I'm here in front of actual Class A real estate in Texas. A lot of people say their property's Class A, but it's usually not. This is true Class A downtown core. This is what you're looking at. Now, I'm in Dallas right now looking at some real estate. When I got started, I started in entry-level housing, a lot of Section 8, a lot of things that we could use creative finance on because we are better at managing the property than the last person, which, by the way, is usually pretty easy to do. You usually don't start here, but you eventually can scale here through 1031, through selling, through trading around your pieces. There's multiple ways you can put it together, but eventually this stuff is is the goal. With my buddy Caleb here in Texas— Caleb, what did you start with? First properties, were they Class A, totally good to go, or did they have some hair on them?
Oh, I definitely wish they were Class A, good to go. When you're getting started, you're usually gonna do more deals with some hair on them. That's where the value add is. That's what I started with. It's what Christian started with. It's the best way to get started.
