Global Change Makers Reflection Video - Noragbai P Naimah (Liberia 🇱🇷 )

Hello, I'm Noragbai P Naimah from Liberia, a social impactor, and I'm currently implementing a project titled Eradicating Illiteracy and Promoting Lifelong Education. The 2 words I will use to describe the Global Changemaker program are innovative and challenging. I choose to say innovative because it takes you out of your comfort zone. And then they give you all that broad knowledge to take your project from an idea stage to a prototype, and then even take it to the wider community or the audience that you want to impact. I would say challenging because every time you're having to meet your coach, you, you are not going to be taught what to do necessarily, but he or she make you to think out of the box where you can come up with ideas on how you can solve your own problem. So that's the part that I see challenging. I want to say, uh, the Global Changemakers program was so are great. During the 1-year period, it was so great. Like, my coach, or Coach Ann, and I met regularly, even out of our schedule. Whenever, uh, new ideas pop up in my head, she was always open to, uh, talking to me on how I can come up with innovative ideas to solve the major challenge I'm focused on, or the pressing issue currently in my country, Liberia, that is promoting quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for everyone. Uh, one aspect of this program that are so important was the aspect on securing or securing funds for your project. I saw that part very helpful in our monthly Zoom meetings. All of these sessions was quite important and helpful. I look forward to a successful Anomina Network where we can continue to collaborate, come up with our great ideas to see how best we can change the world and change some of those pressing issues that we are passionate about.
