Christian Osgood accidentally launched his ebook ten days early and it hit number one in five Amazon categories with zero marketing. The Book on Creative Real Estate is a 180-page guide with 10-20 real transaction case studies showing debt and equity structures he used to acquire hundreds of properties.

So I screwed up my book launch. I accidentally set our ebook to go live about 10 days before the physical book. They're supposed to both launch on the 22nd. So this Friday, the ebook went live. It has absolutely no marketing going out whatsoever, but totally off plan. We just ranked number 1 in like 5 categories. So right now we're number 1 in commercial real estate, real estate in general, buying and selling homes somehow, which is not what my book's about. But I actually wrote a book about how we did a ton of deals using creative real estate. It's actually called The Book on Creative Real Estate. The deal debt and equity structures that I use to go from zero to hundreds and hundreds of doors. And I go through the actual deal examples where we use the strategies that I talk about. So this isn't a book on theory. It's not some online gimmick of like, hey, this is the one strategy. It's 180 pages. It's a pretty quick book going through 10 or 20 transactions that I have done creatively and the creativity that we used so that you can copy the exact same strategies. And apparently a whole bunch of people all over the country really like it, even though it's not supposed to be live yet. So if you want to get your copy, here's a link to the ebook that just dropped too early If you want to wait for the physical book, it's out this Friday.
