Christian Osgood renovates a rental unit destroyed by urine damage so severe the walls turned into gel. The previous manager ignored the problem for months while rent went uncollected. New countertops and a full remodel transformed it from foul to livable.

We're almost done. Grossest unit I have ever owned. I'll share some pictures here, but look at this thing. This is getting much, much better. We got new countertops, new everything. When we were in here, you could actually just touch the wall and your hand would just sink into it. It was more of a gel than an actual drywall. This was one of the nastiest units, and the problem is the property manager who was originally hired here before I came on to this project They hadn't collected rents in forever. When we took over, they're like, hey, we should probably let you know, for the last 6 months there's been a very, very, very mentally ill person here just peeing into the walls. I'm not kidding. This was the nastiest unit of all time. You could smell this from almost a block away. Now we're in one of the nicer units in the building. About to check out the other ones, finishing up here over the weekend.
