Christian Osgood tours Cabin 3 at his Robin Hood multifamily property after a flood burst the sink and damaged both front and back doors. He's replacing flooring, gutting the bathroom, installing new kitchen countertops, and swapping dated furniture for modern pieces. He expects this to be one of his pricier cabin renovations.

Hello and welcome to Cabin 3. This is one of my favorite cabins that we have here. This is often where I stay when I stay at the Robin Hood. We have this awesome loft up here. We can stay— looks over the living room. This is actually the cabin— if you ever saw the video where this whole thing flooded, a sink blew up in here. I had water pouring out the front door, the back door. It was absolutely wild. Now, one upgrade we're doing is we're upgrading the entire Robin Hood. We are going to be replacing pretty much all the furniture. It's decent, But it's still pretty dated. We want some new modern stuff, new countertops, spice up the kitchen, get rid of these old gross handles. And then there's the bathroom. I've never really got around to repairing this. We have cracked tile, kind of beat up tub. This whole thing, complete renovation. We're gonna rip it out, build a brand new bathroom. And then heading into the second bedroom, so the non-lofted room. Same thing, dated. The colors are wrong, the artwork's wrong. I mean, even our— even these are beige. They're just boring. So we're gonna get this thing done. This will probably be one of our more expensive cabin turns, but at least after the flood we got all the flooring redone.
