Christian Osgood walks through a rental unit infested with bed bugs after his company inherited the property. The tenant lived there only two years, but the bugs have destroyed walls and flooring. Osgood's team estimates 2.5 to 3 weeks to fully remediate the unit.

Bedbugs are freaking nasty. Check this out. If you're squeamish, don't look. That— show you a bunch of them. Bedbugs, bedbugs, all in the debris. There's little red bugs, all bedbugs. They were all over this unit. The unit itself looks like this. Tenant only lived in here for a couple years. This is the damage that a gross person can do. We actually inherited this tenant when we bought the building, but look how nasty this unit is. The walls, the flooring. I'm going to get out of this one as soon as possible. My team is also being awesome by being in here and, uh, helping document the damage so that we are ready to go and remediate this. We'll have this thing completely remediated and it will look beautiful in about 2.5 to 3 weeks. But this is some of the stuff, as a landlord, you're going to have to deal with.
