I've spent the last week in Sydney at South by Southwest, and one thing I've noticed is the difference between how things are done in Australia versus other parts of the world in regards to responsible AI. And what I love about being here in Australia is the amount of diversity and symphony of talent that's in the rooms that I got to be in this week. I got a chance to speak with executives at Visa. I got a chance to speak with a ton of founders and business leaders in my keynote. And the one thing that they said that was different than everywhere else is that responsible AI is a leadership trait. It's something that leaders have to do, and we can't rely on companies or vendors or our employees to do it for us. The core values of someone leading in AI actually follow a set of principles I call the LAMP lighter effect. And the first 4 letters of LAMP stand for love, leading with love, A, being ambitious, but tempering that ambition with, with mindfulness, and purpose. And that's exactly what I see the most successful leaders in AI exhibiting today. In the future, leaders are going to be amplified by AI. And what that means is that every single leader will have a collection of agents that empower them to do more things faster and better than before. But what's different about that is that those little agents will embody the core values of those leaders. So having clarity on what you care about, what you want to do, and how you're going to measure success is what's going to allow you to build an army of AI agents that build success in the world.
