Christian Osgood caught a tenant on camera who's been living rent-free for four months. The eviction will take about five months. He also announces he and Dani are expecting their first child, a boy.

So we finally got a picture of the tenant who hasn't been paying for 4 months. Moved in, never paid. Finally got a picture of the guy who is staying here completely rent-free. Here he is. I mean, look at him. He's super small but has not paid a dime. He's getting evicted in about 5 months. It sounds like it's gonna be a bit of a process. I guess this takes time. Uh, but no, uh, Dani and I are pregnant. We're gonna have our first one and it is a boy. Happy Mother's Day, Dani. Thanks.
