So you may be wondering how I ended up here. Well, this is a rental car and we're shooting ads today, which is super fun. But we get to do this stuff and have fun in sports cars and whatever we really want to do during our day because we started with assets and built passive income. Super excited about it. If you want to do something exactly like this and just have fun, own your time, start buying assets. We started with multifamily and creative finance. Whether you have money or not, We started with no money, no credit, and virtually no experience in real estate to where we're at today, about 200 rentals. I promise you can do the exact same thing.
