Just wanted to share that we recently closed on a nice little 6-unit apartment complex. This is our first true multifamily property and we're pretty excited about it. I got to give credit to Christian and the multifamily group for really providing the guidance and the knowledge to see, see something like this through from concept to closing and really everything in between. Um, I really can't emphasize enough the value in having weekly meetings with a group of people that are trying to do what you're trying to do. That's just so important. Um, all while being guided by Christian Osgood, someone who's done it and continues to do it. It definitely accelerated my timeline with something like this. And, uh, I'm just glad I linked up with these guys. I should have done it sooner.
