Christian Osgood evicted a Washington State tenant who hadn't paid rent in three years. The eviction took a year, and the property was left filthy with junk and a foul odor. He's expanding his LLC with two new properties despite the cleanup ahead.

Washington State eviction time. Just got a tenant out, hasn't paid rent for 3 years. It's a long time. It is a really long time. Here is the property, which could be a heck of a lot worse. No hassle other than, uh, taking like a year to get them out. This is part of a 2-property acquisition, expanding an LLC. Super excited. Tons of junk, smells like shit. Also smells like we're gonna make a lot of money.
