You know, I love talking to new investors because at one time I was new. At one time I didn't believe that this would work for me. I think that was my biggest hurdle that I had to get over was what makes me so special? But I would hear all these other people on these podcasts just talking all this amazing success. And that's, that's why I love the Wholesaling Inc. podcast. I thank God I'm blessed to be a host. Every Friday I have an episode, but that's how I grew was listening to podcasts and I would hear these regular people just like me that had jobs, had 3 children, We're married, in debt, you know, no time, no money. And we learn, learn, learn. I probably knew more about real estate than most. And if you're listening to this podcast, holy crap, you're probably like got an MBA in this real estate. Now I just recommend take action every single day, do the income-producing activities, and that's making offers, making offers, making offers, making offers.
