We like playing Monopoly. We love the board game and we like playing in real life. If you find a market where you can get one opportunity, which is what we did, we found Moses Lake, Washington. We thought if it's worth buying one, it's worth buying everything. So every apartment building, we're buying them. If it's a 6-plex, a 6-plex will never change our universe at this point in time. However, it's another 6-plex that we could buy next to our other 6-plex. It becomes a 12 and we can start doing this Monopoly board game. And so for folks that are getting started, pick a market, get an asset, and then start buying up that neighborhood. Because if you own all the neighboring real estate, you can guarantee your property will be a good area.
