Christian Osgood closed his biggest deal: a 144-unit apartment complex in Abilene, Texas for $8.5 million. He raised over $3 million to fund it and closed three deals in 2025. Next up is an adjacent 81-unit property in January 2026.

We did it, guys. It's close day. 144 units. I'd walk the whole thing, but it's 22 acres and that'll take me forever. 144 units, Abilene, Texas. $8.5 million transaction. Over $3 million raised to get this thing done. And yet again, we have closed out the year with one more transaction. It's been the biggest year of my career. We took out a 44-unit, a 76-unit, and a 144-unit. January of next year, right down the street, working on the 81-unit sister property to this one that we're at today. So close day. Happy 2025. Let's get ready for a bigger year, 2026.
