So this is pretty cool. Cody Davis and Christian Osgood, myself, bought a little over 100 multifamily units together in the last 12 months. Now a couple of these on the back end are going to be a resort, but we're driving some of the properties today, talking to our tenants, doing repairs, and figured I'd just put this together. But it took me almost a whole day to actually drive this portfolio. I didn't include every property, but we have a lot of them. We put this together with an excellent partnership, a lot of seller financing, a lot of other creative financing, and a whole lot of drive. If you are trying to build passive income, you're trying to build really whatever you're trying to do, find the right partner. Anything is possible.
