I bought this hotel and I'm turning it into multifamily. This is a $1.6 million purchase, $0 out of pocket. Actually got paid to buy this because we were given purchase price and renovation cost. Going to a blue and beige for the color of this bad boy. So changing our colors from this ugly to something a lot prettier. Just finished pressure washing. So if it looks stripped and totally ugly, it's because it is. We're mid-project. Units are being turned as we speak. I'll be posting some videos on that, but we have about 10 unit turns to knock out here and then we lease up. Painted, new roof is already on. Here we We go.
