Cody and Christian Osgood bought a 38-unit apartment building called Cashflow Kittens using seller financing and will document the three-year renovation on YouTube. They'll flip units, manage the property themselves, and deal with problems like a homeless encampment and septic failures. The series shows their strategy and mistakes as they work.

Hey Cody, what are we talking about on this week's Cash Flow Kittens? Cash Flow Kittens? No, we closed on the 38-unit apartment building. Today is an announcement video. The 38-unit bought this cat, Cash Flow Kittens. But the reason we're creating this video is we're starting a new series playlist on YouTube. A lot of people are asking how we're doing the seller financing gig, exactly what we're doing. When it comes to flipping units, re-renting the property, and then getting the value up. So we're going to be sharing our wins, our losses, exactly what we're doing step by step. We've already had apartment units flood and we've had kittens. And this is just a real-time video. We're not doing any editing on this, but I want to let you know that we're creating this so that folks who are watching who have never done the seller financing play can get started.. They don't need to be overwhelmed with the fact that it needs some units being turned. And Chris, do you have anything you want to add for folks who are getting ready to watch this series?
Well, we're gonna have some fun stuff in here. We have a homeless camp on the property that we're going to be following how we deal with. We have multiple septic problems and a little bit of minor flooding that we're going to deal with. And overall, we've met some of the tenants. We have some good people there. So just watching how we take over management, how we solve problems, what is fun, what is not fun, and how we get through it. Uh, this is gonna be a really fun series. We're gonna learn a lot, uh, and my hope is that everyone can learn with us because I guarantee we're gonna make some mistakes and have some stories.
Alrighty, well, stay tuned. This will be very fun. This is going to be a 3-year project and you get to stay tuned with us. See you guys next time, and comment, like, and subscribe if you guys want to see more of this. 38 units!
