Caleb bought a Texas property through seller financing and will live in one unit while collecting $2,000 monthly from the rest. The manager's suite doubles as an on-site office, and he's generating cash flow from day one.

We made it to Texas! Welcome to Caleb's new home.
So starting off, we got a little living room right here, couch so far, going to get a TV coming in soon. Then next to the living room, got a huge kitchen right here, cabinets and all. And if we keep going, head into the first room of the unit, nice little bathroom here. Then we got bedroom number 1 right here, closet through in the corner. And the coolest part about this unit is it is also the manager's unit for my complex. So we're Coming in here, we got the manager suite. Going to be building this out. We got the desk, some extra supplies left over. But yeah, that is my new unit in Texas.
The other best part is that this whole thing was seller financed. Caleb lives here and cash flows about $2,000 a month day one with a ton of upside. Excellent purchase.
