When we talk affordable housing, you might think slumlord, but in reality, this is the type of stuff that we like to buy. We're talking well landscaped, completely renovated. This is Anson Park Senior. We're under contract to purchase this right now. This is right down the street from 144 units that I closed in a couple weeks. This will put us in this town at 225 units. We're doing inspections today, walking through every unit, doing the physical inspection. But oh my goodness, the condition of property and the type of stuff that you can find in the affordable space is absolutely wild. Excellent condition. This is going to cash flow strong day one. This is the type of real estate you should be buying.
