturday, uh, if you join this week, kickoff is on Saturday, then the content begins to drip out to you over the next 6 weeks. At the end, you'll get a chance to do a key stone project, record it in a video, because that's how I roll. I want to see you present what you've learned, and then you will get, uh, a special certification/graduation ceremony at the end of the program. Yes, thank you. By the way, 100%. So let me first start with happy belated Star Wars Day to those of you who celebrate. I definitely celebrate. I don't know if you saw my AI-infused post recently that allowed me to pretend like I was Princess Leia and ask, you know, tell everyone and ask for everyone's help and reiterate to the world of, you know, the world of inclusive ideas and inclusive perspectives that everyone with a special way that they think, we need all of them to enter into the field of technology and help us build better solutions that serve everyone. But yes, May the Fourth be with you and Today is Revenge of the Fifth. Get it? See what I did there? Anyway, um, but, uh, that being said, it is also Cinco de Mayo, so celebrating, uh, Independence, uh, amazing day. We are big celebrators here in our household. We will be having a Mexican delightful feast, uh, made by my husband, so that'll be fun. And don't forget, one of the most valuable things we do on this call is connect with each other. So Sky started that in the chat. But definitely please feel free to throw your LinkedIn in and I'll just tell you my secret is I just click on all the LinkedIn links and then I go look at them later. Let them open up in new tabs and, and then go look at them later so you're not super distracted while you— or you can connect with people quickly. I just like to be intentional. I like to look at what people do and find out if we know people. So that's what I— all right, tacos, there's all— yes, Taco Monday. But it is a special day, so we are also going to have— we're doing tacos and burritos. Burritos to change it up because we do tacos every week, but we're doing burritos this week. And it's funny because my kids have never had a burrito, so they're like, what is a burrito? And my husband's like, just wait. Now, I don't know how many of you have been to Moe's. Welcome to Moe's! This is the burrito that my husband is envisioning in his mind, and I'm like, my kids are not gonna eat this. Like, I think it's called the Homewrecker. It's like this big. Anyway, um, yum, tacos, nachos, and guac. Oh my gosh, sad story, I became allergic to avocados when I had my fourth child. Very sad. Goodbye, guacamole.
Goodbye.
So sad. Any— such a bummer. Such a bummer. I miss it. Every so often I try it and I'm never happy that I do, so I don't— I don't— I haven't tried it in a while. Tomorrow we won't even have it in the house to keep me from trying. Um, anyway. Wait, what phrase are you talking about, Sheri? I was told by Sora that I could not use the phrase even though it was the fourth.
Meaning I kept messaging Sora and saying to make an image about the fourth and said the phrasing was too close to their license. And 3 times I did variations and said it was too close to protect protected content.
Interesting. Yeah, because it's May the 4th. Yeah.
And a friend of mine on Facebook had his saber thing with the, uh, Force be with you, and they took it down.
Oh yeah, that's what happened. So what you could do that's safe is kind of what I did, right? You like apply it to your personage. Um, so that's what I ended up doing. Maybe I'll share it with you if you all haven't seen it yet. It's on LinkedIn, so definitely go take a look. Let me see if I can pull up a browser of sorts. Not that one. This one. Uh, all right, let me put it over here. There we go. Let's see here. I will pull it up so you can see what I did, but I have lots of fun with it. But yeah, I also— so one of the images that I played around with on Sora recently was, I mentioned on the previous call, an image of The Jetsons. Um, and I was surprised, uh, that, uh, the original time when I said, I was like, make me a hyper-realistic picture, photo of The Jetsons. And I was shocked to find out that, that I got the same message. This is too close to protected content. And I was like, what? And then I said the cartoon, The Jetsons, and then it let me do it. So I don't know, there might be a way to— this is kind of like AI red teaming, right? Like how do you get the model to do what you don't want— wait, what it's not supposed to do. And then you'd have to disclose that in your reinforcement learning feedback to the model. Let's see. Let's see. I'm gonna open it up for people. All right. Uh-oh. It says files with this extension may be harmful to my computer. I'm downloading it anyway because you did it on an iPhone and I know that extension, but But be careful. All right, let me go. I'm gonna go to here and I'm gonna go to my posts. Ah yes, there it is. All right, let me share my screen so y'all could see a little bit of what I'm talking about. Sorry, my voice is almost back. It's almost back to normal.
Share.
All right, so here it is.
Yeah, it's cool.
Yeah, so this is me pretending to be Princess Leia. I was a little too close. That's the only thing I would have criticized myself about. But basically, I'm like, I took the idea of Princess Leia talking to Obi-Wan, asking for help, and made it into, hey, you inclusive people, I would like to get you to come into tech because now There is no technical barrier to your entry into this field. The only barrier is your willingness to participate. You're our only hope. So cute. Anyway, I don't know if you all saw that. Oh, hopefully you did. But yeah, so yeah, right, exactly. I could definitely have put him in there. I think I could have done that. Like, I could have done it better if I was a little further away and added a little bit more, but it's fine. Here's the thing with these things. I do find myself, this is Noelle personally, I look to generate really cool new ways of creating attention, right? Like marketing. And if I think too long about an idea, I will chicken out. I'll be like, oh my God, this is dumb. Nobody wants to see Noelle act like Princess Leia. Like I didn't put like the little space buns in my hair or anything, but But it was definitely like, that was the goal. And it's funny because if I thought too long about it, I'd be like, I'm not posting that. But I just post it. I just post it. Just get it out there. Post it and forget it. That didn't do too bad. I didn't comment on everyone's, so that's cool. Aww. That's cool. Yes, yes, amazing. Okay, really cool. Anyway, yes. Oh my gosh, I should do a whole thing on anyway. This is so— now every year I have a couple ways that I think about this. I think I— I also posted on Instagram. Oopsie. I also posted on Instagram another one that I created. Let's see, where's my profile? Yeah, just good old-fashioned. Oh, that's— oh, that was the— I forgot I used this image as my— I'll put it on the Reels. I use this image, May the 4th be with you, uh, as the— what do they call it— thumbnail for the image. So, so that's one way to do it. I have a couple other ones too, but pretty cool, pretty cool. All right, let me think. My, my follower count's going up. Not that I care too much about it, but that's kind of cool too. Uh, so let me, while I'm over here, talk to you a little bit about my content generation strategy this week. I show— I won't show all of them because I showed you all who are in the AI Leadership Institute. I showed you some of my favorites, but here's what I do. I typically head over to Sora or any library. I could do this in Facebook Ads Library too, to see what's working and what people are doing. But I usually go to images. I might be in videos, but I look at this and I just kind of scroll through them looking for ideas. Now, in order for an idea to hit me, I framed it in my mind about the problem that I solve, which is responsible AI, baby tigers becoming big tigers, uh, like creating leaders, like these types of things. So I'll go through here and like look at some of these ideas, like One Piece, um, some of them are— oh yeah, that's a— that's one I took.
I—
not that one exactly, um, but Scooby-Doo. What? That does not look like Scrappy, just saying. Um, Oh, I like this. His real superpower. So there's a bunch of stuff. Oh, I love Jeff Goldblum. Um, anyway, so I, I flip through these, I get some ideas. Zelda. Oh gosh, I'm not into guns. I do like this image, but eventually I'll find one that I like. 1984. There's some cool AI stuff there. I'm just gonna flip through. Do do do do. Oh yeah, Last of Us in Nintendo. Nintendo. That, that was kind of like our Minecraft game. Scary Elmo. No thank you. These are not as wholesome. Oh, maybe it was this one. Oh.
Ew, gross.
This is the danger of just randomly scrolling in the image library. That's kind of cool. Let's see. Oh gosh, some of these are scary. All right, so you get the idea. I'm scrolling through looking for ideas that will inspire me. That's the whole purpose. The Explore tab, same thing. Its job is to inspire us to like build something cool. So I'm going through. Sometimes I do a search., but usually I don't. I just let my imagination run, and then I head over, I pick one, and I've already picked a few, and I just pick one and start mirroring it. So let me see if I can find the original. I don't think I could find the original, but this was a different— I think the thing, it was a cat maybe, or it was a dog. It was some other animal looking at itself in the mirror.. And I was like, ooh, I like that. I'm gonna change it. And so I changed, I kept all this other stuff and there are people who know how to, I don't even know what half these words mean. So responsibility-wise, I go research it out and figure it out before I use it. But the reality is, is I just want to create, and this is my first attempt, I wanted to create a picture of a baby tiger seeing himself in the mirror as a big tiger. You could kind of see where I'm going with that, but I didn't really like the digi— it just looked like a mirror. I really wanted it to be a computer display. So like it's looking at himself in the future in a computer and maybe I get even more sophisticated or creative, but these were like ideas that like I could match this to my narrative. Now in order for me to match cool graphics I build in Sora to my narrative, I have to know my narrative. So that's kind of homework number 1, um, is what do you wanna talk about? What are the, the ideas that you have? And frame them in a way, and if you have trouble with this, just put those ideas into your personal generative AI solution, your playground, and ask it like, hey, here's what I'm thinking. How could I put this into a framework? How could I think about this kind of more holistically? What are ways that I could frame this in a way that I could teach someone else. Um, oftentimes I'll say, can you create this in 3 steps? Even if it's a long paragraph about what I think about something, create 3 str— 3 steps that I could use. Or oftentimes I will borrow from a guy named Russell Brunson. He's a marketer. I will borrow from him where he creates 3 secrets to everything. 3 secrets. And the first secret is like an internal belief, the challenge that the reader would have. The second secret is an external belief, um, that the reader would have. And the third one is a, uh, directional approach or, or, or a belief in whatever I'm saying as a vehicle to getting their problem solved. So I will ask a GPT like, hey, thinking about it that way, take what I'm talking about, the idea of code reviews with AI, right? Using AI to do code reviews instead of human Code reviews. Frame that in a 3-secret webinar, and I just have her write it out for me. That's not where it ends, it's where it starts, and it's super valuable. So I'll give you a couple other examples. I think I'm going the wrong way, my bad. Um, some other examples, like this one was really fun where I started with a photo. You remember the Trump thing? Monkey? I don't know. Um, but it starts with baby tiger.. So I basically changed it from, I think it was a, a koala was the one I saw and I was like, ah, so I only word I changed in the koala on a finger was baby, tiny baby tiger instead of a koala. And I, the rest of this I just kept. But once I created the image, I then used, if you know, in Sora, once you create, oh, I guess I could do it here. You'll see down here it says create video. So I just clicked the button and created a video. And so I'll show you what that looks like. That's not my favorite. I really like this one, right? Like it goes from a baby tiger to like a slightly bigger tiger. I loved it. I was like, okay, this is cool. I see where it did a little weird hand hallucination, but I'm good with it. I don't mind because all I'm trying to do is stop the scroll. That's it. I'm just trying to get someone when they're looking through content on LinkedIn to go, huh, what are you talking about over here? So this I think will do the job. Now, I went through and created a ton of content. Oh, am I going the wrong way again? No, I think this is— oh yeah, I am going the wrong way. So some other stuff I was playing around with was, you know, being an executive and having baby tigers all around you. These little AI models sprout up everywhere. What are you going to do with them? Also some class posters. Oh yeah, it's the playoffs. So we're gonna talk about what happens when your baby tiger goes to the playoffs or goes to production. What do you think? What do you think? That's kind of cool, right? It's kind of a good— I like it. I like it. So what I'm doing is I'm brainstorming all of these imagery ideas. And then for our Startup Accelerator people, I'm gonna give you the exact prompt I use to generate 3 different types of posts. And I'm gonna attach those post con— the content that I'm gonna have generative AI help me build. 'Cause the model knows me, knows how I talk. It's gonna write out that content for me on Instagram, on LinkedIn, and on YouTube, and I'm gonna publish it.
That's it.
Call it a day. I'm gonna do 30 of them and schedule it for the entire month of May. And now I'm done. Now I'm gonna continue to post on social. I'm gonna continue to post on Instagram, but I don't have to like worry about not posting. Like I will know that my algorithmic drumbeat of attention is beating every single day. 'Cause on Sunday, the first Sunday of the month, in my case it was this Sunday, yesterday I spent an hour and 20 minutes or so building a bunch of images, creating a bunch of text using Canva Create, Bulk Create to generate a bunch of content. And I'm done. I'm done. Now you'll see content. People always ask me like, oh my gosh, you were just on stage. How did you post this stuff? I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no. I just, I schedule it out ahead of time. Um, so it'll give us a lot more capability. So I use Sora, but you could just as easily use ChatGPT and its image generation capability. You could go old school and go to Midjourney and do all that nonsense. Um, uh, you could also leverage one of the tools that I really like, so I'll stop sharing here. But one of the tools I really like is Poe. So I leverage Poe.com. If you're not familiar with it, it's a great tool for multi. And Leo, I don't know if you're here, but Leo hasn't done one in a long time.
I love them.
Said the algorithm didn't thank him for them, but I loved, I love these posts. But imagine if you would go in and take a prompt like this one. Baby tiger dunking a basketball in an NBA game with a jersey. I actually like this other one because it said Tigers on it. I thought that was awesome. I was like, yeah, that's it, that's what we're doing. Um, so I'm gonna go with this one, but I take that prompt and I put it into 5 other models and just see. I'm giving the same prompt to 5 different models and just see how it happens, like what happens with it. Another very— oh, you guys can't see my screen anymore. But anyway, uh, let me just show you the tigers. I think y'all saw it. I'll share it with you anyway. But tigers right there. The tiger, tiger. Um, but like, I want to— I want to know, like, I want— as part of our research, and also it's very telling, giving the same prompt to 7 different models, that's a heck of a story. So just every, every week posting one post that's like the model, AI model bake-off for your domain, uh, prompt that says analyze this spreadsheet and give me a graphical representation of its content. And then just do that exact same thing on 5 different models, Claude, Gemini, Llama, like whatever. And just sharing with people what the results were. I think it's fascinating. Um, because you learn a lot. Number 1, you learn that not all, all AI is the same. Right? That what every AI is very different. And of course, I always talk about leveraging, mechanisms and benchmarks, industry benchmarks for measuring how AI systems work. But that, I think that's pretty cool. Now, one thing I also noticed, let me see if I can go down to my LinkedIn again. I don't know if I could find it again, but I ended up, oh look, I have a lot of people connect with me. I need to go and connect with them. I don't know why. Something must have launched. Um, but there was a post recently. I thought it would be here. I keep waiting for it to come back up. You know how it is, whenever you wanna see a post, it doesn't come up. And then there's one you don't wanna see and it comes up all the time. But it was this post, maybe some of you, one of you has seen it before, but it was a, a, a video of a prompt that was executed 70 times. Maybe I'll type in prompt. Let's see how— let's see if it works. I don't know. No, it didn't. It was like literally the same prompt on the same image but 70 times, and I don't see it here. I'm just trying to find it. I've been trying to find it all day, and I thought maybe the pressure of a live audience would help me, but I don't see it in here., but it's a woman, a picture of a woman. I can't remember. I wish I saved it. I forgot. I always try to save these things. Um, and if you remember it, let me know in the chat. Um, or come off mute and tell me. But it was a single picture of a woman and then they put that picture, they kept putting, replacing that picture in the prompt and the exact same prompt, the exact same picture. And it asked it to optimize the picture, but instead of optimizing it, it degraded the picture. Over and over and over again. And you watch this video of every prompt degrade the efficacy and integrity of the photo to an almost non-human looking thing at the end. And it was very, very strange. Um, I don't, uh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't know. I don't know how I would find it. I'll have to look for it. Maybe I'll Google it, mess around. I didn't wanna prompt in front of y'all. Um, but it was very interesting cuz it made me wanna do the same challenge and it definitely stopped my scroll. So if that is part of what you're interested in trying to do. So very fascinating, fascinating stuff. All right. So what else did I wanna share with you? Oh yeah. So we've got the Agentic AI for Beginners course. The other thing we have is of course our AI Startup Accelerator, which is happening. Maybe one thing I'll mention to you, the premise, it looks like we're gonna have enough. It doesn't look like I'm gonna lose power, but maybe I will. So I don't wanna like do a presentation and then lose it. We're gonna take about 10 minutes, um, to connect with each other. But one thing I do want to remind you all, um, I think I have one around here.
I hope I do.
Uh, of course I don't, so I'll have to get up and get it. I guess I don't. But of course I wrote a book recently, and in my book— oh yeah, I'm gonna share. I shared this with you last time. Just one second, I gotta run. Running to Get It. Oh my goodness, let's see. I don't have a copy. All right, this is funny, actually. Funny story. I, uh, just went back to my mailbox for the first time in like 2 months, and, um, the very first book I ever got, like, from my publisher— and it was funny because I ended up going and speaking in Portugal, and they shipped 75 of my books there for the executives to get And when I got there, I had never seen my book before because this was sitting in my mailbox that I never checked. And so I got there and I'm like, I saw my book for the first time. I got all emotional and I was like, oh my gosh. But this, you all get to see the unboxing, was the very first book I ever got a version of my book. Uh, oh my gosh. Watch it not be my book.
Oh, it is.
I think. I don't know.
Nope, it's not. Do y'all want to know what book it is? It's actually a really good book, but it's not mine. Oh, Noelle Russell Russell, you like crack— crack myself up. How did I even get this? Oh, that's cool. So, um, there's a woman who's been in my life for a long time. I was— worked for her when I was at IBM in the 2000s, and, uh, she inspired me because she told me once Okay, she didn't tell me. I was sitting in the audience and she was like on a panel. She was an executive— not an executive, she was a leader, like a director at that time. She became an executive later. Um, she was a leader and she was talking about work-life harmony and work-life balance because we always ask that when we're young. Like, we always like, how do you manage it all? It's very funny because I don't ask that question at all anymore, but they, uh, she, she answered that question And she said the number one thing that makes it possible— and I don't know if they're still married, I hope they are— but she said the number one thing that made it possible was picking the right spouse that could support her. And it really impacted me very dramatically, like, how important that partner is. And I 100%— I married my high school sweetheart. Like, he is my best friend. We have known each other our whole lives. And, um, how important that is, right? Like, for so many, so many reasons. Anyway, so this book is written by her, I think. I hope I just set that up. I should. Yeah. So I don't know if you know her book, AI First, Human Always. I'm like, so cool. Anyway, so she sent me a copy. Isn't that kind? I didn't even open it. Thank you, Sandy. Anyway, great book. Go get it. It's amazing. So what I always like to do— so I don't have my book handy because I, um, gave them all away. So I'm going to open up her book and we're going to pick— let's hope it, let's hope it works out— we're going to pick a topic to actually cover in our time together when we break out. All right, here we go. All right, I like this 'cause this actually goes in conjunction. So, uh, from The Rise of Multimodal Learning Models in her book, it says the future of AI is multimodal. Multimodal learning models represent a significant leap forward in the AI landscape, bridging the gap between human and machine understanding by integrating diverse data types. I agree. This approach not only enhances the capabilities of AI systems, but also makes them more intuitive and effective in various applications. By embracing multimodal learning, businesses and individuals can unlock new levels of innovation and efficiency, paving the way for a future where AI seamlessly integrates into our daily lives. I like that. I agree. I feel like I might have said something similar in my book, maybe not specifically about multimodal. So what I'm gonna encourage you to do in our breakout time today is If, and if you're watching on YouTube, join us on Zoom so you can be part of it. But we're gonna break out and I would love for you all to talk a little bit about, like, I just showed you some multimodal development, right? Sora specifically is multimodal in the sense that it does image and video. ChatGPT, 100%, that's why they created GPT-O or GPT Omni, right? So for Omni is this Omni model, the model that has the ability to generate text, and images. So if you would be willing to, number one, take 1 minute and introduce yourself to the group. If you don't know how to do that, I'm going to encourage you to practice, but try not to take too much time because you're going to want to get to the question.
But in the—
you're going to each get, I'm going to call it 2 to 3 minutes to say your name, give a quick statement about who you are and what you do. Very quick. And then talk about how you are using multimodal right now. And if you're not, what ideas you think you might have and how multimodal technologies might make them better. I have my own ideas, but let me send you off into your breakouts. Oh no, do I not have breakouts enabled? Oh no, no, hold on. Lemme stop sharing. Oh, there they are. Okay, sorry, I was sharing so I couldn't see them. Phew. Okay, so I'm gonna assign them automatically. If you are alone with a bot, do not be afraid. I will add a human to your room shortly. But I'm gonna create, I'm gonna create a few breakout rooms and it's gonna assign automatically. So like I said, if you end up in a room with a bot, do not be afraid. I will either move you to a room with humans or humans to you. Ready? Get ready. Say hi to each other. Get to know each other. Have some fun and talk multimodal. Let's go!
Enjoy!
Goodbye! All right, let's see. Uh-oh. Oh no, those are all humans. Humans, humans. Oh, Andrew's— no, there's two people. Oh, oh, Cynthia! I'm gonna have to move Cynthia to— oh wait, uh, Joe, Tara. Okay, I'm gonna move Cynthia. Move to 5. And Skye's note takers by itself. All right, cool.
Yay!
So for those of you who are on YouTube and are not in a breakout room, I will tell you what multimodal means to me. So I was really excited because, um, I'll give you a kind of an old school reference to multimodal. Back in the day when I was at Microsoft, um, I was involved in kind of this new organization that was building lots of services that would be available via API called Cognitive Services, today known as Azure AI. But there were a ton of these models, like dozens of these models. And, um, and one thing that we did in or at that time, they were all very disparate teams. So like the computer vision team, they had their own thing. And then the personality chat team, they had their own thing. And then the, uh, custom vision team, they had speech. There were like 7 different speech models. They all had their own interfaces. Back in those days, they even had their own website. So customvision.ai. Um, Computer Vision did AI, uh, Personality Chat did AI. So they all, they all created their own, maybe it was .com, but whatever. Um, I think they were .ai back then. So they had created all of these like custom websites. The UI, the, um, was completely different. Everyone was all disparate, kind of like models are today, right? Like, uh, before we got to the Omni experience, right? When we were in like GPT-3.5 and GPT-4. It was kind of a level of evolution where everyone was building. I mean, this is same as true for Claude and Llama and Gemini and Copilot. Like everyone's got its own thing, but the future is agentic, right? Agentic AI is a world where we orchestrate a lot of these models together for a common good, a common outcome. And so what ended up happening at Azure, just to kind of go along with that story, is that they first started all separate. Then they came together and were put into what was called AI Studio. And that was a chance to take all these separate studios and at least get them co-located. But then as a natural evolution, they moved and became AI Foundry. And AI Foundry, I love this word because it literally like broke it down now to what are all those parts and how do you assemble those parts together and forge them together into something new, something agentic. So AI Foundry is the evolution of all of these little models being built completely independently by totally separate teams that did not talk to each other, to then coming into an AI Studio where they're a little bit more familiar and now very much multimodal. You go into Foundry and you can leverage multimodal models, but you can also create, I call, a multimodal approach to development where you can pick the modality that you want to build in, whether it's image generation, video generation, text generation. Analytics, reasoning, research, right? All of these are different modalities that you can operate in. Um, so both functionally, uh, oh, that's okay, Sherry. Um, both functionally and non-functionally. Um, Andrea, are you here? Oh, do you guys are in my room? Is that true? I don't think I'm in a room. Are you guys here? Are you here? You're not in my room, I don't think. You guys are supposed to be in your own room. Why are you here? Anyway, there's some people that are roomless. I'll put you in a room if you want. I think that— yeah, it says not joined. You guys are in room 1. Oh well, poor Sherilyn, she's alone. Anyway, maybe you guys came back here intentionally. You're supposed to be in room 1. Go, go. Um, anyway, so that was my like little synopsis. We give everybody a chance to get to know each other here, um, in the I Love AI community. It's really great because a lot of people are doing some really cool stuff and some people need inspiration and just to know they're not alone. And, um, it's really fun. Uh, but yeah, if you forgot to click the room, click the room. Go! I'm gonna move you all. Sherilyn's by herself. I'm gonna at least move Sherilyn. Let's see, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. All these rooms have 3. You guys were all supposed to be together. Oh well, I'll move Sherilyn back to the main session. Hello, this is fun. Nice to meet you all. Oh my gosh, we were just brainstorming earlier today on, um, creating gifts and, uh, content, like creating a, a package for everyone who completes the, uh, Agentik AI for Beginners course. And of course, I'm thinking it has to include an Agentik like little agent. Isn't he cute? This is Alik, if you don't know. They are automatic. It's not gonna like me doing this though, because it feels very nervous when I'm holding it in the air. Hi.
Hi.
Hello. You can pet it. It's very nice. Hello, friends. I don't know what's happening back there. So we're gonna give them another 3 minutes and then we'll bring them back.
Noelle?
Yes? Can I ask you, um, one of the book buyers, uh, Yuda Saidun, is following up about his book. Sure, yeah, I saw it.
And Kitama.
I saw it also. Yes, thank you. I have a whole— I have 25 of them stacked right here, so I'll be sending them out tomorrow. Maybe today if I— it just started raining, so maybe today or tomorrow morning. So hopefully in the next 24-48 hours they'll have at their door.
Thank you.
Thank you. My cute little guy. I can't believe I did not know this was Nope, not there. I don't know why. I don't know why.
I'm not in a room either.
I know. I don't know why I tried to move.
I got the message and I blanked out because I was doing a LinkedIn post because you're saying, and I post on LinkedIn all the time.
And good for you. Good to be inspired. Good for you.
No, no, I, I've been a social media maniac. In fact, I had a chill on that and I did it for like 7 different groups, different degrees of old lady. Departments. Anyhow, wait till you see the one I just posted. It's very cool.
Awesome. I can't wait.
You know, they're recommending— what are those guys called that you just clicked again? What are those little guys called behind you?
Oh, ALEC.
Okay. ALEC. That is growing in the senior marketplace.
I'm sure.
Big time. But ElliQ is a bigger, better robot.
Um, well, I'm sure it is. This is not a robot, it's a Pomodoro timer, right?
But I'm saying that unfortunately it's— people forget, they'll look at something and then they'll break it.
At—
well, I could say, you know, your father, does he have one? I do. No, does your father have one?
An ALEC?
Yeah, yeah. Oh, he does?
Okay, okay. Everyone got one for Christmas.
Oh, nice.
Yeah, my brother got one, all the kids got one. I got 4— I actually got 3, and I bought this one because it came out in silver, and I was like, I must have one. So everyone will be joining us back in about—
I think you and your daughter should be holding them and talking about mini-me's and doing a spoof on that.
Very good idea. I love it, Sherry. But I'm not— my daughter's not going to be on the internet.
All right, I got to jump because when you— did you know that Cinco de Mayo is not anything to do with Mexico? Are you aware of that?
I am.
Oh, good. Okay.
Yes, of course.
And I spent 9 years in San Diego not, not knowing that, because if I had known that, I wouldn't have enjoyed those margaritas as much, thinking I was honoring Mexico.
Oh no, it's not really like— it's just a reason to say—
I know, it's some other battle from centuries, centuries more farther away. Yeah, but they're having margaritas up the street for $2, so yes, I don't mean to hurt everybody's feelings, but I don't want to miss out. Calling me.
That's right, you don't want to miss out for sure.
All right, see you. We'll connect soon, I hope.
Okay.
Yes, for sure. All right, welcome back everybody. Hopefully you enjoyed a couple minutes to get to know each other. It's my new favorite thing. So welcome back. As we close out the call, it's just a chance for us to talk about things. Now, what we will be doing, hopefully you'll like it, which is what I hope to start today, but we'll start on Friday, is actually use my book because my book takes you through a responsible AI leader, like literally the process I went through. And that I've gone through with many of my clients that I think is a really good idea for all of us to go through and just go through the questions that I ask. So at the end of my book— and I turned on ALEC while you all were out, so that's what's happening back there. Um, but, uh, but I thought it would be a good idea for us to— and hopefully, Joe, your book, it went out, so hopefully you'll get it soon. Um, and, uh, it would be nice for us to like do a bit of a book study just so you can you know, go through the things and learn all the things that I know. Uh, and then of course, more importantly, apply the things you know to it and share it with each other. Um, yeah, it'll be exciting. I can't wait for you to see it. Um, oh my gosh, it's playing a game. I'm turning you off. Goodbye. Oh no. Good night. Okay. Sleep, sleep, sleep. Um, so wonderful. Thank you. I will stay on if anyone has any Q&A. Um, yes, Marisol, you're on the list too. I have 25 books stacked up right over here. So, uh, all of you, uh, many of you are on that list. I have over 100 more to send, but I was like at 1,000 or something, like 1,025. So I'm feeling pretty good about my progress, but I'm chugging through. Um, so thanks for your patience with that. It was a little bit of a mess, but at least you get a signed copy. So that's good. Hopefully that'll make up for it, uh, as opposed to one just straight from the publisher. Uh, so yeah, happy Cinco de Mayo. Yeah, I, I think, um, I, I had mentioned like Mexico. I mean, it is associated with Mexico, but I hope you all know you should research why we celebrate Cinco de Mayo, but it's a big victory celebration. Um, but it is associated with Mexico. So I'm excited. Uh, I'm always excited to celebrate really any possible celebration. Cinco de Mayo, Star Wars Day, Mother's Day. So happy early Mother's Day to all the moms out there. Um, And thanks for hanging out with me for a little bit. On Friday, we will be doing this again, and on Friday, hopefully there will be no crazy storm, and I will be delivering my founders keynote. So if you wanna see how I do that, that's gonna be our call on Friday. Um, but we'll still end it. It's like a 45-minute call. I'll do the whole thing. It'll be like a webinar. I'll do the pitch that I did at the end of that session. I will show you how I do that pitch so that those of you who are pitching or needing to pitch, you'll know. One's another way to do it. But then we'll end with, hey, let's talk a little bit more about the concept and technology, and we'll break out into rooms again. So thanks for being here. Thanks for playing along with the breakout rooms. Don't worry. I think it's good for us. We should break out. We should hang out with each other. We should get to know each other, even if it makes you nervous, even if you don't think you'll know what to say. And even if you end up like Sherilyn stuck in a room with only bots. It's all good, it's all good. So thanks for being here. I'll see you next week, or I'll see you on Friday this week, and, uh, have a great one. Talk to you soon. Bye, everybody. Sorry. If you have questions though, I'm here for it, so you're welcome to unmute and ask me a question. Uh, I do have actually a question. One, I DM'd you, so just look at your DMs in school for an update.
FYI.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
Well, it's just update, not the update. That's all right. I like updates. Yeah. And then if it was urgent, you just text me. For sure. The GoHighLevel. So I have a GoHighLevel account. So would I keep both, or is it a snapshot of it?
Like, how does it work?
Yeah. So do you know how to— Like, is your GoHighLevel an agency account? No, I have the— well, it's probably some— yeah. So basically, in order for me to put a snapshot into your account, do you have other snapshots you've used? No, but one who— someone who built a funnel for me put a snapshot in it. So, oh, perfect. The $99— whatever the $99 plan is, that's what I got. Yeah. So you could keep that. The only thing is like when you do AI Leadership Institute, you get one for free. So if you didn't have one, you'd be getting one for free because I have the agency one. So just because I can, I'm just giving everyone and like your $99 one, I'm just giving to everybody in the platform. But I can give you those hyperlinks to the— but you could get both if you want. It's up to you. Or I can just give you one. I know. And just like move it over. But I don't know about, I don't know about Snapchat. Like, it just depends on how much work you've done in that one, like, porting it over. But, but that was the, that was part of the value of doing it is that you'll get a free GoHighLevel account that is as sophisticated as a paid one. It's just under my account. And, yeah, it was kind of like my way of helping you forever. Yeah, forever. As long as I'm alive and well.
Yeah.
Awesome. Well, I have to look at that then, because that makes sense. It might be worth setting up and then you can kind of decide. The other thing to think about is you could, you might not, you might have more than one thing that you do. And so this could be an instance of a campaign that you run and you just can, it'll give you the ability to kind of test it out holistically. And then if you like it, you could always just move everything. It's not hard. You could actually export everything from one GoHighLevel to another.
Yeah.
Yeah. If you wanted to.
Okay.
It just depends on how much you're using it, but I'll give you the links so you could choose. Got it. Perfect. And you filled out the onboarding document, right? I did. Okay. So you're gonna get a GoHighLevel as a result of that document. So it's gonna send you an email that's like, welcome to, it's called Agentic AI Agency. That's my agency. Okay. So it's gonna say, welcome to the agency. Um, so just use it for the purposes of the course. And then, yeah, like I said, you might be able to specialize it. Were you saying bye, Eve? I missed her, I think. Oh, were you not saying goodbye at all? Oh, okay, good. You were waiting. I joined late. I thought it was 5 o'clock.
So is— was this—
we ended already training for the— oh, so this is not for the class. The class is actually on Thursday. Yeah, this is just like open Q&A. Because I'm at my mom's, as you can tell. I'm not in my usual environment. Yes, yes. No worries. So, yeah, it's Thursday night at 8 p.m. I can't wait. It has to happen now. I'm done. I won't take the air out the room. Noelle Russell Russell. Oh, no worries. We love it. We love it. Thank you. Hopefully I answered all the questions. I'll see you Thursday then. Yes, Thursday night, 8 o'clock. Yeah. And I'm— I can't wait to go. By then, I will either have talked to you or you will have a platform. So that's my goal by Thursday is everyone will have their platform and then we're going to go step by step. I have my platform. Yeah, yeah, you do, because I set you up. Okay, so I'll say goodbye. Thank you, thank you. Okay, you're welcome. Bye.
I have a question.
I have mine set up. Oh, is it or is it not? I'm not, I'm not sure. I just been super— oh yeah, yeah, okay, getting into it. So, okay, do we have a— do you know if you have time scheduled with me? No, I don't, I don't. Okay, so then you're gonna get an email with the the account in the next 2 days or so.
Okay.
And then I'll message you directly, and if you are good with what you see, great. If not, we can hop on a quick call, like 15 minutes, and I could just walk you through it. Great, thank you. All right, excited to see you. All right, um, and then someone had a question but I couldn't—
yeah, it's Marisol.
Hi, Marisol!
Oh my gosh, okay, so I do have a question. Um, I have not finished my onboarding, um, because it's So is that the one that asks about LLC and all that information? Yes.
Yes.
Yes. Okay. So I'm in the process of actually creating one, so I don't have the address yet, but should I just complete what I know for now so that I can get that?
And just put like for the address, just put the city.
Put the city. Okay. Awesome. Yeah.
And if you don't have a website, like put your LinkedIn.
Okay. I do have a website. It's more the— it's more I'm waiting on all like the logistics of the, of the register, whatever the, the actual LLC company that I'm going through. Okay, so I can fill all that out, I'll submit it, and then after that, then I'll get a session, like a session with you, because I don't have that either, and I don't know how to go something account.
Yes, so when you submit that form, that triggers the creation of your account.
Okay.
And then I'll ping you and be like, hey, are you good? Did you see it?
Does it make sense? I see.
Okay, if you need help which you might or you might not, and it's fine either way. But that's— I don't just set up the time if you're like, I'm good.
Got it. No, uh, for sure. Okay, now I know what's going to trigger it, and I just wanted to let you know that I'm in the process, but I, I don't have all like the, the, the information, but I can always change it, right? I can—
yeah, yeah, 100%. This is just to set up the account, and it's very bare bones. And then you'll, you'll— over the next 6 weeks, you'll add more and more and more and more.
So don't—
yeah, there's no pressure. Okay, thank you, thank you. You're welcome.
I can't wait.
I know.
See you soon. All right. Noelle, it's me, Ifua.
Hi.
Hi. I want to know if, um, my company is set up already. It is not. I don't think so. I think I just asked you on the call earlier, but I could set it up after this. Oh, you did? Oh, okay, okay, sure. Yeah, because I remember I asked you if you filled out the Google Doc. And you told me yes. Oh yeah, the Google form. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I checked your— I checked, uh, put a check mark next to your name saying you filled it out. Okay, you're on my list. But I'll do it. I could do it pretty quickly now. And then when you do it, I should be getting something? You'll get an email from the Agentik AI agency inviting you to accept your account. Got it, got it.
Thank you.
But I'll send you a message as soon as I do it. I'll be like, hey, if you haven't seen it, go look for this because it might be spam. Yes, so don't, don't worry, I won't create it and just leave it in like ether. I will let you know to look for it.
Yes, ma'am.
Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. I'm excited for it. You guys are going to love it. It's so cool. It's so fun. All right, awesome. I'm very excited about it. All right, I think that's it. Anyone else have other questions or guidance? All right, let's go. I'll see you all Friday unless you're in one of these other amazing opportunities that we've got. Otherwise, I'll see you Thursday. And then if I don't see you Friday or Thursday, I hope I see you Saturday at our Agentik AI workshop. Um, Agentik AI for beginners. It's for everyone.
Come take it.
All right, I'll see y'all later. Yes. Take care everybody.
