Day 6 of the 90-day burn. Crazy story today. So Cody and I are converting a 24-unit hotel into multifamily. The prior manager of the hotel has moved himself into the building. This we were aware of. What we did not know is that he is now leasing the building to random people we don't know on weekly rentals in cash and instructing the people who live there not to communicate with us. This is interesting. So he's running his own hotel business within our old hotel. We learned this when construction crews came through to start renovations and there were already people living there. Now police are working on this and it's being addressed, but, uh, that took some time and was a distraction from what expected to be an already long day. In addition, we moved all 23 or 24 of our LLCs to a new firm, going from our old CPA to a new EA who's like a CPA but way, way, way more BA. We were really excited about this, but got about a week's worth of work done today, a few hundred pages over to that new group, all in 15 hours. In the sauna now, one more hour of work. Let's go, 90-day burn.
