A preacher argues churches act like doctors treating only those already inside, when they should be paramedics rushing out to rescue the spiritually dead. The church must stop maintaining existing believers and start going out to locate and revive those outside.

that we got a lot of people in the church playing doctor. There's no paramedics. And what happens when there are no paramedics? How are they going to get to the hospital? So we got all these people with pulpits doing surgery on nobody because ain't nobody in the building except for the people that already believe. But we are supposed to take dead things, bring them to the hospital, and watch the dead come back to life. We need paramedics.
