I think for so many people, like there's a lot of people get really frustrated or like, I can't do the first deal. And it's so true. The first deal really is the hardest. You have the least connections, you have the least credit, just the credibility that goes up when you can call and talk to a broker or an owner and tell 'em a story from the park you already own or the building you already own. It, it orders of magnitude different working with someone who wants to be an investor or someone who has invested. And just that one step, it gets So much easier. That, that's such a common story. I bought one and then magically I had 6. I remember I closed the, a 38-unit when I was 29. Yeah. And 2 weeks later closed on 3 side-by-side duplexes. 2 weeks later closed on a 7-plex by the end of the year. And I, I closed the first one in October. By the end of the year, I'd also closed on a 12-plex. It took me 8 years of studying the industry to buy that deal. And then once you get the momentum, it's amazing how fast it scales.
