Anyone can buy a $1,000,000 TX house

So many people have no goals and go through life without really knowing where they want to be headed, and then they're still disappointed when they don't get there. Well, a few years ago, I finally set my goals. 2020, bought my first rental property with the goal of retiring my wife from teaching and building our dream home, moving to Texas. Well, I'm here in Texas. The house is going up. The retired wife is down there in the background. This is pretty exciting. This happened just because I focused up, identified where I'm at, where I want to be, and I just put a path to get there. For me, took a roundabout way of getting there. 4 companies, like 20-something LLCs, and 200 multi-family rentals, uh, finally got us this. I'm sure people can find a much more efficient way to knock that out, but started with no money and just a dream of what I wanted to do. Here we are standing in my dream.
