Mobile homes and RV parks actually have a bunch of really unique plays. We're actually here at one of our 25-unit RV parks. It's getting cleaned up, so still under renovation. Just got new gravel in and, uh, got a bunch of trash hauled. When you are doing these, not only did we buy this $0 out of pocket— we actually got it with the hard money loan, won on price— you can actually either seller finance or just straight up sell the RVs back to the tenants if you buy the RVs with the park, which we did with this one. So on a few spaces we need to free up to redo our septic, which is being worked on right now, we redoing the septic field. We literally just— for all the RVs we want to remove, we either offered to sell or just give RVs to the tenants, let them take them on, move to another park. They walk away with an RV, we get the spots we need, fix it up, make it look pretty, on to the next project.
