Changing a Horror Unit Into a Great Unit

I just had to move out of one of the weirdest units in my entire portfolio. So this came with an already occupied building. We just were never going to renovate it. The tenant said, hey, uh, we don't want you to change anything, just let us live here. So this was a hoarder unit, and it used to be, before it was the tenant's unit, a dentist office. So as we go through, the power's off here, but right there, men's bathroom and the ladies bathroom. And this thing goes back for 5 offices which have been turned into 5 bedrooms. So It gets dark and looks like an episode of Paranormal Activity back here, uh, but this actually will clean up pretty well. This is actually a light reno even though it looks just absolutely disgusting. It's just a horror unit that needs to be cleaned, recarpeted, re-kitchened. This actually will be really cool when it's done. I'm kind of excited though. We'll see what we do with bathrooms cuz that's weird.
