By the way, best practice versus what we actually did. You don't want to change all of your systems at the same time. We changed everything. We changed everything because we really could not run anything the way we wanted to with the systems we had. It's a lot of chaos. You're changing employees, you're changing systems, you're changing schedules. Yep. And we moved from 2-night stays only to 1-night stays as an option.
