INCOME REVOLUTION CHALLENGE 2.0 - [CYCLE ONE] || TESTIMONIALS

Onyeka Nwobu and participants share results from the five-day Income Revolution Challenge: Jessica, Zipora, and Sharon moved from a hustler to builder mindset, formed teams, renewed client contracts, and clarified their positioning. Onyeka explains the philosophy that visibility follows internal alignment, and introduces The Forge, a membership with accountability structures and expert strategy sessions.

her experience was, um, in the Income Revolution challenge, so they sort of understand what we are talking about.
Hi everyone. Oh my God. First of all, as usual, anywhere you are, you find me there. This was also such an eye-opening experience today. All the teachings that we had right now had me reflecting, and that was the same experience I had at the Income Revolution. For me, it was like Like I said, it was more spiritual than I could have imagined. It was like something had broken free. I have done very well as a freelancer, you know, I've hit my numbers and I felt like this year I've been trying to do better and not just better as a person, but as a team, like having my team, like growing my agency, growing a team, but I just, I had been stuck, like very stuck. It's like I was in that delusion. I think one of the things that you said during the challenge was, we need to move from being hustlers to being builders. I think that was one of the things that it's like, as if that was my moment. Um, immediately you said that, I just had to start reflecting and oh my God, let me tell you, one of the things that you guys will see there is, you know, that money questions, you're gonna cry. We had this thing, it was like an assignment. You go into your repository and then you fill your forms. Like you ask questions about your money. You know, how you feel about money, like just building your mindset. That was such an emotional because sometimes I remember when, um, Noella would be like, oh, you guys have few hours till when it's closed. I'm like, girl, tell me if you can answer these questions in less than 12 hours because I need to sit this thing in. It's like they're questioning you, asking you questions. It's like you— it bore me open. You know how when you talk about being performative, you're just hiding things? Oh, I'm doing this. But I feel like the challenge opened me to all the things I've been scared to face. Like, girl, you are doing it, but that place you want to go, there's something you must do. If you don't do that thing, you're not— you're going to keep running around circles. And that's what has happened to me for it. It looks like progress, but it's not really progress. So in one week, I was able to start up my team. This is something I have been struggling all year to do. I've had an agency. When people bring jobs to me, I'm always like doing it all by myself. I'm always overworked, you know. Like, even my friend had her party and her birthday, and she was like, Jessica, I can't believe you are here, because I've always been that friend who has been absent. Because I'm working, working, working. For the first time, work was happening. I'm saying this didn't happen in 3 weeks, that whole challenge. In fact, once we started on Monday, the next day I'm like, you know what, I am doing this thing. I had my first, I had my first team member. We did a project together. It was so good. It's like my greatest fear has always been maybe people cannot do as much work as I can. But the, you know, while Onyeka Nwobu was teaching us about what it means to build people, it means to invest in people. It means that you have to actually put in the work. A person who is a hustler just wants to make the next money,, but you have to care for your team. You have to care for the people you, cause you're building something. So that mindset really changed my mind. And I literally went from being a one-man mopo, like now I literally have two people. We've had a client that we worked on actually renewed their subscription. And for me, it's great. It's not like the money I'm making now with my team is not something I made by myself, but just knowing that this money was made without me picking up my software is just crazy. I didn't open the software. Like it's, it's for me, that was like a miracle. And I'm so excited. I have I mean, I told you I paid, I've gone ahead with the Forge Forward because what I experienced, imagine what it means. I had one week with Onyeka Nwobu and I was like, what do you have? What is the most expensive thing? Let me pay. Let me feel like I don't care, literally. Because I was like, when I was paying for the Forge Forward, I went to pay for a month. Remember we had agreed to pay, I'll pay for monthly. But then I looked at it, I said, really, Jess, if this is what you experienced in one week, imagine 3 months. I just like, you know what, this is an investment in myself. Something I also learned from is that if you pay for your own education, you can actually determine what you're going to learn. Every time you get something for free, it's like they're going to determine what you're going to learn. But I can't say I want to grow, I can't say I want to make this move, and I'm not investing myself. But I'll use that ₦300K and go and do something, you know, maybe have fun on the weekend, but I can't invest in myself. So I feel like it was just like— when you talk about Kairos, I feel like people think that Kairos is when you just meet one something, you get one big deal. Kairos is in maybe things that have held you down for years. In one day, it's like, oh my God, it's like I've been hearing this information every day, but how come today it made sense? For me, that was just like that Kairos moment where I just realized that I see why I have always seen life as a hustler. That's because I come from a middle-income home, right? I see myself as a hustler. Oh, use money to pay bill. But now I'm trying to build a system, I'm trying to build, and I really need more. The room was so electrifying. The women were amazing. Just seeing people, you know, it was like I said, where experiencing a deliverance, literally. So yeah, it was such an amazing experience. Loved it, 100 over 100. And yeah, I mean, I can't wait for you guys to experience all that we experienced. It was just good. If you ask me to keep on talking for 2 hours, I'll continue because I know that I have limited time.
So yeah. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, Jessica. Um, yeah, in, in Income Revolution Challenge. So, um, one of the big blockers from money, um, like I said, I hope this has been able to show us like The fixation is wrong, like what we're fixating on is wrong. It's not necessarily like the visibility is not what would— that's not where it's like, that's not what gives you money. Visibility is important and it's good, but it's not if you're— if you have to just align, are you looking for money? Is it money you want to make? If it's money you want to make, there's so much that you like as Africans, especially come from a low-income background. there's so much you need to work through and work yourself out of, and things you need to set up for money to flow. Visibility follows. Yes, it will follow, especially external visibility will follow. But if you even want to talk about visibility, it starts with you. And yeah, I think that you've just— you've heard Jessica share. I wanted them to share for you to really understand what actually like happens inside of what happens inside of the Income Revolution Challenge. And she mentioned the Forge. The Forge is a system for accountability where you go forward and like we hold you accountable. But the best place to start is inside of the Income Revolution Challenge. So thank you so much, Jessica, for sharing that. I'm not sure if Zipora is still on the call. Okay, yes.
All right, hello everybody. And Onyeka, again, thank you so much for setting up this structured, you know, just one to another. It's so— oh, it just blows my mind. And Jessica always knows what to say. What happened with the Income Revolution Challenge was it shook us to the core. For me personally, I got shook to the core. I think a week after the Income Revolution Challenge, I was telling Onyeka, I'm like, I'm still shaking, I'm still frazzled. I'm running up and down because not only did it give me clarity, but it also made me realize the urgency of what God has actually called me to do. After the Income Revolution Challenge, I remember changing my LinkedIn post because for the first time I had a clarity of what exactly I was— how exactly I was positioning myself. There were so many things that I was just grasping at, and my social media just looks a mess because I'm doing so many things. But it's the clarity that came with the positioning, those questions. Oh my goodness. No, Ellie, I'm so I'm sorry, because I was in Noelle's DMs every single day. I'm like, Noelle, please give me a few more hours because I'm sitting down with this and I'm writing it down. I'm typing it in the journals. It makes you deeply reflect. Like, some days I was crying. I remember afterwards I was telling my husband, I was like, yo, there's just so much I know I need to do. But it's not the overwhelm of what you need to do, but the clarity of exactly where you're supposed to start, seeing exactly where you want to go to, and the figures. Yeah. The writing down of the figures was so— I think it was eye-opening for me. I think the things that I was afraid to say that I want to do, how much I was afraid to say that I want to be paid, were those ones that— Teresa, you got it. Edge-snatching questions for sure. Oh, they were— it was so hard, but I think once I set it out, it was like this freedom freedom. And exactly the words that Jessica used, it was a deliverance. Because going back into those money mindsets that had been holding me back, that I'd been also— and you know, the— I guess, okay, for those who don't know the Lord and don't understand deliverance, the first part of deliverance is the knowledge, the wisdom that comes from God. That is what is going to break open the lies of the enemy so that you can be free. And that's exactly what happened in the income challenge, that awakening of the knowledge that God wants you to have. And it broke out the lies that the enemy was trying to keep me in. And I know a lot of the ladies here felt the same way. And just like practical, practical results, I remember the, the 30 days. What are you going to do in the next week? What are you going to do in the next 30 days? What are you going to do in the next 60 days? I have successfully had a meeting. I think I shared it in one of our feedback classes. I successfully had a meeting with somebody that like I had been procrastinating calling this person person and saying, hey, I need partnership in this way. And because of the accountability and just the urgency, like, okay, what are you gonna do today to change your income? What are you— what are some of the things you've been putting off? What are you going to do in the next 7 days? I took that step, set up that meeting. Right now we're in partnership. The kind of discount that I got on something that I would have been paying fully out of pocket is crazy. Not only that, this person is advocating, they're trying to get things for me, and like All those things that I tried to figure out by myself, somebody else is figuring out for me and they're charging me close to nothing because I had the boldness to say, this is what I need, realizing what is the steps that I actually need to get to the figures that I want. Some of the people, even in the women that were in the, in the Income Revolution Challenge, I reached out to them and some of us were, we're doing business together now because I realized that there are also other components that you need beyond yourself. What Jessica was saying, you can't do everything by yourself, but when you realize how much you are actually going to be making and what's that amount of— like, what that means for you. You take the pride out of the way and you start saying, how can I pay people for the value that I'm going to get, which is not even equal to the, the value that I'm giving this person, how the value I'm giving to the Forge, the value that I'm giving to like other services that I know that I need in order to be that woman and to get to where I need to. I'm telling you, and it has been— what, it has been less than a month since we completed that challenge. I have changed my LinkedIn profile. God has given me revelation of— and you know, I was all over the place at first and it gave me the clarity to be with God. And God said, I've already told you what you're supposed to do. Why are you running helter skelter? And then to see that even in that very assignment I've been given are all the streams of income that I need to make. All of that is within it, you know, and I could only get that clarity by literally facing it head on instead of hiding. Because for the most part, let's be honest, we're all just hiding. We're hiding, hiding, hiding behind visibility, hiding behind imposed, hiding behind, oh yeah, I don't have that much experience, oh, I need to work harder, all those kinds of stuff. We're just hiding. But the income revelation puts a mirror to your face that you can't run away from. And one thing I will say about it, when you're filling in the journal, don't put it off. Do it immediately. Because when you start putting it off, the enemy is gonna— just like the parable that Jesus said, he's gonna come and steal that seed away from you, and you're not gonna see any growth. So The moment you're done, even while the income— the class is going on, be typing in your answers, be writing it, because it's going to be so instrumental for you to see the clarity that you need in your finances. And oh, honestly, it was just impartation. And God bless you, Onyeka Nwobu. God bless you and your team for being obedient and for literally empowering us to get to where we need to get to, because I have been empowered. And even now I'm within the 30 days of what I've given myself, and I'm already referencing back to the things that I've written that I'm going to do. When I'm doing it. So yeah, that's all I'm gonna say for now. Just like Jessica, I can go on for hours. All right, that's all.
Thank you. Sorry guys, thank you so much, Teepora. Um, yeah, again, I was listening to, um, Alex Hormozi, and he was like, the one mistake people make about money is they think they need a lot of time to get ready to make money. Where you, you, you could just start now, like, not tomorrow, not today, like right now. Just say, I'm gonna do XYZ. I'm gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna call that person. I'm gonna put down what I can actually offer. Just that's like right now. That's how money's made. You don't, you don't— I mean, I say this very carefully. If you don't, if you, if you've lacked clarity for a lot, like for a long time, you might need to sit still for a while so that you make sure that you're hitting targets and there's some precision to what you're doing. But once you get that clarity, I think like you just move, right? For me, it's a practice. I always make sure that I slow down to move fast. That's literally— and I allow God do that for me, like, or to me. I don't— I don't ever get uncomfortable. Well, that's a lie. I get uncomfortable, but I don't ever leave that place of discomfort just because he slowed me down. And once, once, once he's like, go, I run like a mad person. So yeah. Is it 30? It's for 5 days, MD. It is for 5 days. It's a 5-day challenge. What Zipora was referring to is you have a journal where you're meant to actually like write what you're gonna do in 30 days. Like, what are the action steps that you take in 30 days? So it's for 5 days. Um, Sharon, do you want to go and then we wrap this up?
All right, um, good afternoon everyone, good afternoon Biko. Thank you so much for the opportunity, and I'll start off by saying there's nothing that my sisters Zipora and Jessica have said that I'm not going to say. Um, first of all, I want to say that if you're somebody who knows that you have been playing small, or maybe you think you've only played small, you've been doing your best, people are hailing you, people think you're doing well, but you know something on the inside is telling you that you need to come up higher, like there's— you are— this level you've encompassed it for too long, like there's a next level, there's something you're supposed to be doing, you're supposed to have expanded, there's just a ceiling, you keep on going around in circles, going around in circles, but like you've not had that like breakthrough. I just want to say that being inside of AIR, like, because me, I'm not going to talk only about Income Revolution Challenge, it's like an entire ecosystem where every single thing you need you find it. So some of you are hearing Income Revolution, like, ah, I'm rich, I have money. I don't— it's not only about money. Your mindset, your entire life will flash before your eyes, like, because every part of your life is connected to the other. You cannot make the kind of income or get into spaces just like the Visibility Challenge. Just talk about other things. You need the right environment, the right culture. You need to hear the things that catapult you from the level that you've been playing on to the next level. So for me, the Income Revolution Challenge was not just about my income or finances, it just gave me like a mindset shift. And number 2, if you're someone like me who has anxiety for accountability, or you think you like accountability until the questions start hitting you, this revolution challenge will lay you bare. You come face to face with yourself like nobody— you can be in a room of 50,000 people, you are watching it, but within yourself, you know that, ah, you're finally confronting yourself, confronting your, um, your limiting beliefs and the habits that have been holding you back. And, um, third is that it's very specific. So like I mentioned to Onyeka Nwobu on our call, I said I'm someone who has probably paid for maybe similar programs. Like, Onyeka, I keep on saying, like, it's only somebody who has come from your reality, has experienced your background, that can give you the exact blueprint and playbook because You can join, um, see the way the questions are going back and forth here on this class. It's as if the class is tailored for you. Even if you join the challenge and you see like 10 other people, 20 other people, 40 other people in the class, for every session you feel like that particular session was tailored for you, specifically for you, because this is well plotted. This is not a general program you're going to attend and just say, oh, to increase your money, make sure you multiply your, your capital by times 3, get your profit. No, it's not that. Like, you're going to dig deep, you're going to to do like a soul surgery, mindset surgery, and you see that your entire life, your thinking, your awareness about money, your actions, everything is just going to change. And one last thing I'm going to say is that stay around the fire. I know that you've joined this— this was a complimentary access program for you. You joined the Income Revolution Challenge. Don't, don't stop there. Like Jessica said, I'm always asking myself, what is Onyeka doing next? I need to be a part of it. Because once you get into this environment, you realize that you need to stay here. Because once you go back You know the way life is, you'll be motivated after the 5 days. Oh my God, I'm going to take over the world! Who is Elon Musk? Okay, all right, when the 5 days is over and then you go back to your friends that keep talking about the same thing or the same stuff, you go back to that job you don't like, you realize that, oh my God, I was so ginger 5 days ago. What happened? It's because you need to stay around the community, to stay around where the fire and the mindset shifts happen. So please, whatever it is that you do, don't miss the Income Revolution Challenge. I know all Onyeka's programs, you have to join a waitlist too, so you better join very, very, very, very quick once the link is out. And I hope to see the rest of you on the other side of Mindshift Engineering because your life will actually change. Your brain will just do one surgery like this inside your head. So yeah, I hope that you take advantage of the program and you come back to give your own testimony. Thank you so much, Onyeka, and the entire team at ALI.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Whoa. Guys, those, those, um, you know, I always say like, um, women of The Forge make me blush. God, when I think about it, this sounds somehow— no, but I don't think anyone has made me blush this way. Um, but women in, um, in ALI, in The Forge specifically, actually make me blush a lot. Um, thank you so much. None of that was— we didn't have any conversation. We just called them and like, can you talk about their experiences, and I'm so glad that you heard from them. Um, I sell because, um, why I talk about money and why I'm very confident about selling is because what I do works. And I think that, um, we will become a lot more comfortable as women, um, with money if we're certain that what we do can work. Again, I'm emphatic about women and money because when you talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, they call you for speaker, they call you for this. When all of that is said and done, at the end of the day, what you really need is what? Money. When all is said and done, what you need is what? Money. So your priority has to be God, money. Anything else, it needs to come through a filter of God, money. After God, money, you know, like if it's not fitting there, it's not, it should not, especially as African women, and I say this very carefully, it should not be, it should not be of topmost priority. Now, a caveat I wanted to give for those people who might be juniors or in the early phases of their career, money looks very different for you. And I like to spell this out. Money looks very different. Your money is in front. It looks very different. And like I said, the resource I'll share is the conversation I was listening to last night. Money looks different. Nobody wants to pay someone that does not have a track record. Most people don't trust that they should pay you money. So if you are junior, a lot of what you need to really learn— your money is in your relationships. Starts with relationships. Where it— some people may have gotten to, if they've put in a certain amount of work, if they're in their mid to senior stages of career, it's more likely that they can pull off a lot of this. So, because when I talk, you know, some people want to come and like replicate, I'm like, it's stage by stage. I started my business charging 5,000. I was charging 5,000 for courses. It's stage by stage. Don't go and skip stage and then be wondering what happens. What I say, I don't say from a place of pride. I say from a matter of fact. I have data. Yeah, I have data, right? I say from a matter of fact. And even I myself, it's a ladder, right? But ultimately, the point I'm trying to make is make sure that you are, you can give people value, right? And all of that, when you shift from visibility to chasing like survival to value, your life shifts and money comes in. Be the first to give. Give like— and I say this carefully again— give like you are— you don't know what you're doing, but you know what you're doing. Yeah, give like you don't know what you're doing, but you know what you're doing. So with that, again, my encouragement to you is get inside the Income Revolution Challenge. That is where your money journey really begins. It does not begin with visibility. I promise you, the visibility you need is not external visibility. Your money journey begins inside of the Income Revolution Challenge. So you do your income audits. You actually examine your mindset, how you think around money. Some people don't like to part ways with money. For instance, you like accumulating, you like to see money. You will be so poor. I can't explain it to you. You will be so poor. I can't explain. You're gonna be looking at money. You— every day you look at the money, you're getting poorer, right? You're gonna build out your income architecture. You're gonna position yourself for more, and then you're gonna actually craft a vision. So that you're clear on what you're actually pursuing. 5 days, you've had it. I'm not gonna flog this anymore, but early bird seats are open, right? So, do the, sorry, Sylvia, you can share, but take advantage of early bird seats. I don't used to hear, oh, early bird are sold out. There'll be other ones that will be you know, more expensive, and you'll pay for it if you choose to do it. If you're struggling with yourself right now, um, and maybe someone's telling you like, oh my gosh, like you're very hesitant, um, that's a sign that you need the Income Revolution Challenge. It's a big sign when you start to get anxious about money. It's a big sign that something is not right. Yep. So yeah, with that, we've come to the close of this Um, Olivia asked a question about downstream. What is downstream? Downstream is where the key players and decision makers— that is where most of them exist. Upstream is what you see as mainstream, which is you see entertainers, you see influencers, you see people who are super popular, they have numbers and all of that. That's where you see those people, right? That's upstream. A lot of women play upstream and it makes them soft. Downstream is where conversations about money, about politics, about war, about a lot of hard, you know, like hard-hitting subjects, that is where they happen. That's downstream. Downstream can also be from a career perspective. Upstream is very much the, oh, I'm in social media, I'm in marketing, I'm in this, all of the flashy careers. Downstream is more the engineers, it's more the people who are in medicine, it's more the people who are fadzi doing some like drilling or whatever. It's more the people who do like a lot of more technical but higher paid jobs. Higher paying, they fly them to and fro, that is where those things exist. So the problem that we see with African women, women in general, but like African women is We have all, especially in the formal economy, we have all floated to the top and we have left down and then we're wondering somehow why are there structural problems? Well, the truth is that most of us are not downstream. We don't even know how to even— Downstream, know how to have the conversations of downstream. We don't know how to do it. And life, you don't know how to be in those rooms and really like galvanize or really like assert authority. It's very likely that, um, we're playing a losing game. So that's what downstream is. So yes. Um, there's any other question? Does the challenge cover visibility series? There is no visibility series. We don't offer that to you. Um, what we offer to you is the Forge. If you would like to come into the Forge, you can't come into the Forge until you go through the Income Revolution Challenge, actually. So, um, the Forge is our membership system where you come in. We have 2 options for the Forge, actually, Forge Room and Forge Forward. But you have to go through the system of the— you have to go through the Income Revolution Challenge to be able to qualify, because we will screen your application to see if you qualify for the Forge. And sorry, I'm just trying to find it so that I can show you what the Forge is. So we have Forge Room and we have Forge Forward. So inside of Forge Room, what you get is the— what you get is structure, support, stability, and I'll show you what makes the difference really. But inside of Forge Forward, you get something What is a lot more intense is the watch. One second. So yeah, when you say visibility series, I'm not sure, maybe you want to clarify that, but there's no visibility series ongoing right now, at least. What you get is access to a repository, which is like a hub of, um, replays. That's what you get access to. So in Forge Room, this is what it looks like. And you need structure, um, not just motivation. You need frameworks, right? You need accountability. This is what it looks like, right? So you have monthly expert meetups, you have financial, um, and personal check-ins, you have visioning sessions quarterly. Watch parties quarterly, and then monthly book discussions, and then you have your private group. For Forge Forward, you are going a little more intense in your— what's your threshold? It's a bit more intense. And it's just for women who are already moving, but they just want to move faster. So this is everything inside of— you get everything inside of the Forge Room, plus you get deep dives, you get strategy hot seats. You have hot seats. Yeah, strategy hot seats, hot seat strategy sessions, mock pitch sessions, and warm network introductions. That's what you get. And it's ideal for you if you're already building something that is real and like— You know that it's real, a business, a brand, a career. You're making very big decisions that could impact, that could leave a very significant impact in your life. Sorry, guys. Yeah, and you want to be challenged. Maybe you're pitching, you're raising, you're repositioning, you're making a big change. This is ideal for you. And the difference really is, if you are still like trying to gain clarity, if you feel isolated, if you need structure, you're early to mid-stage, Forge Room is for you. But if you are already building, you've outgrown your current environment, and you want to be challenged at a higher level, you need direct access and elite-level women. With, and you're making big moves, then the Forge Forward is for you. Again, it will not apply until income regulation challenge is fulfilled. So, yeah, that's everything. And do we have questions? And after one question, we can close this out. One question. Okay, do I take it that there are no questions? If there are no questions, we can call it a day. We can call it a session, or we can call the session to— halt the session or bring it to a close. All right. Okay. No questions. Alright, thank you everyone for spending time with me. This was a nice hangout. Thank you, and I hope to see everyone who has not already been. I think I quickly need to address, if you took the Impact from Revolution challenge in its first version, a lot different than it was. So you might want to, you might want to check in on that if you took the first one. We updated the curriculum or just the design. So.
