In this pre‑event monologue, Noelle Russell welcomes members of the I Love AI / I Heart AI community to the upcoming May AI Leadership Meetup, a live Zoom gathering organized through the community platform. She explains how to join via a QR code or direct URL, emphasizes that the Zoom link is exclusive to vetted community members, and outlines the agenda: a walkthrough of her recent Microsoft Build presentations on personalized education, a demo of the Build projects (with occasional technical hiccups), an Ask Me Anything session where participants can question Noelle directly, networking roundtables that may split into small groups, and a major announcement about a new AI Leadership program and course. She also shares personal updates, including her new role partnering with Dream.org through the justice‑focused AI organization 51AI, and mentions AI‑enhanced accessibility tools she uses daily. Throughout, she stresses community values—no spamming or self‑promotion—and encourages newcomers to introduce themselves in the chat, assuring them that acceptance into the community will be granted shortly. The talk ends with logistical details (time 3‑4:30 PM EST) and a final invitation to join the Zoom call.

because we are about to start our May version of the AI Leadership Meetup. It's a virtual meetup where we all come together from our community, the I Love AI community, I Heart AI at School, which is the platform that we use for us to all get together. We're going to be starting in about 5 minutes, so I wanted to get on live here because it will not be hosted here. It's actually on a Zoom call. Because when I'm here, I'm only able to see you via chat and we can't actually have discourse and conversation and meet each other and introduce each other. Um, so I will be, uh, hosting it in Zoom and that Zoom is only available through our community because I do like to vet everyone who's here. So if you are here and watching this and want to join us in a few minutes, you can scan the QR code up in the corner and that will send you directly to the community. Don't worry, it's free. You don't You can also unsubscribe, of course, at any time, but it gives you a chance to connect with some like-hearted individuals. We all love AI, but from very different perspectives in the world. Today's session is going to be all about some of the amazing things I learned over the last week or so. Last week I was at Build. I had a chance to speak on stage twice, so I want to share with you both of those. I'm actually going to walk you through the presentation. And some of the demos that I did that did not work live because of internet issues. But I definitely got to work, or at least they were working 5 seconds ago before I started this. So, but we're going to be going live. So again, if you want to join us on the Zoom call where you can see the demos that I did during Build last week, my session was on personalized education, but I'm going to do a quick session on that. But then the majority of the call is going to be all around us networking together. So you get to meet everyone who is able to join today in the community. You'll also get a chance to ask questions. So there's an Ask Me Anything session where you can ask Noelle Russell Russell anything you'd like. And then the final piece is a big announcement that we are making. One is out of the excitement of Build, we have a new program that's coming out and a new course that's releasing. So I can't wait to tell you all about it. Um, if you are here, you can always chat in the chat and say hello. I can see you if I click it open. What's up? Um, so you're welcome to chime in and say hello. Uh, but yeah, definitely click the link, hit the QR code over here, um, and that will send you over. You can also just go to I Heart— oh, you can't get it? Oh, Steven, it's the same. It might not be the same Zoom, but hold on. Uh, I will just send you— let's see if I can caption this correctly. Um, I'm gonna send— I'm gonna put on the screen the URL to get there, but you have to join the community. The Zoom is in the community, and you— I don't think you're in the community anymore, but you could try again. Um, so that is HTTP, so I'll put it— thank you for asking though, this is a great point. Um, slash— let— and I'm surprised, I don't know what time it is where you are. Uh, iHeart ai/about. So you could join here and the Zoom is right on the community calendar. I'm going to save and hopefully it will display right on the screen. There it is. So those of you can't get the QR code to work, it's right here for you. Again, in about 3 minutes we are going to go live in a Zoom call and the benefit of that is that we actually get to have a conversation with each other. Um, so many of you have said hello and come and joined us. And it's 2:00 AM where Stephen is. So way to go. I know you are an all-nighter anyway, but really would love to have you on the call and contribute your passion and expertise to the conversation. If you are new or have just joined us, hi friends, you can chime hello in the chat and I can see you. But this is one of the reasons why I like to do a monthly Zoom call, because it gives us a chance to actually talk in real time, face to face, almost like we're at a coffee date or at a Starbucks or something. Um, I have a couple of new announcements. In the last time I did a live, I talked about some of the new products I purchased. There's been some advancements and learnings since then, so I'll be talking about that. I'll be talking about a couple different accessibility, uh, products that I became aware of just last week but are phenomenal, and I use them every day, so I'll be sharing those with you. All of course amplified by AI. And as many of you know, I am in the— I just got a new role. I am helping Dream.org partner with an organization that I am a part of, 51AI, which is a company that is focused on justice and AI. So how do we use artificial intelligence to amplify justice in the world, specifically in the United States. So I'll be talking to you guys about the project that I'm building and how I'm building it and giving you all sorts of fun information. What's up, Juan? Great to see you. Thank you for joining us. Um, so it is 2 minutes out, so I'm going to talk to you for another minute or so, encourage you to join us over in the school. So this school, it's a free community for everyone, but the benefit of it is that it does give us a chance to kind of connect with each other. I do protect it quite a bit. I make sure that if you are in that community, you're not spamming us, you're not self-promoting, you're not trying to get people to join your thing. It's really just about how do we share our journey in learning AI with each other. I like to hope that I'm a little bit ahead of you all because I started this journey 10 years ago. And so I share with you what I'm learning as I learn it. There's a really great, cool— I don't want to steal my own thunder— cool announcement from Microsoft out of Build that I'll be sharing with you and some really amazing content we're going to build for that. So head on over, connect with us. If you catch this on the replay, I hope you will able to still come over and join us. It's from 3 to 4:30 Eastern Standard Time. We're going to do an Ask Me Anything. We're going to do a networking roundtable. So depending on how many people we have on the call, we might have to break up into small groups, but we'll go around and, and connect directly. And We're going to do a short little demo session of the things I demoed at Build last, last week, and then we're going to dive into some of the new updates from Microsoft and the AI Leadership Institute. So thanks all for joining me. I don't want to be late to my own call, my own call, my own party. Come check us out. I will be accepting you if you just joined and you're waiting for acceptance. Don't worry, you'll get that acceptance momentarily and then just go to the community calendar, click on the link and you'll be in the Zoom. We'll see you all soon.
