Cabin 15 at Robin Hood Village Resort is underperforming as a converted liquor store. The proposal replaces it with a touchless hub: vending machines selling apparel and food, large screens showing local activities around Hood Canal, and an app for check-in and maps of hiking trails, fishing spots, and the frisbee golf course.

This space sucks. So this is Cabin 15 at the Robin Hood Village Resort. This was originally a liquor store. They poorly converted it into a cabin. We do less revenue here than any other space in the Robin Hood by a ton. And it makes sense. It's just kind of a weird layout. So what we're going to do is we're going to put vending machines all along the walls, high-end vending machines. They'll sell apparel, hats, food. We'll have coffee and we'll do big screen TVs with all the different things you can do around the Hood Canal. So when you come in, It's a touchless resort. There's no staff on site to help check you in. You check in through the app, you come in and all of the information will be right here. The hiking, the fishing, the events, what you can do on site, the frisbee golf course, all of it will be mapped in here. This will be your central hub. It's going to be way better.
