Welcome, thank you all for being here. It's been a minute, that's why I miss you all. We are in 2026 and so we changed things up a little bit. Welcome, this is our weekly call that we do for the I Love AI community. It's just a chance to get together, hang out. I really have a little bit of a mission with our call here today. I decided to change things up a little bit. I'm going to close out my YouTube. I decided to change things up a little bit by number one, first, uh, I wanted to teach you all something, like teach just a little thing. This will be even more. I gotta— how many of you are familiar with the learning glass? I don't know if you know it. It's also called the reflection teacher or something like that. Anyway, it's a big glass screen that sits in front. I'm going to be using that to do a lot of our videos this year. I just got it for Christmas. It's awesome. I sent it to a few of you to show you. I will definitely be posting In the I Love AI community, I will post a video that I created, one of my first ones. But it's nice, I get to like write on the screen. Have you seen people do that where you write on the screen and then you can see it as I'm writing? It's very cool. So I'm excited for that. That is one of our new tools and technologies. It is not AI-enabled, but it definitely is innovative. I think innovative education. I actually saw this thing like 3 years ago and just to vulnerably tell you how gifts work in our house, especially gifts that are expensive, is you have to want it for a long time. So I had it on my list of like things I wanted, and, uh, going on 3 years. And so finally my husband's like, I guess she really does want it. The other thing that qualified in this like wait a long time to get it was my Peloton. Um, so, uh, I, I want— you know, granted, I, I got a Peloton right away. I've 3 Pelotons. I have 2 bikes and now a Tread, and I wanted to get the row, like the rowing machine. Anyway, and so that's— I'm only in year 2 of wanting that, so maybe next year I'll get it. I don't know, we'll see, we'll see. What do you get the girl who has everything? Um, welcome in everyone, good to see you. Remember, this is, um, you don't have to write in reverse, uh, Joe. This is the beauty of it. It is so cool. So it uses this cool reflection camera that flips the image in the camera. Like, it's very cool. You're gonna love it. Um, what's up, Darren? Good to see you. Yeah, it's so cool. I can't wait to show it to you. You're gonna love it. Um, so I'm gonna— I don't know if I— maybe I'll do one of our, uh, LinkedIn Lives, um, one of our sessions like this. Maybe I'll do that in front of it. It has a black background. Um, it's cool. It's really fun. So I'm really excited for it. Uh, thank you all, um, joining today. This is also a chance for you to ask questions, um, and connect. Please check your DMs. I will. Oh yes, uh, wait, um, I know. Yes, thank you, thank you. We are definitely doing that today. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Um, yes, absolutely. Uh, I don't know if you all saw my post, but anyway, but absolutely, we will be, uh, addressing that today. And actually was addressed earlier in our AI Leadership Institute, but thank you for that. I will actually start with that. We had some incredibly heartbreaking news over the holidays where a member, and this has never happened to me ever, a member of our community joined the AI Leadership Institute, joined I Love AI, was very engaged and connected with so many of us, showed up on our calls, asked questions, just a beautiful, beautiful soul. His name was Miguel, and he passed away right after Thanksgiving. And so I wanted to make sure that everyone, you know, the family and everyone, I just wanted to make sure that we handled the relationship with that family correctly. They, of course, reached out to us um, because they're trying to figure out like what was he a member of and what did he do. And he ended up attaining his— I just think that's really interesting, like he, he attained his Responsible AI certification, um, and I just, I don't know, it broke my heart. I was very emotional about it when it happened, but we kind of went dark right after that. Um, anyway, he, he did, uh, his family stated that he had passed peacefully, so there was, you know, like, which is wonderful. But how sad. So we did lose a member of our community. There is actually a— I'm just gonna throw this message on. I think I'm gonna click on it first. But this is an image just celebrating the life of Miguel de Jesus. Just so sad though. You're gonna see him and be like, oh my gosh, I remember him. Life is so short. And I'm just— I want us to just take a moment and just honor the fact that he was part of our community, that we got to spend some of his last days with us. I mean, I don't want to get too emotional, but like, it was really, really, really special that he decided, you know, to be part of our group and that we got a chance to get to know him. So thank you to him. Thank you to his family. Deepest condolences to his family. And thank you, Sini, for bubbling that up. As well. Um, let me throw that— I don't know if anyone else, or maybe Sunny, if you want to, you could throw it in the chat. Um, I'm trying to find the Zoom chat right now to put it in the thing. Oh, there we go, there we go, there we go. Oh, thank you. Oh no, that's not it. Did you put it in? I know, it was so sad, it was so sad. So peace to him, to his family. Uh, this is just the image. If you want to click on it, you can see, um, a little bit of information about it. Um, but really, really very sad, but also You know, I'm one of those people, you know, funerals are, are really hard many times. But one thing I've noticed, and granted I'm just in a stage in my life where I'm now attending more funerals than I am weddings, which is an interesting stage to be in. Maybe they'll come back, maybe a bunch of people get married again, but that is the stage I'm in. Um, but the one thing that is beautiful about coming together after, you know, the passing of a loved one is that we come together and we get to see people we haven't seen in a long time, and family gets to connect in a way, um, that they haven't in a long. And so it, and it's weird because it's bittersweet, right? You're there to kind of mourn the passing of a friend or family member, but at the same time you're able to rekindle and remember the value of friendship and family. And I always, it's just a wake-up call for me when these types of things happen, that life is short and that we have an opportunity to be so present in each other's lives. And that's why many times, you know, I, I try to keep it on, uh, keep, you know, in contact with you all, texting you all, and, uh, you know, just letting you all know, um, how much I really care for you and how grateful I am for you all. And that's why I think community is such an important part of our, our experience, like getting into a community where we get to know each other virtually. Like, some of us have never met in person, though I'm trying to change that in 2026, but it is an important part of our life and I actually know that, I mean, I'm a public speaker, of course, I do a lot of stage presentations, but my events are getting bigger and bigger and bigger. More and more people are moving into spaces where we meet in person, face to face, and connect. And so, whatever you can do, maybe just make a gentle commitment to yourself that you will, you know, make the most of the human time we have together and use our community, use meetups, events. I'm going to an event tomorrow. Like, use these opportunities to meet people, get to know people. I mean, it's just so— oh, what? That is so sad. Yeah, that's so sad. So anyway, so our heart goes out to the family. Please don't hesitate to write a message to their LinkedIn profile if you want to send messages of support and love. Their son is monitoring that, so they will get it. It's just, it's very sad, but it's also just a wonderful reminder. He was a beautiful, beautiful man that was so nice and, you know, just so engaged. It was really cool. And so I was heartbroken when it happened, and I've never really experienced— I never met him in person. I've never really experienced loss of a friend that I never met in person, right? And it felt bad just the same. It broke my heart just the same. Um, yeah, he was right. He truly connected with us. Um, oh man, so very, very sad. Uh, life is short. Let's, you know, let's make it a lot. It's a little about AI and it's a lot about humanity. It's a lot about how we are as humans and how do we make more time. So I think it's a great segue to some of the things that have happened over the last, uh, few weeks. Um, I myself and a couple members of the AI Leadership Institute were CES over the last week, and that was really exciting. I did two— it was part of a new series that launched at CES this year called the CES Workshop Series, which meant that you could go to CES and you could participate, um, in a workshop. Like, you could take a workshop. There were about 6 workshops. I had 2 of them, um, and about 65, 70 people joined those workshops. There was one on agents and the Agentic workshop had about 30 people join. And so the numbers were pretty small, intentionally so. It was very intimate, but it gave you a chance while you're at an event to actually apply what you're learning. But the most exciting thing I always like to share is that my two sessions that were basically two strategy sessions then led to an implementation session. And I think these are so critical where you actually walk through a checklist and two of our very own Yuvika Sharma, Padmni Soni both led this, this workshop that walked you through your first 90 days of strategy deployment, like of implementation of how do you actually do this. And I think it was so critical. So many people walked away. So I do want to let you know that if you want, we are— we have a wonderful opportunity for you to download the checklist. So that checklist will be available inside the community, so you will have to join school in order to get it. But, um, but really, really cool. It was so cool to see them on stage. I took a bunch of pictures and then realized there was a professional in the house who took way better pictures, so, so I won't be showing you the ones I took. They were like a little fuzzy and like not great, but, uh, but the photographer on site did an incredible, incredible job. So, um, really, really cool. So I will be sharing that with you, um, and That being said, at CES, I don't— Padmini, I think, is actually at an event today. I don't think she's on the call, so I'm going to tell her story for you. One, we have started this impromptu Good Morning AI podcast. Some of you joined us, so thank you for that. But every morning, sometime between 9 and 11, we randomly get online. We're not promoting it. We're not like— it's just like me and I'm inviting my C-suite. So that's Padmini and Sky. I would love to have more of you as guests throughout the year. Every Monday morning, it's like, you know, how many of you know First Take? It's my dream to build like a First Take for AI on ESPN with— I'm gonna be— I'm the Stephen A of AI. Not really, I don't yell or get mad or stuff, but, but that's my vision, is that every week we just get on and we just talk about the latest news. So I, I encourage you to go listen to the replay and put a little like or comment to support us if you feel so moved to do so. But it was really fun, and we go live on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, you name the platform, we are there. So yeah, it's on LinkedIn. If you follow me or follow Padmini or follow Skye, but mostly if you follow me, you will get notified when we go live every Monday. And then I will repost it inside the school community so you can see it, but it's nice to be there live. Yeah, absolutely. I hope you find it by chance, but yeah, like I said, it's on LinkedIn, so you can just go to LinkedIn. Um, there isn't a standard link, it's just it will show up when you're on LinkedIn. If you're on Instagram and you follow me on Instagram, you'll also get a note when I go live on Instagram. So kind of fun. Some of you can see my cool sweatshirt. I've got Eve and Wall-E representing today. I have yet— I have an idea of, uh, doing a an online class while assembling my WALL-E LEGO box. I haven't done that yet. Um, right, let's go, let's go! I'm gonna beat out— yeah, Amy Poehler. Um, yeah, let's see what happens. Was there— is there a Golden Globe for podcast? Wait, what? Um, we are gonna have to think about this. What, David? What? That you just changed my whole life. Um, that is a milestone worth going after. Talk about 10x goals. That's really cool. And I did see your message. I don't know if I answered in my head. I don't know if I answered it, but I saw your message on LinkedIn and I have, um, a person I'm going to connect you with, David. So thank you for that. Um, wow, cool. What? That is so neat. So one more reason to start a podcast. But I think it'll be cool. Um, I also know there's this guy— oh my gosh, I don't think I'll remember his name. I can't remember his name. He's on ESPN. He was a podcaster, started in his garage, and now he's like everywhere. Pat— anyone know his last name? Pat— I can't remember his last name. Pat McDuffie, maybe? Pat— I can't remember. Anyway, but he started a podcast, um, and then that podcast went big. But the way it went big is that he got Aaron Rodgers to show up on his podcast every Tuesday. And I was like, who's my Aaron Rodgers? So if you have any idea on who my Aaron Rodgers could be, maybe it's Maybe it's Ally Miller, right? Maybe it's, I don't know, Andrew Ang. I only need him on for like 15 minutes every week and be like, hey, tell us what's going on. Maybe it's Sam Altman, Greg Brockman. I don't know. I gotta figure out. Oh, maybe it's my new friend at Anthropic, um, Brad, right? Like, who knows? Who knows? Uh, but I'm gonna find one person really cool, right? Oh, of course. Thank you, McAfee. Thank you. Thank you, David. Um, yeah, Taylor Swift, of course, right? Bill— oh, I like Bill, that's cool. Um, here's the cool thing is that I talked to you all about this before, is that when I do— when I find this person that I'm gonna bring on, um, I'm gonna think that they're super important in the AI space, and a bunch of people who follow me will be like, I've never heard of that person. So it's a little interesting because in the AI space, when I'm trying to educate people on AI, many of like the rock stars in AI aren't rock stars outside of our little little bubble. Uh, so, so it'll be interesting. Um, but yeah, always open to suggestions. Um, but that is going to be something that we'll, we'll do. Oh yeah, I like Moonshots Knitting. Good one. I like that. That's cool. Um, I could also look at other podcast hosts. Um, yeah, Amy is funny. And yeah, she— that's so cool. I did not go and look at the winners yet. As a matter of fact, where was I? I was on some AI model and it asked— oh, I was in Poe, poe.com, and it had a default prompt, and the default prompt was who won the Golden Globes, and I I'm like, no. But now, had I said yes, it knew. It knew this experience was going to happen. I would be up to date on these things. But that's really cool. I love that idea. So that being said, we are doing a podcast. Please just follow me on LinkedIn. You'll see it every Monday morning. I will also— you know what we will do is I will get in the habit of posting the live URL into school on Monday. So as soon as we start it, I'll copy and paste the URL so you can come find me. In the case that you want to join us. It's fun. Um, you know, we, we also passed a wonderful milestone here in I Love AI, uh, 2,100 members. I love it because people can quit anytime, right? People can leave anytime. But I will tell you that— and it's not me, I mean, it's a little me maybe at first, but it is mostly you, like, in the chat, right? All of the things that people are posting— Nitin and Joe and Reina and like so many of you, LaTarsha, Keyshawn— like, you guys are putting all these really cool, um, posts and people love it. Like, we have huge— highest level of engagement. 89% of our members are engaged at some point or another every 7 days. That's a lot. Like, most communities like ours, they have what's called churn, where people join and then they don't like it and then they leave. Our churn is like 2%. That's amazing. We should be pretty proud, um, that we've created a community. Now, I will tell you, I do kick people out sometimes when they don't behave well, so that's part of it. We've got a very good handcrafted community of people. But 2,100 people that kind of meet those, those requirements. Really, really exciting, exciting stuff. Now, I think I told you before we went on break, but I did sign my second book with Wiley. So very excited about that. So yay for me. So that second book is going to be— notice here, this one is Scaling Responsible AI. The second book is— oh my gosh, and I brought it— is going to be a supplement to the Scaling Responsible AI series, and it's going to be Scaling Agentic Systems, and it's going to be all about the white tiger. Anyone know the details about a white tiger? So these white tigers, the way that they are created, right, the reason a white tiger exists is because of a uniqueness, a unique gene in the parents, and that the parents now Imagine if you will, right? AI leadership being the parents, baby tigers being our project. If you do it in a special and way that is responsible and profitable, you'll build a super rare thing, which is a successful AI system. Right now, I don't know if you heard, but most of you have because I say it all the time. 95% of AI pilots never hit production, never create value, never change the lives of the people they were built for. We want to start talking about, right, instead of magical unicorns, we're going to talk about white tigers. So you'll see a white tiger on the COVID You'll see us talk about what makes AgentX scaling possible. And it really comes down to building systems that— and we, I talked about this before, and we had a couple people chime in on, um, on LinkedIn, uh, but we're building systems that now can be auditable, right? I want to be able to know, like, imagine if you will, you go into a bank and they're like, I ask them if they're using AI and they're like, "Yeah, we're using AI." And you're like, "Great, where?" And they're like, "I'm not exactly sure where all the AI is, but we've got a lot of it and it's pretty good." And they're in baby tiger mode, right? They're like, "We've got this one thing that does this thing over here." And I start asking questions like, "Do you know whether or not there's any, you know, who the humans in the loop are? Who has the right to shut it down in the case something bad happens?" Like there's no system for documenting the metadata behind these AI deployments in a way that an executive team knows that you're doing the right things, that you're serving your customers, your employees, and your vendors in a way that's safe and responsible with the AI systems that you've built. The term for this that I have been talking about for a while now is AI assurance. Assurance. And it's a little different than insurance, but it creates a mechanism for you to be certain that the AI you have created has been deployed correctly. I got so excited about this, as a matter of fact, over the holidays that I created a control plane for managing this type of data, right? Like, how do I, as an executive, go into a company and know an inventory of every AI system, whether or not it is in compliance with you know, well, let's say the Federal AI Action Plan or whatever, but also the NIST framework or ISO standards, right? How do I know that these AI systems even adopt— do they have model cards? Is there policy documentation? Who owns them? What's the RACI, right? Who's responsible? Who's accountable? Who's going to be consulted? Who needs to stay informed? How do we get all of that in a single place? And so I over the holidays got— had a lot of fun, built out that framework, built out the platform, built the company, created a standard, launched a trademark, all because I feel like 2026 is the year people are going to start putting more systems into production, which means we need to know what these systems are and we need to have a mechanism for protecting people. Um, yeah, yeah. Um, what's up Jason? Jason's in the house, good to see you. Um, but yeah, really, really cool. So So that's been a fun fact for me, or a fun area that I've been focused on over the last few— I mean, honestly, for the last few years, but specifically the last few months, thinking about how do we help companies do this. The second thing— I'm just going to tell you stuff I've been playing around with— the second thing that I really like, which requires some skill, but the platform is fun, is a platform, and I'm actually going to throw the link into the chat for you all. So that you can play around if you choose to. I personally love— I mean, I just was like, this is awesome. It's called Marbleism, and I'm throwing the link into the chat so you can go grab it if you want to. And I'm gonna actually, uh, maybe I'll show it to you right now. So this Marbleism platform, basically— oh gosh, I don't recognize any of this. Um, Let's see, screens, uh, uh, uh, uh, documents, maybe screens. Let's see, I guess it's this one. Okay, I'm gonna share. I don't know what I'm— maybe I'm sharing the wrong screen. Oh, oh yeah, yeah, okay, I'm gonna go over here to share my screen. Hold on, hold on, click to share. This is very interesting. There we go, I found it. Oh, Oh yeah. Oh, all right. You guys are going to have to tell me if you can see what I see. Oh yeah, there you go. Okay, cool. So here I'm just going to give you an example. I built so many of these because I was testing it out for clients. I'm like, you got to do this when you join Marbleism and don't do it if you don't want to. I don't— I think you can join for free and test it out, but I'm not trying to add more tools. I'm just trying to show you something that's working for me right now. But these are 6 AI agents, they are not fine-tuned. So that's the first level of work you have to do, and that's the work we do in our Agentic AI, right, uh, practitioner course. Like, we teach you how to tune these agents to be very good at their job. But you'll notice here there's an executive assistant. Let me make it a little bigger so you can see it because that's pretty small, um, right? That's a little better, isn't it? Oh gosh, I can't move it around too much. There we go. Um, I'm just gonna keep Miguel up. Uh, but you can see here there's an executive assistant, a social media manager, a blog writer, a sales associate— my personal favorite— and a legal assistant, a receptionist, um, and a receptionist. Now the receptionist is, is what you're looking at right now. It generated a phone number, right? So I have a new phone number for this campaign, and you, you all are welcome to call this number if you want, test it out. You can even say you're testing. I'm gonna put it in the chat. There you go, if you want to call it. But it— here's the cool thing: when you create your account, it asks you for your website. Now, if you don't have a website, that's gonna hurt because it doesn't have anything to train on. But if you have a website, if you have a, a site that has all your information in it, like, you could just point it to that website. It extracts everything from your website and builds the education for these agents. So let me show you a couple things that I've done. Just to give you, you know, again, I Love AI is all about just being willing to experiment and test out and most importantly, hopefully derive value from the tests that we're doing. So here you can see here, this is Sunny. Um, I didn't come up with these personas. That's a feature I can ask for maybe. Um, but Sunny, and here are some fresh hooks like, uh, adoption. Remember this one? 29% of women. I posted about that recently. CES Spotlight. Oh, I like that one. Um, that's cool. I'm gonna say copy. Awesome. Uh, let's work on this one. Oopsie, it's hard to type when you're watching me. And I'll just put this in. Oopsie. There we go. Just so you can kind of see how it works. So it comes up with these topics based on SEO, right, content. So it's doing its work on the back end to figure out based on my company, what it should build. And now it's gonna go do this cool thing. I'll let it do its thing. That's for social media. So it can create social media posts. It can create carousels. I'm gonna show you a couple things that it has done already. But these, again, it doesn't remove the work. It just eliminates the amount of time I spent doing these things. So here's my blog writer. It has created a blog post already. Here is one right here. Some of you might recognize this was my, the baseline for the article that I sent out yesterday, or maybe it was— no, it was this morning, I think, at 9 AM. And it added a bunch of like AI-generated content, which I didn't really like. So I ended up— and I'll just show you what this looks like in practice. One is on Instagram. So the outcome of this, I hit publish inside Marbleism, and let me go here to my profile. And this is one of the ones that created. This is a, a, a carousel that it created. I mean, that's pretty cute. If I tried this 2 years ago, y'all know all those words would have been misspelled. So we're in a different world now. So it's basically saying go from, right, hamster in a wheel, repetitive work, to— and if, if I could have made it a baby tiger, you know I would have. I didn't even think to do that. Um, but then it says go from that to this, right? Take your neglected database, activate it with AI, get better Revenue and connections, future growth. Um, and then the final one, hey, need a sales audit? Contact me. And of course I could boost it if I choose to, but I wasn't doing this for me. I was just doing it to demonstrate like how quickly I can do this. No problem, Basset, see you soon. Um, how quickly I could do this work. Uh, so I think it's really, really interesting. Um, hopefully Yeah, okay, there you go. I'm hoping you can see all this. Anyway, so kind of neat, right? Pretty, pretty cool. I think it's fascinating, fascinating. I have to find my control panel. Oh yeah, I was going to show you something else as well. Hold that thought. LinkedIn. I can't see my screen. There we go. Let me go show you LinkedIn real quick. So the content that I use this little Marbleism AI to create for me I'm going to go down to newsletters, which is where I posted the thing. It just helped me get to done faster. And if that's not the name of the game, I don't know what is, right? So here, there it is. It's not exactly the same, but even if you read this content, it mirrors exactly what I wrote on my own website, on my personal website. And I got nice people responding to me. What? This resonates a lot. Oh my gosh, I love it. So cool. I love it. But you'll notice I swapped out the pictures for me because it's me. I made sure now, Greta, I validated that it was using my personal stories, my, you know, authenticity, my information. Um, and so I really thought it was pretty cool. Uh, oh good, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you, Fabian. Awesome, awesome. All right. Oh gosh, I don't know what that means. Uh, oh dear, I don't know what's happening right now. Okay, uh, finish. Oh gosh, oh no, cancel. I don't know what's happening on my computer right now. Let me see if I can go back somehow to my default, like to me. So I am doing this, this is cool. Okay, let's see. I don't know how to, I don't know how to not share anymore. Oh yeah, there we go. I got it, I got it, I got it. It's a new tool, it's a new tool. Messing around. But that's pretty cool, right? So a couple different tools that I've been using. I'd encourage you, play around with it. That's what I did. A friend of mine gave me that link and I was like, let me go check it out. I got so excited because I now in the morning, the first one, right, my executive assistant goes into my inbox and my calendar and preps me for the day. Not the same as Hux, not as good, but it does say like, hey, you've got an overlap in your calendar today. Do you want to make sure that you need both meetings? I can also— here's my favorite use case— is that I get a text message from someone who's like, hey, are you available at 2 o'clock on January 3rd or 23rd? And I'm like, I don't know. I don't know if I'm available. So now I go on my phone to the Marbleism app. I go to my executive assistant. I'm like, hey, am I available? And it's like, you're not available at 11, but you are available at 2:30. And I'm like, perfect. And I copy and paste it and put it into the— you know, like, it's just speeding me up. Now, I am all about automating everything and having an AI completely— but at the end of the day, most of my clients actually like me. Like, they want to talk to me, they want to hang out with me, they want to learn from me. So I'm not trying to use AI to do all the things. I'm just trying to do more faster so I can serve more people, help more people, connect with more people, have fun with more people. And this I mean, I've just been using it for a couple weeks and I'm like, it has saved me at least 15 hours. So much so that I was like, you know what I need to do? I'm gonna work with a couple members of the AI Leadership Institute and we're going to just go and help people implement this. Now here's the key is that when you get this Marbella, it doesn't work out of the box really, right? It gives you these agents, but they're not great. You have to train them. So remember we talked about, right, the 5 Ps of prompt engineering. Oh my gosh, if you know the 5 Ps, get to work. Like, those things can be pretty masterful. So I went in and I created guardrails and guidelines for each and every model, and now they're pretty darn good. So anyway, have some fun with it. Um, like I said, we actually have an AI Business Accelerator where we're teaching people how to do this. We also have an Agentic AI agency where we do it for you. So whatever your— pick your poison, right? Like, if you want to learn to do it yourself, if you want to hire someone to do it for you, Best thing you can do is just reach out and ask. But most importantly, for those of you who are in the I Love AI community, like, just go have some fun. I mean, have fun for a few days and kill the account. Don't forget to kill the account because I do think it's one of those that will bill you later. So I don't want to add one more, you know, death by a thousand cuts of AI models to your inventory. But I was pretty impressed. I thought it was really fun. Anyway, all right, so Now, uh, let's see here. Moving this over so I can see you all. But thank you for that. That was awesome. Okay, so I gave you a couple tools that you can go out and check just in case you haven't heard. My favorite tool right now is Hux. H-U-X-E dot— oh, I don't even know what the dot is. Hux.co, .com. We should look. Um, it— I, I don't know what it is. Let me look it up really quick. It's .ai. Oh, .ai, I think. I live on it, thanks to you. Yes, it's so good. So thank you for that. Oh, good. Sorry, Darren, it's— oh, it is .com. Oh, maybe it was .ai and they bought .com because they're doing so well. Good for them. That's the future, right? Buy the AI, get a bunch of customers, then go buy the .com. Yeah, both, exactly. So I bet they started with one and got the other. So good for them. But Hux is my platform of choice. I use it every morning. They even have an evening roundup which is pretty cool. I don't use it in the evening. I use a different— you all know me, I like journaling. And so I have my own evening routine that I do. But this is part of my— very big part of my morning routine. So I encourage you to take a look at it. For those of you not familiar, it's based on Google Notebook LM. It uses the same concept of Notebook LM, except instead of having to feed it project by project, You give it your email, you give it your calendar, and you give it your favorite topics, and it curates a morning briefing that you can go through— go to throughout the day. But a morning briefing that'll keep you up to date on all the things that are happening in your life but also happening around the world. And I absolutely love it. I really should get some kind of QR code or something, uh, affiliate link or something. Um, but I love it so much. I want you to use it. I hope you will enjoy it. It really does. Um, yes, exactly. Everyone I share it with Maurice, exactly. Everybody I talk to about it, once you start using it— and again, like with all AI, may I remind you, AI without human input is not nearly as cool. So when you actually spend time training it, when you give it your AI systems, when you, you know, like when you give it permission to actually look at your calendar, look at your email, and then understand what you want and what you care about and what you want to, what you want to hear and what you don't want to hear, that's really when it gets Great. Um, yeah, exactly, Renee. I know, I didn't know that either. So that's usually a, um, a sign of growth. So good for them. One of the things about, uh, Marbleism that I really did like is that it does allow me to enable my recep— my, uh, executive assistant to go in and tag my emails. Now I'm just gonna be super— maybe I should save this for AI Leadership Institute people because I'm like all live for everybody to hear right now, but One of the things that I struggle with in my own life, in my inbox, is just triaging email. And I get hundreds of emails. And so I have invested in multiple solutions. Fixer AI, which did not do a good job for me, only because it overdid the job I asked it to do. It overtriaged. So I would spend more time finding stuff, like looking for stuff, and I was like, Okay, I appreciate that you were organized, but now you're— I'm over-organized. Have you ever done that where you cleaned a room and you did it so well you can't find anything anymore? I do that to my kitchen at least once a year where I'm like, I'm gonna organize, but I can't find anything. Um, or worse, someone organizes it for you, which is kind of like what Fixer did. So Fixer organized all of my email and I couldn't find anything, so I turned that off. Then I went to Motion, which I've gone back and forth on Motion. Um, I love Motion's project management capability and calendaring for tasks. Still use it to this day, love it. But they added a bunch of AI agents, but they did the same thing. They triaged and categorized all my email, and I couldn't find anything. So this, all it does is apply labels. So I can scan and go green, green, green, red, green, blue, you know. And I can, once I know the label color, which I defined I can now be like, this is what I need to pay attention to. I don't lose anything. So I'm now back in a state where I've triaged my email, but more importantly, I don't constantly feel like I'm missing something or I'm trying to find an email. I mean, oh my gosh, it was really worse. Um, I don't know. Good question, Nabel. That's a good question. I'm not sure. I didn't ask. Um, a retro of the workflow or interaction between agents? Oh, it definitely offers, uh, interaction between agents for sure. So I of course. I'd encourage you to do the same thing. I just tested it, right? I built stuff, uh, with my, uh, social media associate. Hey, I want to talk about this. And then I went to the blog, uh, associate and was like, hey, blog writer, would you please leverage the work I did in this other agent to give me some blog ideas that are based on that social media? And it had that context. So absolutely, it does provide that. Um, again, this is all anecdotal. I just started— I'm sharing with you something I just started using myself. I'm not telling you to use it for your business or, you know, giving you advice in that way. But if you're a builder and a tester and you're interested in kind of seeing— I was really impressed. And I'm right now, I have 3 companies that I built this, that I'm using Marble, uh, Marbleism for. Um, I think the hard part is the prompting and that you can't just hand this to like a startup and be like, here's 6 agents Good luck. Um, I think the most important thing that you can do, uh, is sell services along with a platform like this. Like, the platform is awesome, but only when in conjunction with good strong prompt engineering skills. Um, I don't know. I— you would ask me about Ontology. I didn't ask, I just got it. You should go ask, find out for me. I just got— I just started using it. Um, but yeah, I'm not sure, I'm not sure. You should ask for sure, go and look. So I love it. See, now I've like commissioned all y'all. Hopefully you will take advantage of the free like test. I don't know how long it is, maybe 7 days. Just play around with it and come back and let me know. That way we all can take a look at it. But it's basically like a schema for how the data is organized, Tara. But please do provide more details, Jason, so people know what you are referring to when you talk about ontologies and different types of ontologies. You can also Google it, by the way. If you all are interested in understanding. But many companies have existing structures of their data, usually custom. Some, as Jason knows, don't have any ontology whatsoever, have no structure to their data or how an AI system will interact with it. So yeah, it's a great question. Yay! Oh, good. Yes. Yes. Oh, good. Awesome. Oh my gosh, amazing. So Nabil, we'll be seeing you. So we do always like to mention In the last 20 minutes, I kind of turn off our LinkedIn Live for all of you watching us live, and we just get to know each other. We hop into breakout rooms and answer a question. And my question today is actually something that was prompted by the stories that I saw come up in my research for our podcast today. 3 main stories. I'm not going to go into all of them because you can watch the podcast, but One of them is agentic commerce, and I thought we should talk about that a little bit. So I'm gonna spend a few minutes contextualizing what I mean by agentic commerce, and then I'd really like for us to talk amongst ourselves on, like, you know, I feel like Google Lens— do y'all remember Google Lens? Or even the Human AI— Humane AI Pin? Um, adoption is everything, right? Like, it doesn't matter. Like, Google created Google Lens, pretty awesome. I think we'd all have liked that right now, but they built it at a time where very few people knew what it was, knew why it would be useful, and could use it. Very few— there was no ecosystem to support it. And so as a result of that, it really failed to be successful. Google has now launched an agentic commerce platform for standardizing shopping, things like inventory management, order status. There's even a business, a business assistant, I think it's called, right? So they are creating a platform that's going to simplify shopping for us through agents, right? So I get on Copilot, or I get on, um, I get in, uh, ChatGPT, and I'm like, hey, I'm looking for, I don't know, cat-shaped succulent planters. There's a reason I know that. Um, anyway, and they're relatively like you know, there's not a bunch of those. So I'm asking it to go search for it. I don't want to spend a lot. I'm not looking for like gold-plated. I want to spend maybe $50. And when it finds it, if it's less than $50, I just want to buy it, right? I now though, if I buy that way, I now need to be like, hey, it's been 2 weeks. Is that thing showing up? Who owns that? Where's my ticket coming from? Are you going to send it to me? Is it done? So one of the strategic relationships Google created, of course, was through these shopping platforms. Shopify, which I don't know how many of you use Shop, the app. Amazon is integrated into Shop. So Shopify, the app, now becomes a vehicle, right? So when I buy something through ChatGPT, Shopify is going to be like, hey, welcome to the Shop app. I'm tracking your order. There's some ecosystem players that I think Walmart, of course, is participating. There's some ecosystem players that make this different than a Google Lens, right? Where they're building something that I think as an infrastructure play might work. But I'm curious about your AI shopping, like, what do you think? I was a beta tester on Google's AI shopping capability, um, a few weeks, maybe, I guess before the end of last year. I even got a cool mug, or no, a cool, um, cup. That's how they pay you, right, when you're a design partner with these big platforms. They give you swag. Um, so I got a cool cup that's like, hey, Google what you want to buy or whatever, shopping with Google. Um, but I'm curious to hear from your perspective, like, is this going to struggle to achieve adoption? I'm interested in understanding from your— in your world, like, would you adopt this? Would you use— like, would you go completely to a model that you talk to to just be like, hey, um, I need coffee pods for my Nespresso, can you order that? And just let it happen. There's a lot that goes into this. One, having the flexibility to just like ask a model for what you want. B, the financial, right, wherewithal to actually order whatever you want when you want it. Um, so it's, it's interesting, interesting, um, idea. Uh, so I would love to hear your perspectives on this. Um, yeah, Jason, of I would imagine you would be one of the early Google Lens people. I was also pretty interested. Yeah, market timing, exactly. Was someone going to say something? Chime in? Stripe, yes, exactly. Oh, no problem, Kisan, see you later. All right, so for the last 15 minutes, what I like to do, and I'm just going to say bye to our LinkedIn audience. So if you want to join us and be part of these conversations, be able to jump in a breakout room, get to know your fellow I Love AI members, uh, as well as people who are on a similar journey as you, learning AI, using AI, testing AI. I hope you'll join us on one of these calls. We get a chance to learn a couple things. I get to share with you the bleeding edge of tech that I am testing. You can share with us what you're testing, um, but most importantly, you get to meet each other and network a little bit. So that's what we're going to do now. If you want to join us, just head on over to my, uh, membership site. It's just noelle.ai, very simple. My name, Noelle, N-O-E-L-L-E, .ai, and you could join our free community. We also have a paid community for those who want to go better, faster, stronger, uh, who want to actually solidify, uh, their skills with live learning. So this is me and you on a Zoom like this, but we actually get certified. We have 6 certifications you can achieve, um, and there's multiple ways, uh, to do that as well. But hey, become part of the fun, join us here. We can't wait to see you. Um, I love AI. Noelle Russell, join us soon. Okay, bye. Thanks for being here. And soon. Okay, bye. Thanks for being here. Okay, I'm stopping the laugh. Um, all right, so what we're gonna do now is I'm gonna open up these, uh, breakout rooms, and I just want us to talk a little bit.
