Well, we're here at BPCon. We're meeting more people and talking creative finance. This guy just closed on a 25-unit building. If you guys don't know Caleb, the most interesting seller financing guy in his 20s that I've met outside of the prolific Cody Davis, who's around here somewhere.
Definitely not behind the camera, but I say I'll take the crown. I'll take the crown from that pretty soon.

Learned everything from you guys, multifamilystrategy.com. When I joined you guys, I was 18, knew nothing about real estate, taught me everything I know today. And this was easy, right? Super simple. But not easy? Not easy.
